Wonderful visit!

We had a wonderful time, the place was clean, comfortable, with a beautiful view! We ran out of propane for the fire pit and made one call and had an immediate response! Close to town yet private and quiet area!

Awesome place and vacation!

My wife and I stayed for three nights with our 17-year-old daughter! Beautiful place to stay and so conveniently located! Not the cheapest place, certainly, but especially if you have a larger group or family, every bit worth it! Highly recommend! (Thanks for the puzzle on arrival!)

Great stay!

We loved the property. It was very clean. It had a bunch of games which our kids loved. The view at night with the firepit was super relaxing. We saw several animals off the patio. It was at a very convenient location to RMNP. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Home

This home was comfortable, clean, and in a wonderful location. The view from the back of the house was absolutely breathtaking. It was in the perfect location as it was a short drive from the restaurants, shopping, and RMNP entrance. When staying here, I recommend eating at The Egg of Estes, and Twin Owls Steakhouse.

Good location, accurate description

We found the house as expected according to the description. The location is convenient. Minutes from RMNP, downtown, food, coffee, groceries or gas. The home is well kept, as are the furnishings, and it is clean. Our only suggestions include adding drapes to all the bedroom windows so guest might sleep beyond 6 AM, and doing a check up on the primary bedroom ceiling fan so the fan can be used with the light off.Otherwise, our stay was flawless. The amenities are great. Perfect actually if you are a family with children. The hot tub & firepit are fantastic, and we had wildlife right out the back door each morning.

Beautiful home, great location

This house is perfect for a family with children, it is well stocked with toys, books, games, pack n play, high chair, stroller, pretty much anything kids would need if you fogot something. In the mornings we enjoyed coffee by the firepit and watched the elk in the yard, and then in the evenings relaxed in the hot tub and would again, see elk strolling by! The house location is great for all the fun things to do in the Estes Park area, with gas/groceries/restaurant right down the street. My only complaint is that the outside area needed some attention when we 1st arrived...there was trash by the hot tub, and a broken glass by the firepit, and the hot tub was dirty and needed shock added before we could use it. Other than that, the inside of the house was fresh and clean!

Perfect Vacation Rental

We absolutely love Estes Park and knew the next time we vacationed to the Denver area this is where we wanted to stay. This rental did not disappoint! Cleanliness, privacy, amenities, proximity to the RMNP, downtown, YMCA … PERFECTION! Our children absolutely loved the playing out back in the snow, and we all enjoyed the amazing snowfall scenery while soaking in the hot tub. We even saw deer out back as well as a bobcat! We will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely Townhome

We enjoyed our stay in Estes Park. This townhome has everything you could possibly need while vacationing. The home was spotless and the appliances & furnishings were nice. I appreciated the welcome note and information about the area. It’s in a great location with an easy drive to downtown Estes Park, RMNP, and Estes Lake. The Mountain View from the back yard is beautiful! We even had some elk and deer visit us in the yard during our stay. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

The space was lovely! Extremely clean, sunny, and perfectly taken care of. The only down side is that the neighbors - it is a duplex house - were smoking outside and playing loud music. The smoke and music affected us greatly since we wanted to sit outside in the cool evening, (8:30 - 10:30 pm).

Relaxing Mtn Retreat

This was our first trip to Colorado, so we were blown away by the massive mountain views which this place is tucked right into the center of. It was so convenient to RMNP and the town of Estes. The place was very clean. The hot tub with the gorgeous view and open view living room and dining room with beautiful view was one of the reasons we chose this place. After a day of hiking for the four of us, we had put a meal in the crockpot provided along with their well stocked kitchen cookware and amenities so we came home to dinner ready and we could enjoy the rest of the evening just relaxing in the hot tub and not have to get dressed up to go out. We also enjoyed an evening relaxing & reading by the gas fire pit. The weather was perfect while we were here. They had left us a Rocky Mountain puzzle and a card,(I thought was a nice touch) which my daughter & I put together in an evening and a day when our guys went golfing & we hung out enjoying the comfort of the house. I just can’t say enough great things about this place! It was stocked well with everything we needed for washing dishes and clothes for the week. We didn’t have any little ones with us but they had a closet packed with toys and games and puzzles. The beds were very comfortable. They have thought of everything! Not one thing we didn’t love about this place! It truly felt like home away from home! We will definitely be back!

Home away from home

This house was perfect for our family. It had all the comforts and amenities we would have at home. The owner keeps everything you need in the house such as towels, dishes and cookware, dish and laundry soap, a hair dryer, and even family board games. The view out the back is amazing. We enjoyed watching the mule deer come in during the evening. Even though there are neighbors on both sides, we never noticed they were there thanks to the privacy fences. We rent a vacation home almost every year and I think this is the best house we have stayed in. The only problem we encountered was that a couple of jets for the hot tub didn’t work. We told the owner and he sent someone out right away to check it out. He had to call someone to repair it. If the previous tenants had reported it, it probably would have been fixed already.

nice stay, some suggestions

This is a lovely condo of new construction very near the Beaver Meadows entrance to the park. The condo itself is very nice and we loved the mattress in the master bedroom. The view out to the mountains off the back patio is also very nice. The unit needs to be better supplied, however. Condos we have rented in the past have always had at least a few days supply of tissues, soap, dish detergent, paper towels, etc. There were no kleenex nor dishwasher detergent in the unit, although there was some hand dish soap. If the management wants renters to run the dishwasher before they check out, there should at least be a few pods provided. For longer than a few days stay, then yes, the renters should purchase more of their own supplies. There were also no blankets in the condo. I did contact the manager about this and she said all supplies are up to the owner to provide and she had no way of getting any blankets for the condo, but she would contact the owner to let her know. Also be aware there is no outdoor grill at this unit, which was not a problem for us, but I imagine could be for otheres. Hopefully the supply issue will improve with time, since the unit is fairly new on the rental market.

Be careful!!

Although the pictures online make this place look awesome; the devil is in the details. If you choose to stay here, you need to think of the condo, (yes I said condo, it is not a cabin) as a motel room without any services that typically come with a hotel. For example, you will need to buy your own supplies. This includes laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, Kleenex, propane, garbage bags, Lysol, etc., etc. I found it very odd that the condo did not have a ready supply of these items. We had to purchase them and leave them behind when we left. Hopefully they will be their for the next tenant to use. I found it strange that none of these items were left over for us to use from previous tenants. Makes me wonder if the owners are taking these items for their personal use. The location of he condo is misleading from the pictures. It has neighbors since it is a condo. Be warned of the neighbors with the hot tub. They like to use it at night and are extremely loud. You have to close the windows otherwise you hear their entire conversation. If it gets hot out; do not bank on the AC. The condo does not have central air and the AC unit is extremely underpowered for the size of the condo. I would not advise using the fan in the living room. It looks like it has not been dusted in several decades. The dust balls hanging off of it is disgusting. The master bath has water damage behind the tile so be read with the Lysol to fight off the mold smell. Also, the cabinet door in the master bath is broken. Bottom-line; we paid way too much money for this condo. For the price that was paid, we should not have had any of these issues. Many better places to be had for the price paid.

Great Location and Nice Home Layout

The home is clean and well appointed and a good location. Check-in and out was very easy with key pad, so no keys which is awesome. There was coffee pods, filters and the additional spices as other reviewers have mentioned. You have a nice view out the back and all was quiet and peaceful during our stay. The hot tub was great and one of the reasons we picked the property. You can continue on Mary's lake drive and hit the Peak to Peak scenic by way. The Evolve description and pictures are as indicated.

My family and I (husband and two kids, 4 & 7) stayed Thursday though Sunday 9/29-10/2. The house was AMAZING! Clean, stocked, and super user friendly. The views and outdoor set up was perfect! We can’t wait to come back!!

I’d give it 10 stars if possible! This has been the best place we’ve stayed at and can’t think of one opportunity! BOOK ASAP!

Beautiful house close to RMNP

We had a great weeklong stay at this house! It was the perefect size for our family of four including two small kids. We loved the location and proximity to RMNP and being able to see deer and elk from the back patio. The house was clean, kitchen decently stocked and the hot tub was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again!
