Komplett möbliertes und gerade renoviertes Einfamilienhaus auf einem tiefen Grundstück in Ocean City, Heimat mehrerer Auszeichnungen für den besten Familienurlaubsort. Der Hof verfügt über einen Grill und eine schöne Veranda mit Pergola sowie viele Möbel, die zum Entspannen in der Sonne oder im Schatten einladen. Ich habe sogar gerade eine süße Außenbar mit 2 benutzerdefinierten Hockern und einer Bank für Ihre Unterhaltung im Freien hinzugefügt. Shed hat viele Liegestühle, Spielzeug und sogar einen Krabbentopf, so dass Sie Ihr Glück am 12. öffentlichen Pier versuchen können (weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt).

Das Einfamilienhaus verfügt über einen eigenen Kühlschrank, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Ladestation, Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Eigentum ist perfekt gelegen (0. 4 Meilen zum Strand, 0. 2 Meilen zur Bucht). 12. Promenade / Strand zu Fuß erreichbar (einer der wenigen Orte, an denen Bäder und Außenduschen zur Verfügung stehen). WaWa, Dunkin, McD’s, Piccinis, Starbucks sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Der Zugang zu Elektrorollern kann durch Kontaktaufnahme mit den Gastgebern arrangiert werden.

Quaint beach bungalow

Reasonably priced and very quaint beach bungalow in Downtown Ocean City. Owner lives nearby and was very responsive. (one of the window AC units died and he had two new ones there within a half an hour!). Big backyard. No offstreet parking but the on street parking was easy to find.

Alot of bang for your buck!

Affordable place to stay. The owner was very responsive during the entire process. A few issues (for us but maybe not someone else), the air conditioner was very small vs the size of the house so it was a little on the warmer side, also not all windows have screens so keeping them open was not always an option especially when your not there. All in all, great place to stay. Definitely on the list to stay at again.

WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING!!

We were looking for a pet friendly stay for the Ocean City Fall Craft Block Party which has been a regular event for our family for a lot of years. The picture shown is pristine and organized. The amenities were perfect for what we needed. The owner was very happy to help us with issues we had with the payment process and little did we realize what motivated him to help. To say the pictures shown are outdated would be a gross misstatement. The outside wood was all deteriorated and the area was dirty. Inside the fence looked like it went through a frat party. Furniture dirty and strewn about, canopy covering torn and hanging, dangerous loose pavers, and all surfaces needing paint. Upon walking in the front door, we were hit with a musty smell which permeated everything about our stay. Three types of flooring were used at three different levels all within the kitchen and the floors were spongey and one area in particular was so soft we were afraid to stand on it. Heaters were wall units which did help with the musty smell. The walls up were nice and the place was clean to look at. Would have left except we had a pet and most pet friendly locations were taken so we left a day early and could not have our family over which was the original intention. We posted a note to the owner who explained that he would refund our stay but said he would have preferred an immediate notice. While that would have helped him, how was it to help us. 6 days later and no refund

Adorable spot in a great location

Sean's place is super cute and unique place in a great spot. Don't sleep on the bay! The sunsets from the little fisherman's dock a block and a half up will take your breath away. Sean really responsive as well.

Perfect for Family and Dogs

A nice size, big-dog friendly yard in Ocean City is unheard of but we found it. Amazing yard, perfect for fetch with dogs, lounging with family, and nighttime chatting around a propane fire pit table. House has everything you could need and the second bathroom was a big plus. The Property Manager was warm and inviting, and we had a way to contact him day or night. Great two way communication. Away from the major hustle and bustle, but still close to a pier and the Boardwalk/beach. Very pleased overall and would like to return.

Perfect Front Yard

My family of 5 including 3 kids and a dog stayed here Sep1-5. The cottage is cute and compact, just enough space for us. Definately a minimal kitchen, but we mostly did take out. The rare deep front yard is perfection with lots of privacy and different types of seating, berry bushes and beautiful foliage on both sides. It really becomes the living and dining rooms in nice weather. The location was great, 10 min walk to beach, 1 block from bay and lots of food and shopping options nearby. We didn't need our car all week. Definately recommend!

Attentive Host in a Compact Setting

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean City. The property had a nice fenced front yard perfect for grilling and eating out. There were ample towels, linens and beach paraphernalia (chairs, umbrella, etc.), available which allowed everyone to pack more efficiently and travel with less stuff. The host was very attentive to our needs

Nice location

We stayed here june 8-11, 2021. Upon arrival, the house looked cute & inviting. The location is good, but we weren’t there for ocean city’s attractions. We were there for an event taking place in wildwood & this was the only place we could find that would accommodate our needs (pet friendly, 3 night stay). However, despite its cozy decor, the floors were spongey, like they were going to cave in at some spots. Also, as soon as you walk in the door, there’s a slope down to the rest of the house. The first day we got there we noticed a smell, like dirty socks coming from the one bedroom. We didn’t notice until the 2nd night that there was a hole in the floor where the bunk bed caved in. It had rained the night we got there and the next day so it was really bad by the last night. I’m sure it was some kind of mold that we shouldn’t have been breathing in. We didn’t have a spare second to reach out to the owners, but we probably should have after discovering that. The beds weren’t very comfortable, but that’s to be expected from bunk beds. I wouldn’t recommend this place until they get their flooring issues resolved. Also, the one electric scooter was broken, and we had trouble finding the charger. I really don’t want to be rude, because it looks like these people put a lot of time and effort into their home, it just really needs work.

Family and Fido friendly

Always a gamble in homes that allow pets. House was spotless no odors. Location as really nice only 3-5 min walk to the 12st pier. Saw a great sunset! Easy walk to Asbury shops, wawa, breakfast cafes. Bike shop across from wawa only block away to rent bikes (good rates). If you are a beach bum it’s not super quick beach access it is .4 miles away (10-12 min walk) but in return you get a quiet street and a different experience. If you never stayed bays side give this a try. We liked it better then staying in the upper avenues or closer to the beach with all the traffic. Great rental for family with pets that want to park the car for the week and still do it all! Completely contactless no hassle check in and check out. No hassles at all!

This was our 2nd time here and we just love the simplicity of the place. Great for a family with two young kids and a dog. Close to everything and super responsive and kind owners. This is our go to rental in OCNJ.

Great getaway place - puppy friendly

We were 4 adults with 2 pups looking for a weekend getaway, and this place was the perfect fit. It has a fully fenced front yard with room for the dogs to play while preparing a bbq on the grill and enjoying some cozy and comfortable outdoor setting. The scooters allowed us to have some fun and get around the block. This place is really well located close to a Starbucks, Acme and many restaurants. Sean was really responsive and helped us with any inquires. We'd definitely come back!

Cute house, excellent location

My girlfriend and I brought our dog for a fun weekend in OC. The location was walkable to many stores, restaurants and even a place to rent bikes to ride on the boardwalk. The enclosed front yard was perfect for the dog. I would not recommend this home for older renters or those with mobility concerns due to uneven flooring throughout the house.

Not what I expected

When I first got there the key was not in the lock box. We ended up waiting for over an hour to get into the place. Walking into the place I was instantly disappointed. This place needs a lot more work. Floor is uneven and certain spot feel like you are going to fall through the floor. Out of the 3 ac units only one worked properly. If you kept the bedroom door shut the rest of the place was hot!!. Also if you used the oven it heated up the home as well. In the photos the one bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Instead there was only one which was about to fall apart so in order to be safe my kids had to share the bottom bed. In replace of the second bunk bed there was a mattress ontop of a crate on the floor. When you laid on it the mattress sunk into the gaps of the crate. Was very uncomfortable for my daughter not to mention she was practically on the floor. There was ants everywhere and the shower curtain had mold on it. Overall its in a nice location but is in need of more repairs, new ac units, exterminator, cleaned better and new bunk beds.
