Gehen Sie zu Fuß zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zum Strand, zum Hafen von Falmouth und zur Inselköniginfähre, um Tagesausflüge zu Marthas Weinberg zu unternehmen. Weniger als eine Meile bis zur Ziellinie des Falmouth Road Race und in der Nähe des Shining Sea Bike Trail. Der kostenlose Trolley zum Woods Hole ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt.

Die erste Etage verfügt über ein kleines Bad neben der Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, ein helles Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einer sonnigen Frühstücksecke mit Blick auf den wunderschön angelegten Garten und die Terrasse. Aus der Küche ist das Esszimmer, das 8 bequem Platz bietet. Den Flur hinunter befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit 1 Einzelbett. Über die Wendeltreppe gelangen Sie in den zweiten Stock, wo sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 1 Einzelbett befinden.

Die hintere Terrasse neben der Küche ist privat und bietet sowohl sonnige als auch schattige Bereiche zum Entspannen. Gasgrill, 2 Terrassenstühle, 1 Liege, 2 Tische mit Sonnenschirmen für insgesamt 10 Personen. Zwei zur Schau getragene Gärten sind mit Kräutern und Kirschtomaten bepflanzt (in der Saison)! Die beiliegende Außendusche ist eine erfrischende Art, sich nach einem heißen Tag am Strand abzukühlen. Genießen Sie nach dem Abendessen eine Partie Tischtennis oder Sitzsack auf dem Rasen oder entspannen Sie sich einfach und genießen Sie die Ruhe des Kaps.

Das Harbour Heights Beach House befindet sich in idealer Lage direkt an der Main Street - abseits des Trubels und doch nahe genug, um zu Fuß zu Restaurants und Geschäften zu gelangen. Der Strand von Falmouth Heights ist weniger als 1,6 km entfernt. Genießen Sie die Ruhe von Falmouth Harbour, nur einen Block entfernt. Die Island Queen Ferry für Tagesausflüge zum Martha's Vineyard ist nur einen Block entfernt. Etwa 800 m entfernt in der Falmouth Mall gibt es einen kostenlosen Trolley, der von und nach Woods Hole fährt. Bringen Sie Ihre Fahrräder mit und fahren Sie auf dem Shining Sea Bike Path. Perfect location!

Great location! We were here for Falmouth road race weekend and it was the perfect spot! Two families stayed and enough room for both. Property management were easy to contact and quick to respond! Clean and comfortable home!

Great location and place!

Perfect spot for a group of girls to vacation. Super short walk to the ferry for a day trip to Marthas Vineyard! Owner was very responsive and accommodating!

Great spot for a group

Had a great time. Perfect spot for 5-10 people. Easy walk to the harbor and main street and a short drive to several beaches. Communication was easy. Would stay here again and will reccomend to friends.

Amazing stay!

Recently stayed here for 4 nights in June 2024, we had an excellent time! The place was super clean and was so spacious, both inside and outside. The backyard is perfect for grilling/lawn games etc. The house was stocked with beach/bath towels and beach chairs! It is truly a prime location because we were able to walk to the beach, downtown and the MV ferry - such a huge benefit.

Home away from Home

This house is very convenient to the beach, the ferry and local businesses. The property manager Abdul went above and beyond to be helpful to our family. When we had a family emergency he was on site within minutes to help! We have stayed at many VRBO properties and the kitchen in this one was more fully furnished than any other we have stayed. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect home away

Jana was an absolute delight to work with - friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond. Check-in instructions were super clear and straightforward. We were a large group of women and we had lots of spaces to sleep! the outdoor space is perfect for gathering (easy room for 10 people) with the fire pit and patio furniture. Easy 10ish minute walk to the beach through a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood. Can't recommend this house more highly.

Falmouth Wedding Weekend

My family of 4 shared this home with my sister's family of 5. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed being within walking distance to Falmouth Heights beach and other family staying nearby. The house was clean with plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. The fenced in backyard was so nice and it was fun to use the firepit for with everyone. There was some issue with the hot water but the property manager was very attentive and addressed it right away. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Location could have been any better.

Great location and fitted all our needs. Super close to boat to Martha's Vineyard, short walk to many great restaurants and a good base to drive anywhere on the south of Cape Cod. Bathroom could receive an update, yet functioned just fine. All in all a great place I would recommend to anyone that wants to visit this area.

First off Abdul and Jana were amazing hands on hosts helping us navigate our way through the area w wonderful suggestions for our 4 generations family! Their home , w 2 newly renovated bathrooms and plenty of space for our group of 10 adults and 3 kids ages 4,2, and 2, allowed for everyone to spend time together comfortably. TY Jana and Abdul!

Lovely stay

Abdul was a wonderful host and even arranged for an early check in as we had to get ready for a wedding. The only caveat is, if you have very young children, the spiral staircase can be dangerous for them. Plus, the lack of bathroom on the second floor is a bit of an inconvenience. That said, the place was immaculate and conveniently located, and we especially enjoyed the backyard and outdoor shower.

Great beach house with lots of room

We had a wonderful time at this house. Our group of seven had plenty of room to spread out - we could have fit a few more people on the pull-out couches! The house is sturdy - we were there for a tropical storm! The backyard is pleasant, though the floodlights from the adjacent parking lot are a bit much - investing in blackout shades for the back bedrooms would be a good idea. And the fitness center next door was nice - one of our group took a couple classes there. All in all, a very nice stay.

Lovely and Relaxing

Every summer we curl in the Cape Cod Curling Club Summerspiel. We are a team of four and one extra person. We decided to find a home where we could all have plenty of space to rest and relax in between games. This home had plenty of space to do that and we spent each night relaxing around the outside fire pit talking about our day - our wins and our losses, our sightseeing adventures, and what seafood we ate that day! The house had EVERYTHING we needed - we lacked for nothing. Home was very clean, the bedrooms were lovely, and the kitchen had everything needed to make the few meals we had there. The owner/operator was highly responsive to any questions and requests we had. And the welcome gifts were a pleasant surprise!! The only thing I would mention to others for their information is that there is no bathroom on the second floor. There are two lovely bathrooms on the first floor. I highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to have a home away from home experience!! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Wonderful experience

Property owners were accessible, and very responsive. We had additional needs such as an infant pack & play they provided. Abdul also provided guidance on local attractions, events, and restaurants. Property was clean and exceeded our expectations. Great location to the beach, and ferry queen to the vineyard. Plenty of space in the house to accommodate the 7 of us. Be aware of the spiral staircase to the 2nd floor, and the daily fitness class in the driveway. Not an issue for us, but different. Would highly recommend this property

Excellent- highly recommend!

This was our first family vacation- my wife and my 2 and 3 year old children. It could not have been more perfect. The house was great because we had each of our parents come and stay a night and everyone had space. I loved that they have tons of beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels for us. One less thing to stuff in the car and take up space! The kitchen had everything- we literally didn’t have to bring any paper products or utensils. They also supplied plenty of bath towels. The washer and dryer was key. Although the dryer stopped working during our stay but the representative of the house cake right away and put up a clothesline. Super helpful! The beach is half a mile away but we didn’t do it with the young kids and stuff we had to bring! We drove and paid for parking which was super cheap and easy. The only thing I would say that would make it a little better was if they got room darkening curtains for the bedrooms. The parking lot behind the fence has bright lights and we were used to a nice dark room. It wasn’t a dealbreaker. The backyard was where we spent our time if we weren’t at the beach. It’s huge and has a propane fire pit that we did s’mores on a few nights! This spot was great because it was quiet and just like being at home. The property is right next to the island queen fairy to MV which we will take advantage of on our next stay. Because we will definitely be back! If you have small children and hotels or motels don’t work for you this is your place. We will be back for sure! Oh- and at the end of our street we found Paul’s pizza and seafood restaurant. Best bar pizza I have had in my life for sure. Great spot to vacation!

Glad to find this house on short notice!

Abdul was awesome! We had another reservation canceled by owner a month before our scheduled trip. We were coming for a wedding so could not change dates. The house met our needs - 4 adults and 2 small kids. House layout is just a little odd but not enough to exclude this house from your list of possibilities. The yard is ideal for just hanging out and relaxing…

Labor Day Weekend @ Falmouth

My Fiance & I and one other couple (26/27 yrs old) all stayed at this property for Labor Day Weekend 2022. The first thing we noticed when checking in and looking around the place was that it was deceptively big inside and for four individuals was more than enough space. Our favorite aspect of the house was the wonderful back yard which we spent many a night after dinner sitting around the firepit sharing a few drinks and just relaxing. The only qualm we had with the property is that there is only one "Full" bathroom, with a quarter bathroom just off of the kitchen. If you are staying with more than 5/6 people in the property this may be a bit tough, but for four people it was more than manageable. One of our other favorite things about the property was the overall location in regards to all of the activities. The ferry for the Island Queen to MV was quite literally a 5 minute walk from the property which was extremely convenient. We also noted that there was a bike rental location (although the property comes with two bikes, only one helmet though) within a 10 minute walk, and the biking path to Woods Hole and North Falmouth were incredibly close as well. It's also noted that the house is connected to a fitness studio but we did not hear any of the workout classes, nor were they a disturbance. I'd highly suggest this property as the perfect location for a couples trip as it has more than enough space at a wonderful price point, with tons of things to do in the easily walkable area surrounding the property. Would love to stay here again.
