The Space
This one-bedroom apartment with a furnished study is an ideal home to host a young family. The open planned living room is clutter free with ample furnishing, featuring a large L-shaped sofa, a dining table to seat six with bright natural light owing to the floor to ceiling, fully dressed windows. From here, the guests can access the private balcony with Burj Khalifa View and community views. The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the necessary appliances.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom comes equipped with a large double bed with premium bedding and bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and lots of natural light and an en suite bathroom.

Study
Furnished with a day bed and side table and natural light owing to the fully dressed window, this room would be perfectly suited to an accompanying teen or younger child.

Guest Access
Guests to this apartment can enjoy the use of squash courts, a fitness room, steam room, table tennis & tennis court as well as access to a professional laundry service. The Old Town community is ideal for families, as there are both indoor and outdoor children’s play areas, a children’s swimming pool, an adult pool and a clubhouse. Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.

The Neighbourhood
Downtown Dubai is the dynamic hub of this burgeoning young city, filled with the regions biggest and the world’s greatest attractions such as The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination, The Dubai Fountain, the world’s tallest performing fountain and of course the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa. All of which are a short walking distance from the apartment, along with the Dubai Opera House and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, the vibrant thoroughfare dotted with cafes and retail outlets.

Whenever you’re ready to head out into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences Dubai style. For those lazy beach days, a taxi will get you to the Arabian Gulf in 5 minutes and for the more adventurous traveller, how about venturing out to Dubai Creek and taking a Dhow Dinner Cruise. When you’re ready to explore the city further afield, you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Uber and other car services are also available and widely used throughout the Emirate.
