Dieses haustierfreundliche Ferienhaus am See liegt direkt am Wasser und ist der perfekte Rückzugsort für einen privaten Zufluchtsort. Diese dreistöckige Unterkunft bietet vier Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und zwei Wohnzimmer und ist gemütlich im Herzen des Adirondacks untergebracht. Dieses Juwel bietet bequem Platz für 12 Personen und heißt auch die pelzige Familie willkommen.

Die Hauptebene (mittlere Etage) verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer und Blick auf den wunderschönen Hadlock Lake. Genießen Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht von den geräumigen Fenstern und Doppelglastüren oder entspannen Sie auf der großen Terrasse mit Sitzgarnitur und Gasgrill, um im Freien zu speisen und zu entspannen. Die Hauptebene verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Die dritte Ebene des Hauses verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und ein WC. Zwei der Schlafzimmer verfügen über luxuriöse Queensize-Betten und das vierte übergroße Schlafzimmer bietet drei Queensize-Betten und einen spektakulären Blick auf den See, den Sie beim Frühstück im Bett genießen können.

Die untere Etage befindet sich auf Seehöhe und verfügt über ein zweites Wohnzimmer sowie ein Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch und Bar, ideal für Familienabende, ohne den Komfort von zu Hause zu verlassen. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum See von dieser Ebene mit einer sekundären Terrasse und Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen neben der Majestät des Sees.

Darüber hinaus haben Sie die Bequemlichkeit eines 30 Meter langen Grundstücks am Seeufer, das einen großen privaten Steg, einen begehbaren Bereich zum Schwimmen am See sowie einen Schwimmsteg zum Sonnenbaden oder Abspringen in den ruhigen Kristall umfasst klares Wasser des Hadlock Lake. Gerne können Sie auch unsere Außendusche nutzen, um sich an der frischen Bergluft abzukühlen.

"PRIVATE PARK" umfasst eine zweistufige Schaukel, einen Basketballplatz, einen Tetherball, Hufeisen, einen Grillplatz, einen Picknickplatz, eine Feuerstelle, einen Geodome / Kletterspieß und ein aufwändiges Baumhaus mit Rutsche und Felswand. Viel Spaß in der Sonne oder bei Nacht mit viel Außenbeleuchtung.

Heaven in August

The property was perfect for our group. The listing was totally accurate and just as we had seen and read about when we arrived. Loved the house location on the lake as it wasn't deep in the woods nor majorly exposed to sun. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and the managing company very responsive to our communications both before and during our stay.

Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful time at the lake! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children to sleep and play. The kids loved the game room, fire pit, hot tub, and ease of access to jump into the lake at any time. We had a wonderful time at this property.

The house was comfortable as well as beautiful Everything that we needed was there The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, appliances, and enough plates and silverware that we needed without having to hand wash in between dishwasher loads Stairs down to the lake instead of a ramp would be easier to navigate I would say that the only negative thing is the road leading to the house. It is unpaved and full of ruts and holes

Great Destination Thanksgiving

It was a great location to gather for Thanksgiving with family from a few Upstate NY and New England locations. House was very comfortable for a broad range of ages, and kitchen was very well appointed for cooking large meals. We enjoyed our time here, and there was some good history to explore around Lake George, a nice art museum in Glens Falls, and some great mountain biking trails.

Quick Winter getaway

Great Place!

My family and I had an excellent, relaxing late winter weekend at this property. Most summer season attractions like golf, rafting, and horseback riding were still closed and the lake was frozen over but still what a great time! We were just grilling, hanging out by the fire, playing lots of pool in the game room, and enjoying the view from the hot tub. Definitely would consider an extended visit during a summer month but again for a short weekend to just get away and relax with family this was great.

The Perfect Getaway

We all had a wonderful time and had so much fun!!! It was the perfect getaway weekend for my husband's 40 birthday! We had a fire outside and enjoyed the fresh air and views of the snow covered pond. There were so many choices of games in the game room....something for EVERYONE!! We look forward to visiting again...hopefully very soon. We had a BLAST!!!!

Lovely Property!

We had a great time staying at the Lakefront Lookout. Plenty of space for everyone, good internet and cozy rooms. When the basement was chilly, they sent over an extra space heater really quickly! One thing I'd recommend for the property management team is making sure cleaning supplies and the first aid kit are well stocked. It was hard to clean up the kitchen at the end of our visit without the equipment to do it (specifically a mop and disinfectant/cleaner), and the first aid kit was empty when we needed it. But other than those small things, really a perfect trip!

Great place, couple things..

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. The renters were responsive and the house was incredible. We we first arrived however, the neighbors were hammering in a side that read to keep pets off their lawn. We understand that completely, but it wasn’t a great way to start the trip. We also did not love the camera placement on the back patio as it overlooked the hot tub and they openly admitted they were watching us when they came to fix the cooling system. The neighbors also complained about noise at 8:00pm, when the quiet time begins at 10:00pm. Overall I would love to come back to this magical place and beautiful home. I would just change the neighbors dislike towards renters and the watching eyes.

Amazing property and management team

Stayed 2 nights Fri 3/20 to Sun 4/1 in 2018. Katelyn our property host was amazing to work with. Her communication was prompt, thoughtful and warm. We were really fortunate to be upgraded due to a cancellation (thank you Katelyn!). The property itself is a stunning split level home and as you gaze across the lake and see neighboring properties, it is definitely the nicest house on the block. Home is fully stocked in the kitchen. Laundry even has washing detergent, fabric softener. Abundance of towels. House was immaculate when we arrived. Its furnishings are modern but welcoming and its amenities are everything a family of 4 could wish for: outdoor grill, lake frontage views, pier, fire pit, hot tub. Kids wanted to move in! We were sad to leave. Thank you Katelyn and Northern Living for such a wonderful stay. Hope you'll have us again! B. Family.

Perfect escape

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Lakefront Lookout. We were drawn to the property from the promotional photos. The home lived up to our expectations. The open floor plan made it easy for us to enjoy various activities in the same space. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment for cooking. The view is breathtakingly beautiful. From nearly every seat, you can see the stunning lake. There are so many places to enjoy the days and evenings outside. We dined on the deck and on the dock. We swam to the raft to play cards and relax in the sun. The rental kayaks were enjoyed by all and gave us an easy way to explore the lake. When we tired of the sunshine, we gathered under the deck in the shaded seating area. The hot tub was loved by all, especially my kids! They started and ended each day with a relaxing soak. All the bedrooms were well appointed. Our daughters enjoyed the bedroom with three queen beds. The AC unit outside of the first floor bedroom can get loud enough to disturb a light sleeper. This was easily addressed by switching from AC to the ceiling fans at bedtime. We had an excellent and relaxing vacation at Lakefront Lookout.
