Diese zentral gelegene, charmante, originelle Kapwohnung ist der perfekte Urlaubsort für Sie und Ihre Familie / Freunde! Nur wenige Schritte von der Fähre, den Boutiquen, Galerien und Restaurants entfernt bietet die Lage auf dem Hochpolhügel viel Privatsphäre und Gelassenheit mit Blick auf das Denkmal. Mit insgesamt 4BR, 2BA und 2 Wohnräumen gibt es viel Platz für Sie und Ihre Gäste. Ursprünglich im Jahr 1850 erbaut, bewahrt das Anwesen immer noch die ursprünglichen Kiefernböden und Einbauten, während die jüngsten Verbesserungen den Komfort des modernen Lebens ermöglichen. Beide Bäder wurden wunderschön und kürzlich renoviert und die Küche verfügt über alle neuen Geräte. Die große Wohnküche und das helle Wohnzimmer bieten viel Platz für Unterhaltung. Wenn Sie im Winter Urlaub machen, verleiht ein Holzofen dem Wohnzimmer Atmosphäre und Wärme. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie ein zweites Wohnzimmer sowie zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit einem Vollbad. Draußen umgeben der typische weiße Lattenzaun und das gepflegte Grundstück das Haus. Auf der einladenden Terrasse im Hintergrund können Sie im Sommer Abendessen mit einem Grill und einem Tisch mit Platz für 8 Personen genießen. Vor dem Haus stehen 6 Adirondack-Stühle, auf denen Sie wunderbar ein Getränk genießen und abhängen können. Die großzügige Auffahrt bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Autos und der Schuppen enthält alles, was Sie für einen Ausflug zum Strand oder eine Radtour durch die verschiedenen Radwege in Ptown (6 Fahrräder) benötigen.

Very Charming

The property was fabulous for our stay… easy 2-block walk to town center, well-appointed kitchen and home, lots of room, clean and very charming! The driveway providing on-site parking was a bonus. Thanks to the owners… we had a great stay at your home!

Beautiful house in AMAZING location

Mac's home is absolutely stunning - there is ample room across 4 separate bedrooms with 2 different living room areas and a gorgeous kitchen that has everything you need. The front and backyard have great space for cocktails and grilled dinners including an amazing outdoor shower! The real treat was the location. Situated 2 blocks behind Commercial Street and smack in the center of town, walking anywhere took no more than 5-10 minutes in either direction. Mac was incredibly responsive and friendly. Will 100% stay here again!

A charming house in a great location

This is a charming house with a very quirky layout, nicely maintained and thoughtfully updated. The location is outstanding, on a quiet side street but only about a five minute walk from the very center of town.

Great House for a group

We had a lovely week in this house, it had everything we needed and the four bedrooms were able to accommodate 6 easily. Two of the bedrooms were big enough for couples, while the other two were smaller, and better for 1 person. Mac was communicative and helpful, five stars!

Just the right spot

This property is a perfect distance from the restaurants and bars on Commercial Street, as they are easily walkable but the street itself is quiet and not at all congested. The property has been been tastefully updated with a new kitchen, bathrooms, and a w/d. We grillled and ate in the backyard several evenings, and cooked and ate in the kitchen most others. There is ample seating in both. Mac was an accomodating and responsive host, and took care of everything we needed from him. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House & Great Location

We had a wonderful time! Mac was a great host and his rental home is beautiful and conveniently located -- less than a 5-minute walk to and from Commercial Street / the heart of town. It was exactly what we needed for our brief getaway vacation. I'd definitely recommend staying here while in P-town!

Beautiful house, great location.

Mac and Sam’s place is so beautiful and comfortable. Moments from Commercial Street, but on a quiet road. Comms from Mac were great. There were eight adults, and the place is big enough that we all felt comfortable. We would stay here again and again.

Great Location - Charming Vibe

Stayed here with a group of friends and thoroughly enjoyed it! The decor and vibe of the house is really cool, charming, and well-done. It's very cozy and great for a group of friends. The location is incredible and really walkable to the main Ptown attractions. We really enjoyed the outdoor areas (outdoor shower, adirondack chairs, outdoor dining) and Mac the hose was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Awesome house

We loved our stay! The house is exactly as described and was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 9 to 1). The layout of the house and all the furnishings were great, as were the outdoor spaces / shower. Mac is incredibly friendly and responsive, and the check-in process couldn't have been simpler. We also really loved the location - incredibly close to everything but also in a quiet part of town. We took Mac's recommendation and tried Mistralino - we liked it so much we ate there twice! Thanks, Mac, for a wonderful week at your charming house.

Unforgettable Experience

Looking for an idyllic Cape Cod style home in the heart of PTown? Look no further. This incredibly clean home boasts plenty of comfortable space both indoor and outdoor and is just two blocks off of Commercial Street. The owner was incredibly communicative and welcoming. We'll certainly be looking to book this house again.

Absolutely awesome cottage!

This cottage is even better in person! We love the awesome layout, gorgeous upgrades, bathrooms and kitchen. This cottage is walking distance to literally everything. It does have a steep staircase but the kids didn’t care at all and they loved the upstairs family room and bedrooms. Mac was very responsive. I HIGHLY recommend this cottage for your next Ptown stay.

Nothing less than Sublime

Perfect distance to commercial street while maintaining privacy and quiet. Adirondack chairs in yard were perfect for morning coffee. Outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Plenty of kitchen amenities should you want to cook- we didn’t. We didn’t need the air conditioning- but it will be nice later this summer. Beds were comfortable- sheets were crisp and pillows soft yet firm. Driveway was big enough for my truck! Check in was super easy- many thanks Mac for everything!

A classic cape with charm, space and in a great place.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this lovely house. Mac was very friendly, communicative and responsive prior to and during our stay. The location is great, very central and close to Bradford and Commercial Street but tucked away on a quiet block that feels very private and hidden. The yard is beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the Adirondack chairs up front. The outdoor shower is really nice and the back patio is perfect for grilling and hanging out when it’s not too buggy. The interior of the house is as pictured in the listing, bright, well appointed and quaint all around. The additional living room upstairs is a real bonus giving everyone space to spread out and have privacy. The stairs are a trip (no pun intended) but added to the charm ;-) Mac makes sure to mention this in the listing and introduction note. This house feels like a cozy home with all the modern amenities one could ask for but with a lot of the character of a classic Ptown cape.

Perfect Ptown Getaway

It is hard to describe how amazing my stay was here at Mac's place. The house is perfect in size and everything that it offers. Stayed here with 8 friends and none of us had any complaints. We will definitely be staying here again next summer. Highlights include: 1. Location - literally such a short walk to everything you need 2. Outdoor Shower - perfectly secluded oasis 3. Amenities 4. Cozy and Content in Cape Cod

The property worked quite well for our needs throughout our week family reunion. The upstairs with two bedrooms plus bonus family room allowed for quiet nap time for children and quiet work space for adults working remotely. Fenced-in yard was perfect for children hunting Easter eggs. Living room wood stove provided ambience and warmth on coolish Spring evenings. Two downstairs bedrooms were perfect for those who don’t easily navigate stairs. Well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook up spectacular fresh fish dinners. 10 minute stroll to the pier and 5 minute drive to the grocery store plus a kind neighbor who loaned us spices brought together small town convenience and Cape Cod hospitality. Our hosts couldn’t have been more attentive.

Amazing Fall Week In PTown

Our stay (5 adults) at Mac's house in mid-November was wonderful! The entire condo was trendy and nicely updated, and very clean. We loved the location and that we were easily able to walk downtown in ~5 minutes. We would love to come back and stay again during the summer, and would highly recommend this spot to anyone coming to visit PTown!

The location of thos property is ideal! Quiet street and ample parking. A 3 minute walk to town.

Mac was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We were 5 ppl ranging in age from 64 to 77. Great showers , comfy beds and furniture.The stairs to the second floor are very very steep and shallow so a side step going down worked best for us. The house has old world charm and a beautiful garden. . Kitchen well stocked with lovely tableware. There is a shortage of storage space in the downstairs bedrooms but suitcase living was fine.

Our large condo is the perfect place for friends and/or family to vacation at together because it is very centrally located and yet is right off the beaten path so it’s very private. Also the unit itself provides everything you need to have a great time whether that’s cooking together for a fun dinner party or hanging out in the Adirondack chairs outside and having drinks.
