Very nice!

Sand Cay is very well maintained. The property and surroundings are lovely! The staff is very welcoming and is kind. The condo is nicely furnished and has a beautiful ocean front view. The condo needs some care. There is no washer and dryer in the unit which is an inconvenience. Overall we enjoyed a beautiful week at the beach!

We had stayed in the same unit in 2019 and the view was what we liked the most then and now. The master bedroom bed is not comfortable. It has a hump in the king size mattress. Replacement may be needed. The heat went out during our stay but it was quickly repaired. TV in family room is not the best picture We were only given 1 key in our late check in envelope Overall it was an okay stay

Reviewer Comments: We LOVE this unit - the balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy the lovely views!The furniture in the livingroom was great.The ONLY issue we had was with the beds. All of the beds require replacing. They are extremely lumpy and soft. The most comfortable bed was the pullout couch in the living room (which was really quite comfortable!).Other than that - we can't wait to come back!

The shower was dirty and had hair all over the floor when I went to use it. The extra linens in the closet were questionable, the linen bag was open and the blanket was In a different closet. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately we had a medical problem and could not go. We tried to cancel, but the strict cancelation policy we lost our full payment. I would not recommend going to Sand Cay and especially unit 318, because of the 30 day cancel requirement. We asked if we could apply it to a future stay outside prime time and We received no response from the unit own. We have been to LBK many times and certainly will go again, just not to Sand Cay!! It is not worth the risk, there are other places better.

Good except for the bug issues

Reviewer Comments: everything was great except the beds were infested with bugs-we got bit all over our ankles, calves, upper torso......including our 4 month old baby! We emailed the establishment to let them know and they didn't even bother to respond to our email- rude and very disappointing! We did not ask for compensation; we simply were notifying you all about the problem and then not to even get a reply; bad business and very disappointing!!!!
