Sehr schönes zweistöckiges Landhaus

Komplett renoviertes Bauernhaus (2017). Das Erdgeschoss ist ein offener Bereich mit kompletter Küche, einer Insel, einem Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer (keine Wannen) im Erdgeschoss. Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit drei Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss, jeweils mit Doppelbetten.

Dieses familiengeführte Bauernhaus war viele Jahre in seinem ursprünglichen Zustand, bis es 2016-2017 komplett renoviert und umgebaut wurde. Das Haus wurde erhöht, um ein neues Fundament in der Nordhälfte und einen Dienstprogrammkeller zu setzen. Wände wurden ausgeschlagen, um den Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss zu öffnen. Alles ist neu, Fenster im Erdgeschoss, Isolierung, elektrische Leitungen, Klempnerarbeiten, Fußböden, Bäder, Schränke, alles.

Alles ist möbliert Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr, Keurig Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Dies ist ein ruhiges Bauernhaus mit viel Platz drinnen und draußen.

Es gibt keine Garage. Keine Haustiere oder irgendwelche Tiere sind erlaubt.

Very nice home

I made the reservation, but it was my sister and her family who stayed there to attend our daughter's wedding nearby. My review is based on their comments, since I did not see the property. It was very nice, clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that all the beds were doubles and my brother-in-law is 6'5". However, there was a very comfortable, long couch that worked very well for him. They met the host when they checked in and he was very friendly and accommodating. I found Kurt very helpful since we needed to adjust the dates for the reservation due to slight changes in plans. He contacted Vrbo, since we were unable to change the dates on the site. He walked me through the whole process and got it done!

A gem in a farming community.

What a great place! We were visiting family on a nearby farm and the teenagers had never experienced a farm. It was fun to stay in a farmhouse and be away from the town. Kurt is a great host and communicated in a very timely manner. The house was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Perfect place for family celebration!

What a beautiful place! We stayed there several days for our son's wedding. Kitchen was great and I was able to make the food for the rehearsal dinner right there! The hosts were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitetly recommend and look forward to going again some time!

Family Wedding in from Iowa

Attending a family wedding and looking for a better experience than a local motel. The farm house setting was amazing, house was impeccable, kitchen well equipped, fresh crisp bedding, and the most engaging host. Out in the quiet hills among the farms and away for the bustle.

Really Nice Place

We enjoyed Kurt’s house a lot. It was so clean and spacious. The kitchen had useful supplies. Bathrooms were very nice and good water. The A/C kept us nice n cool. We would come again.

Wonderful Country property

This is a wonderful country property just a few minutes outside of Albion, Nebraska. Easy to access and country quiet. The hosts provided all of the nice touches to make our stay comfortable and relaxed for our weekend away in this renovated farm house. Our group of family and friends frequently commented how much the enjoyed the house and the beautiful property. Would definitely reccomend and stay there again.

Cattle Show Stay

Stay was convenient for us, as we had a cattle show at the county fairgrounds and there was no availability elsewhere to stay within close range of our livestock. Kurt opened up his beautiful property and our family of 5 was able to stay with ample room and amenities to accommodate us. Thank you for providing a great stay!

This is a beautifully kept property, very peaceful. The home has been beautifully updated, and the owners offer amenities some places just don't. It took about 10 minutes to get into town, which we didn't mind. Highly recommend.

Home away from home

Our whole stay was seamless, thanks to the owners! The owners very friendly, and welcoming! The house was tucked away from town, so it was nice, quiet and secluded. The house was clean, updated inside and cozy with extra blankets, pillows, fans and they even got a few grocery items and coffee from Honduras! We were in town for a wedding, and this was so much more comfortable than staying at a hotel. We had enough room to eat, talk, play, sleep and make more memories with each other than have to stay divided in rooms, especially with little kids with bedtimes. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again, and recommend this to a couple, or families looking for a weekend getaway together!
