Beobachten Sie Delfine, die von unserer Ferienwohnung aus im Meer spielen. Die Aussichten sind großartig !! Dies ist eine der größeren 3-Zimmer-Wohnungen in unserem Komplex. Besuchen Sie uns und sehen Sie, warum die Leute immer wieder in unsere Wohnung zurückkehren. In Gebäude 6, Einheit 622, befindet sich unsere Einheit direkt am Strand und bietet von unserer Einheit einen herrlichen Blick vom Wohn- / Esszimmer zum Hauptschlafzimmer. Wir haben ein Deck in voller Länge mit Blick auf wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge, um die Delfine im Wasser spielen zu sehen.

Wir haben einige der schönsten, preisgekrönten weißen Sandstrände in den Vereinigten Staaten! Genießen Sie den 17-Meilen-Radweg auf Scenic 30-A und einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Strandpromenade zum Deerlake State Park. Es gibt 1.700 Morgen Wanderwege durch einige der malerischsten Landschaften und es ist auch ein Naturschutzgebiet. Es lohnt sich, diesen abgelegenen Strandabschnitt zu besuchen.

Unsere Einheit ist sehr geräumig, sauber und ist "beachy" dekoriert. Die zweite Etage Einheit verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, zweieinhalb Bäder. Geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Flachbildfernseher, Blueray-DVD-Player, Stereoanlage. Unser Gerät hat auch WiFi, bringen Sie also Ihren Laptop mit und verbinden Sie sich kostenlos mit dem Internet. Hauptschlafzimmer mit Flachbildfernseher, 2. Schlafzimmer mit Fernseher und 3. Schlafzimmer mit Flachbildfernseher. Das Gerät verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten mit großer Waschmaschine / Trockner, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ist ein Nichtraucherhaus ohne Haustiere. Für diejenigen, die mit Beachside Villas vertraut sind, ist unser Gebäude 6, das direkt am Strand liegt.

Wouldn't change a thing!

Check in was super easy. Mrs Barbara was easily available and very helpful. Unit is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches we've been to. View from the spacious balcony is breathtaking. The unit was laid out very well and accommodated our family perfectly. We enjoyed it so much we decided to stay another day and Barbara helped us through that request effortlessly. Plenty of things to do and good food to eat nearby. We really enjoyed "The Big Chill" just down the road on 30A. Would definitely book again.

Awesome communication with owner. Everything you need was there. Clear directions for anything you need to do. Not too fancy for kids. Perfect for family! We enjoyed our time very much.

Great views!

The views are much better in person. You are actually closer to the beach than the pictures make it seem. Great unit for the price. It would be nice to just walk right out to the beach and not have to walk a bit down to a public beach but that’s standard for the area. It’s only annoying if you are carrying a lot of items. There is also a free shuttle to the public beach but we didn’t want to use it. The beaches are public after 5 pm so that was nice when we wanted to watch the sunset. Barbara was quick to respond with any questions.

Location, Cleanliness, and Comfortable

The three things we look for in when book a property are location, cleanliness, and comfortability. The pictures are very accurate and the location is perfect. The cleanliness and comfortability can be subjective and difficult to determine through pictures and reviews. For my family of 5, we were very please with how clean the unit was and how comfortable the beds and furniture were. Barbara was fantastic to works with and quick to answer any questions. Ultimately, this is a place we plan to rent again, which is the highest review I can give!

Wonderful!

We have been coming to Seagrove for the last several years and have always stayed at different Beachside Villas. This trip was another wonderful stay! The condo was well stocked with all things needed and so much more. Ms. Barbara was so sweet and easy to work with when I had some trouble accessing the unit, she got me in, in no time! We couldn’t have asked for anything more and will most certainly be booking with her again! More than likely before the summer ends!!! The absolute only thing I would change would be the check out from 9 to 10 ( in a perfect world 😁, right) This may not be a biggie for most and definitely not a deal breaker, just tough on a mama to drag the kiddos out of bed, get breakfast done, pack the car and clean up after them all before 9am. I’m very mindful of leaving a place exactly how we found it. Thank you again for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

Limited Beach space

Beachside side Villas are very nice. Due to beach privacy you only have 60 feet of beach. One of the private home owners continued to come out and make people move. He was rude and it was ridiculous. You also cannot use the beach side rental chairs and umbrellas service. We will never stay there again due to the public beach problems.

Nice view of the water

The property was nicely kept. Both bathrooms, the stove, and the W/D looked new. The W/D was amazingly quiet, so it wasn’t a disturbance to wash while people were doing other things. Some of the furniture was uncomfortable but serviceable. We brought our own blankets, but there were at least 2 others in the condo had we needed them. The kitchen was outfitted thoughtfully. There were plenty of bath towels, and many were organic. As others have mentioned, the upstairs is very noisy. They had kids running the hallway and lots of furniture moving. We were able to ignore it, but it may keep us from booking here again. That’s certainly not any reflection on the owners of this condo, of course!

This unit is in the best location for this property. What you do not see from the photos is the beach area for this complex. You see the beach for the complex in front of this one, plus the private beach for the homes to your right. The beach for this complex is about 4 or 5 houses down to the right. There is a daily attendant to enforce you are using the beach dedicated to others. They provide a golf cart shuttle if you prefer not to walk. If you have people in your group that have difficulty walking at all, you will need the shuttle. That was disappointing to me. It would have made a difference in my booking. Otherwise, the unit was nicely appointed and clean. Barbara was very responsive in booking and questions we had prior to arrival.

The noise from the floor above was terrible in the evenings. One ceiling fan rattled and over was notified. The location was great as were the views. The decor was beachy and cute! It was very clean! The owners were attentive! Definitely would stay there again!

Beachside villas good value!

You pay off-beach price for a very very short walk to the beach. Beachside Villas is positioned right by the public access. Building six has beautiful beach views! Other buildings are close by and may or may not give a glimpse of the gulf. Well kept. Good Value! Have stayed intermittently for over 20 years! You can’t beat it. This year 622. Only one flight of stairs and beautiful view! Thank you BSV

Nice Place

Very enjoyable stay except for the noise from the unit above us. Either the units are not well insulated and/or the eight people above us did not sleep much and were very noisy. Luckily they were only there the last two nights of our stay. Everything else was great!

Mike and I have owned at Beachside Villas for over 22 years now. We love coming to Seagrove Beach. The beauty of the area is something you only see in post cards. Our beaches are some of the best with our sugar white sand and emerald green waters. We keep our condo clean and decorated so our guests feel like they are at home, just have the beach at their backyard. Our area is very laid back, scenic and great place to come and unwind.
