The condo is clean and modern. There is an enforced noise ordinance so the community is quiet after 10 pm. Security will also make regular runs to insure the rules are followed. The staff was prompt with my questions and helpful when something was needed.

Great place but road noise not good for sleeping

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and information provided pre check in was great. Road noise for upstairs bedrooms was very loud as all guys were getting up early for golf. Perhaps new windows. Hot tub fee is dumb, as we never used it nor would we.

Played several courses in the St George area. This property was less than a minute travel to the pro shop for the Ledges course. Easy travel around the area.

House Well Stocked

The house is very well stocked and the kids loved playing with the foosball table and hot tub. It is a little ways out of St.George and only 1 restaurant within 5 minutes. Other than that it was a fantastic stay, loved the view and a quiet neighborhood.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Possibly our favorite location to stay in St. George. Beautiful scenery and so close to Snow Canyon. House was comfortable and fun. It had everything we needed and was generally clean. However, they just aren’t built well and the wear and tear adds up fast. Water damage in the 1/2 bath with mildew smell, broken toilet paper dispenser, dirty baseboards, and grimy grout in the shower. Could use a little TLC.

Great place, easy access, tons of extras, perks, and plenty of room!

The property was clean and extremely well equipped with anything a family of any size would need. The garage was awesome as it rained when we were there. The hot tub was clean and inviting. Overall an excellent place to stay while visiting the St. George area!

Weekend getaway

My wife, my 2 kids, and myself all agreed that this was by far our favorite vacation rental experience that we've had. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials that we needed to make breakfast each morning and dinner a few times during our stay. We spent a few nights playing the games that were furnished and also using the foosball game in the upstairs family room. We absolutely loved the hot tub and gas fire pit on the upstairs balcony. The location of Ledges to the Snow Canyon State Park was perfect for a day of hiking. We also absolutely loved the dinner menu at the Fishrock Grille! We ate there twice during our stay at Ledges. Just one suggestion. It would be nice to have a ceiling fan or a fan in the bedrooms. With being asked to set the thermostat no lower than 72 degrees we were a little bit warm while trying to fall asleep. Would definitely give this place 5 out of 5 stars and we are already looking to book for next Spring Break
