Cozy home-away-from-home

We loved our stay here and would enthusiastically recommend it to others. Our hosts Iris and Mark seem to have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well-stocked. The house as a whole was very roomy. The location was perfect as it is close to Old Towne Orange, and it provided easy access to the freeway for the quick drive to Newport or Laguna (or the airport). It was a cozy “home away from home” for our week in SoCal.

Perfect for us

We stayed here with our kids ages 3-16 and grandparents. It was perfect. Everyone had a place to relax and be comfortable sleeping. The kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed and we loved having the big dining room table to eat around. Iris was so great at communicating with us and made everything so smooth. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hosts but area is ok

Iris and Mark are incredible hosts that are very thoughtful and add wonderful touches. This house has everything you need and is fully stocked. Drawbacks are the area is super crowded with limited parking and in a less scenic area. Biggest issue we had is there is a dog immediately next door that barks literally all night long and with the closeness of the houses, it kept us awake. However, we are aware that the hosts can’t help that at all and did everything to make our stay comfortable.

Disney Getaway

Everything was as advertised & more; we couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house was a perfect fit for needs: ample space, cleanliness, included amenities & a few added personal touches by our wonderful (& very responsive) hosts, Iris & Mark. Our grandson even asked if we could stay here again on our next trip! I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect stay for Disney and Beach!

Great place! This house had a great layout. Loved that it was single level. Plenty of seating to relax after a long day. There were chairs, coolers, umbrella, beach toys, wagon and beach towels for us to use. They had snacks and water for us to enjoy. We had everything we needed and more!

Exceptional Customer Service

Iris was amazing! I would highly recommend staying at this house. Very nice and clean. Only issue was the primary shower wasn’t draining so we had to share one shower amongst 8 adults and the amount of cars parked in the street and close to the driveway made backing out challenging at times.

Great stay, Great hosts!

Had a great stay with our family. House was clean, spacious, and more than we expected. Hosts provided us with great coffee, creamer , teas and delicious snacks. Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Cake was the cherry on top! That was greatly appreciated! Beds and pillows were super comfortable! We will be back!

Granddaughters Cause I’m talking enough Disney Trip.

Very nice house! The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Everything was as listed and the house “book” was full of helpful info. We did not spend a lot of time actually at the house, enough to rest our heads and chase around Disney for 5 days. Also super impressed with all that was available to make it like home.

Comfortable and functional

My wife and I and our adult children had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating, and it was conveniently located. When my son left his wallet at the house, the house very quickly called to let us know that the cleaners had found it. It was a great day for us.

Amazing House

This house was the perfect place for us to stay. We booked it to be in proximity to Disneyland and drove to Universal Studios as well. The house was clean and we had no issues finding it. It was very comfortable way better than staying at a hotel since we were with family. They were the bests and communicated with us during our whole stay. They even went the extra mile and gave us tips on Disneyland parking. This saved us hours in getting in and out of the park. They also left us snacks, and water. I highly recommend this place for anyone.

Comfy, clean and good communication

We stayed 7 nights and it was a wonderful week! Decent, central location for our travels out to a Riverside for family gatherings, the beach, Disney and Knott’s. Neighborhood felt a little sketchy, but somehow not horrible. The house is very nice and clean with lots of little extras to make our stay convenient, helpful and comfy. Very appreciated! Can sleep 10 very comfortably. Tricky though to have 10 people to only 2 bathrooms (the master bath is behind master bedroom door and toilet is in the same room as shower & sink). But we managed it just fine. And owner was great to work with! Thanks for a great vacay rental!

Excellent homey space for our visit

Pictures do not do justice to the lovely living room, kitchen and sun room! After a long day of travel, the comfy beds were just what we needed. Every amenity was thought of and supplied in this space, and we enjoyed the quiet. Very accessible to shopping, food, amusement and more. We didn't make it to the beach, but appreciated the supplies made available. Iris was available and communicative throughout our stay, and we would recommend this rental with no reservations.

Great location and property

The house is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen stocked with cooking equipment and dining needs. Hosts were quick in needed responses and had great recommendations. Located in a fantastic location in Orange county. Would highly recommend!!

Hi, I raised my daughter and have shared wonderful times with family and friends over the years in my home. We love Orange and the small old town community feel. It is close to so many things. For instance, My daughter and I snow skied in Wrightwood and went to Newport beach to enjoy a bonfire all in the same day! Because we are so close to Disneyland we would go frequently... like a Sunday afternoon or after dinner. Definitely one of our happy places!

My husband and I have cats that adopted us. We like to travel, enjoy kayaking, walking on the beach, hikes, visiting friends and family in our spare time.

I hope your family creates special memories during your visit in our home as mine has over the years!

Our home has been newly renovated throughout. The kitchen is customized with quartz counter-tops, new cabinets and is fully equipped with all the niceties of home, to prepare your favorite meals with, to enjoy at "home" or take with you on your daily adventures. Multiple grocery stores and delicious dining within a mile.

Our home is a single story 4-bedroom and a family-room ranch style home with an open-space clean and bright floor plan (which includes central air and heat) that offers everyone space to relax , watch T.V. or enjoy playing games together!

Enjoy new cabinetry in 2 full baths ( one 66-gallon Jacuzzi tub), towels, toiletries, individual shampoo/conditioner, soap and hair dryers.

There is parking in the Driveway! And for a fun get away to the beach, there are boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella tent, wagon, cooler and toys for the kids to play in the sand.
