Entzückender historischer unten Treppenbungalow mit Ozeanansicht. Zwei Schlafzimmer 1 1/2 Bad Schlafzimmer eins hat Königingrößenbett mit halbem Badezimmer. Schlafzimmer zwei hat Etagenbetten in voller Größe Bett auf der Unterseite Twin-Size-Bett oben. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Couch, die sich in ein großes Doppelbett verwandeln lässt. Die Küche ist komplett mit Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Spiele und Spielzeug für die Kinder. Smart-TV und WLAN im Wohnzimmer. Französisch Türen im Wohnzimmer öffnen sich auf eine private Terrasse im Freien. Die zweite Terrasse hat einen riesigen Weber-Gasgrill und einen Terrassentisch. Liegestühle und Handtücher werden gestellt und Strandspielzeug. Nur 10 Schritte zum Strand. Direkt am Strand gibt es Fahrrad-, Paddle-Board- und Kajakverleih. Im Sommer gibt es auch einen riesigen schwimmenden Hindernisparcours vor der Tür. Spaß für alle Altersgruppen. Die zweite Straße mit Restaurants, Bars und vielen Geschäften ist zu Fuß erreichbar. 35 bis 40 Minuten von Disneyland 30 Minuten von Knottsberry Farm eine Stunde nach Legoland. Das Kongresszentrum ist eine fünfminütige Autofahrt entfernt. Im Obergeschoss gibt es ein 2 1/2 Häuschen mit drei Schlafzimmern, das ebenfalls gemietet werden kann.

Nice property. Door code delivery could be better

Property and location quite nice; grandkids lobbying to come back to it. Host would not give door code until check-in time (in fact a little after) and I was actually at the property, which had me anxious about the various ways it could go wrong. Was apologetic, citing security concern, but I'm used to having the code before I leave home for other vacation rentals.

Amazing stay for our family of 7. It was clean. Had all linens and towels labeled, plenty to go around. The location was so fun! We were able to choose ocean side or canal side. Canal side was literally steps away. Ocean side was like a 2 block walk. So much energy around. We often just sat outside in the patio area and watched people come and go. Short walk to area shops and dining. The host was super quick to answer messages. Also, it was the first vrbo that we didn’t have to start laundry, and scrub the floors before we left. I call that a great Vrbo!!

Excellent location!

The home was fantastic and the view of the water right out the front porch was great. Location was amazing and walking distance to all of the restaurants and shopping on 2nd street. It was also a convenient drive to Disney, Huntington and Laguna Beach.

Amazing location

This rental is located nearly on the beach. Amazing views. Quiet location. The rental has a shared front patio, shared laundry (located in a closet on the side of the building), building has other VBRO units, also. Fun toys for kids. Plenty of linens. Check in/out procedures could be made clearer. Walkable to everything Belmont Shore and Naples Island has to offer! Would absolutely stay again, and was sad to leave!

Great location!

Our family of four spent a weekend at this home. We enjoyed using both of the patios. Very nice having beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels & sand toys provided. Loved being so close to 2nd Street where we walked for meals & shopping., the bay directly across the street, and the ocean so close. The ocean has very nice walking/biking paths. You can rent bikes & scooters up at the corner thru an app. You can rent kayaks & SUP’s at the other corner. The weather was nice so enjoyed having the windows open, but did turn on the AC a couple times. Heidi was a great host. We would stay here again.

A Week at the Bay

The location of this property is perfect whether you like the Ocean or the Bay. We stayed in this location because we have adult children, with infants, who live in the area. We were able to enjoy our stay and have the family together at a very fun house. Situated directly across the street from Alamitos Bay, the amount of activity is almost non-stop during the day. They close off Bay Shore Ave to motor traffic during the day all summer, which presents some parking challenges, but the lack of traffic makes getting around the area on foot much easier. And, the house was well insulated so that once inside there was no outside noise.

Beautiful location and perfect space

My husband and I brought my parents down to Long Beach for a mini getaway. This was the perfect spot for us all. We are in our 30s and my parents are 60s/70s with some mobility issues. The bottom floor was perfect and accessible for my Dad while using his cane and moving around the space. The outdoor seating area was our favorite, we ate most meals out there while enjoying the views and weather. We even utilized the BBQ grill which waa easy to use. The bedroom doors were a little difficult to close but we didn't mind having them cracked open at night. All keyless entry which was convenient for all members of the family. Cannot speak more highly of the location, steps away from the beach and great walking trails as well as 2nd street with excellent dining options.

Location is everything!

We had a great stay at this property. My husband and I were in town to visit our adult daughter who lives in the area. She stayed with us for the 10 days we were there and we absolutely loved the location! The house is on the corner of Alamitos Bay (with a great beach) and is a block from the ocean. It is just a couple blocks from 2nd Street where there are bars, restaurants and shops galore. In addition, it is only steps away from the kayak and paddle board rental, which we did one day and went around the whole bay! We rented the downstairs two-bedroom unit and it was perfect for us. Pros: Location! The property owner was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns before our stay and during our stay Air conditioning Dishwasher Gas grill One garage spot (must be a small car due to size and narrow alley behind garage) Fairly well-stocked kitchen (could use a few more grilling tools) Codes to access the property made it easy for coming and going. Front patio was great for hanging out during the day and evening (be aware that this is a shared patio with the upstairs unit...while we were there none of the other tenants used the patio, but we commented that if there had been people staying upstairs that used the patio it might have felt quite awkward and we probably wouldn't have felt comfortable sharing that space. The unit we rented also has a small elevated patio outside the door, but that is pretty much "right on top" of the shared patio and if the other tenants were on the larger patio we might not have wanted to be out there). Challenges: If you are staying on a Saturday night the property next door hosts an outdoor concert every week (we were told by that owner) which, when we were there started at 3PM and went until about 9:30PM. The concert resulted in lots of people gathering to listen to the music on the street and was so loud we couldn't sit outside on either patio and hear ourselves talk. But if you like live music, it was "fun." Not sure if this happens year round, but definitely happens in the summer and while the weather is warm. If you don't want to listen to the live music on a Saturday, make a dinner reservation on 2nd Street. The master bedroom had nowhere to put clothes except to hang them in the closet. No drawers or shelves at all in that bedroom. Overall, we loved this property and would definitely stay there again when we are in town!

Beauty by the bay

The pictures doesn’t show this place justice. The view was awesome and having family be able to enjoy the scenery and the front patio area was awesome. I wish there were more utensils for us to be able to cook a meal but wasn’t a big deal. The air conditioner blew cold and the neighbors were also great. The only con I would say to this place is the front side parking on having to move the vehicle for street sweep at 9am and a potion of the road closes to thru traffic between 9-5. There is a garage in the back that you can park in. My fault I booked an SUV (Infiniti QX80) which was too big to fit So I would recommend a smaller vehicle and save your self the hassle. Other than that you can’t go wrong with this place period!! Uber if you have to. If it were not covid-19 time you’d be able to enjoy a walk to 2nd street as well an hit all the fun spots too. Just book if You got the chance to.

Great place in the perfect location

This property is exactly as described! The location is perfect! Right across from the beach with beautiful views and a close walk to 2nd St. The big patio with bbq was ideal to enjoy in the mornings and evenings with family and friends. The inside is clean and had everything we needed. I can’t say enough nice things about this owner, she was always accommodating and so quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this place and plan to return.
