Perfect family getaway

This property was clean, spacious and located in a very nice area close to a lot of things to do. I traveled with my 1 year old. Although the property did not have amenities like a pack and play or high chair, it was still clean and safe enough to have her roaming around. Instructions for check-in and out were very clear and easy. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend this property 100%.

Lakewood beauty

This is a clean, lovely home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Cynthia, the owner, is very welcoming and made our check in/out super easy. She communicated information about routine yard maintenance schedules, etc. so we knew when they would be there and offered assistance if we wanted any recommendations on things to do or see while visiting. She accommodated any requests we had. The Lakewood neighborhood is gorgeous and perfect for walking. Grocery shopping (Fryes/Safeway/Trader Joe's) and restaurants (Juana's/CK's/Mod Pizza/fast food) are nearby. The beds and pillows in this home are comfortable, the plentiful linens and towels are nice, and there's closet space in all three bedrooms to unpack and stow your bags. The kitchen appliances are very nice and stocked with dish and hand soaps. Both bathrooms are stocked with shower & hand soaps, hair products and hair dryer/curling iron, laundry soap, and there's pots and pans for cooking your own meals. The WiFi is fast and the two large televisions offered several options for viewing. The living room furniture is comfortable for watching movies, etc. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this excellent property!

Cozy and Comfortable Home

We had a great time in Arizona. The Ahwatukee Foothills house was very comfortable. We really appreciated the morning coffee from the Keurig machine - it's the little things that make a difference. And this place has that. Add to that the cozy mechanical lazy boy type sectional in the living room and I was a happy camper. Location is great as well. All-in-all, we'd love to come back and stay next time we are in Phoenix!

Excellent Vacation Home

I booked this home for my college graduation for me and my family to stay. It was the perfect home away from home. Along with the cleanliness of the property, the home also had several amenities that made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely stay at this home again!

First Vacation since COVID 19

Exactly as described. We were very pleased. All furnishing were in excellent condition with new floors through out. The kitchen cabinets and counter looked to be new in the last year or so. The house was tastefully decorated with wall art, artificial plants and rugs. The back yard had a large covered patio with a 6 seater table ,large charcoal BBQ and water feature (not in service for our visit). We ate most of our morning and evening meals there . The water feature would require parents with small kids to be extra vigilant. The house also had 2 60 inch or bigger TV with excellent internet speed. We would highly recommend this home.

Great location

The property was located in close proximity to shopping, restaurants & golf. We also were close to a walking path that we took advantage of most days. The house has been nicely updated. The beds were comfortable & we had plenty of towels. We loved spending time on the patio. Our host was quick to respond to questions & needs. Overall, a good experience.

Nice, clean, convenient; only drawback...

Very nice updated home in a good location. Lot's of linens, great supply of kitchen necessities. Very clean. The only drawback to the home was that there is no basic cable, so channels were limited. No ESPN, Discovery, etc. We're sports fans, and we would have been out of luck during the Bowl season. This happened to us before and it truly can be a drawback. I don't know if "no cable" was listed in the description of the property, but it should be and I may have missed it. The home was very nice, and very, very clean. Neat as a pin. And the price was very competitive. If it were my property, I would increase the price by $25-$30 dollars a night and have cable (or Dish) installed.
