Helpful front desk staff, great location (only a 5 minute drive to John's Pass and a five minute walk to Publix which also has a liquor store). There is a patio door off the living room as well as the master bedroom which was lovely. While there is a full size fridge, stove, and microwave, many of the basics needed for cooking are missing (e.g., kettle, tea pot, potato peeler, decent cooking utensils, salt & pepper, casserole dishes, tea towels, and scrubbers just to menion a few). The coffee maker is tiny (two decent size cups only). We bought our own coffee press and coffee. I don't think they supply coffee other than a starter package. The comfort of the beds is acceptable short term but they are not high quality mattresses. The balconies are a good size but there is very limited patio furniture (only two small chairs and a tiny table as in the photo on Home Away). Beach accessories are NOT available unless you wish to rent them on the beach. It is $30 for a full day cabana rental (available from 9 am to 5 pm) which consistes of two lounge chairs with cusions and a table between with a good cover that you can adjust. Bring your own beach towels. The pool area has good (free) lounge chairs but it is quite a distance from the beach (estimate 400+ feet). There are 3 good size televisions in each 2 bedroom suite and a well functioning A/C unit. The washer/dryer is a smaller, stackable unit. Bring your own laundry detergent. This property includes a gulf side building and a bay side building on opposite sides of the street. There is a wonderful roof top deck but there isn't any shade up there!
