Great place for a lot of people. 2 small apartments and 3 suites. Layout of the house is great, we planned on using the downstairs oven but it wasn’t working. Good time for all involved.

Rehoboth stay

Very nice property. We had extended family visit from all over the country. Everyone had a bed and bathroom. It was not a bad walk to the beach. Unfortunately, we had a bad storm and the basement apartment flooded. The management team was great to respond.

Never Again

The house is nice; However, I will not rent it again, no linen was provided, no supplies to wash dishes you must bring everything yourself, and I am glad I got them to take the $1,000 deposit off. THE COMPANY ALSO TRIED TO PUT A FALSE CLAIM, THEY EMAILED ME STATING AN ARM OF ONE THE CHAIR WAS BROKEN WHEN I ASK THEM TO SEND PICTURES I NEVER RECIEVED THEM, (it was false) I cleaned and checked this house before I left, and nothing was wrong.

Ladies Getaway

Had a wonderful long weekend here. The place is lovely. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed for our weekend. The place is perfectly located within walking distance to the beach and the shops. I would definately stay here again.

Ladies Weekend During Sea Witch Festival

Great house for our Ladies weekend with 13 friends from all over the country. Sea Witch Festival was a bonus. House has so many bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate our group and still let us be together around the table and in the living room. Kitchen is a bit small but we made it work. Would definitely revisit this location again

Great house - lots of areas to spread out

We were a large group of friends and really enjoyed staying at this house. It’s a big house and has many areas to spread out or be together. Be forwarded - kitchen doesn’t have cooking oil or salt and pepper, spices, dish soap, towels. just know you have bring it with you. The house is really clean and very well maintained. The rental is through a realtor and the office staff is easy to communicate with and helpful with questions.

Rehobath family vacation

Location is great but kitchen is not furnished for cooking for a large group. There are plenty of cutlery but lacked the basics such as large cooking vessels, measuring spoons & cups , cutting boards etc. There was plenty of room for our group but seemed overpriced.

New Castle Property

We really enjoyed the location and the private areas for all of our 16 family members. The two apartments were really nice for siblings and cousins to share. The location was perfect distance from the town and the beach! I would update the washer and dryer on the property and maybe remove the router box from the bedroom on first floor. Lights were too bright. Other than that we loved the place and will definitely come back again!

A great Girlfriend Fall Retreat

This is an older house that is well maintained and appointed. The neighborhood is beautiful and convenient to beach, shopping and restaurants. The house possesses a Very eclectic selection in art and decorum . Loved what we called the three Apartment-nets Glad we didn’t have to use any of the sofa beds. The house slept 18 comfortably without .use of sofa beds, My only complaint is not enough televisions, our guest would have enjoyed television in bedroom . Needed instructions for operation of thermostat for the various units of the house/apartments. Would have been nice to have been provided fliers or a listing of nearby food delivery services. Labor Day 2022

Second year spending labor day in Rehoboth and this house was great! Lots of parking and space. Has an old style but very clean and had no complaints about the house. Check-in/out was easy and did not run into any problems during the weekend. The location of the house is great and within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The house is kind of a maze and was difficult to find the right bedrooms initially. Definitely would stay here again!

Fantastic but needs a few adjustments

This property is an ideal location, very clean, plenty of beds and baths. We loved being able to walk to the beach and boardwalk, the outdoor showers, and the three separate living spaces when our younger family members needed space. We may stay here again, as it suited us so well! The only drawbacks were a tiny kitchen with no storage for food, nowhere to eat together for our group of 16, and some of the furniture is old and decorations fragile. Our suggestion to the owner would be to replace the big table by the front window with a dining table and chairs for additional seating for meals and games, replace glass-top tables with wooden ones and remove most of the Asian vases, and replace/repair some of the dining chairs.

The Perfect Stay

This place was the perfect answer to having friends and family under one roof for such an important week -- our son's wedding! Having the majority of our important people in this home allowed us to spend amazing quality time with one another....beach time, visiting, meals together, yet everyone had their own space! No regrets and would do it all over again!

Nice place

The property was nice - There were plenty of beds and the arrangement worked out well. I would have liked to have a larger living room area to city with everyone. Also, the back yard space is a little small for the number of guests. The house was really clean. It isn't decorated in a beach style at all - but that was ok.

Outdated, Cramped, Worn Out, Dirty

The house itself was fine for the price, I guess is where I should start. It's essentially a 3 bedroom house with 2 2-bedroom apartments attached, and the common areas are sized for a 3 bedroom house, not for gathering 7 bedrooms worth of people. The living room and dining rooms were cramped for everyone. The top floor bedroom is nice. The apartments themselves were convenient since we were traveling with small kids and we could separate from the main group for bedtime, etc. However, we stayed in the ground floor apartment and it was filthy on check in. There was a used diaper, a condom, random pills spread around the floors and under the beds. Several of the items on furniture were falling apart. The bathrooms and especially the showers in the apartments were comically small. When you rent the house through VRBO you're just paying a partial fee to VRBO, and the main fee goes to ReMax who manages the property. Other than sending me a rental agreement, I was not contacted by the rental company, and had to call to confirm that my rental was set, and also to rent sheets. To check in you have to swing by the office and pickup keys, which isn't a huge deal, but again a bit outdated. The location of the house is perfectly fine, it was walkable to everything you'd want it to be walkable too. We'd not rent this property again, and likely will not rent a house managed by Remax again, although we have no experience with the other agencies in the area. If you do rent this house, the main guidance I would give is that it's really tight if you fill all the bedrooms and all want to gather together in the living or dining room.
