Diese Eigentumswohnung Einheit wird auf der neunten Etage mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Golf von der Wohnung. Wir haben vor kurzem unsere Wohnung für Ihren Urlaub umgebaut und genießen Sie den Blick auf die weißen Sandstrände von Gulf Shores! Es hat neue Fußböden, Farbe, Granit, Möbel und neue Bettwäsche sowie !!!

Unsere renovierte Wohnung können Sie Ihren nächsten Urlaub Lage sein! Es gibt einen fantastischen Blick aus der Küche, Wohnzimmer und Balkon, während Sie auf die beeindruckende Aussicht auf die Gulf State Park Blick, der Golfstaat Pier. Unsere Wohnung hat eine fantastische Qualität Matratzen und Bettwäsche. Es gibt Flachbildfernseher im Schlafzimmer und auch im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben auch große Balkon im Freien Möbel, wie Sie die Brise des Ozeans entspannen und wohlfühlen und das Rauschen des Meeres.

Unsere Wohnung besteht aus den folgenden:
• Königin im Hauptschlafzimmer - mit einem Master-Bad, einem Flachbildfernseher und einem Kleiderschrank
• Auf dem Flur befinden sich zwei Etagenbetten - ideal für Kinder
• Das Sofa verwandelt sich im Wohnbereich in einen Schlafsofa (Queen) - mit einem Flachbild-TV für den Wohnbereich und zwei bequemen Akzentstühlen zum Entspannen
Die Küche ist komplett mit Kleingeräten und allen notwendigen Kochutensilien ausgestattet
• Auf dem Flur gibt es eine neue Waschmaschine und einen neuen Trockner - Bettwäsche wird für Ihren Aufenthalt bereitgestellt
• Unser Balkon ist auch eine tolle Zuflucht mit einem Tisch und Stühlen. Es ist ein perfekter Ort zu genießen Frühstück, Mittagessen oder auch einen Snack am Nachmittag. Wir freuen uns herum sitzen und sprechen auf unserem Balkon mit Freunden. Ich bin sicher, Sie werden es lieben!
• Wir haben schöne Pools, die einen Innenpool und einen Außenpool. Wir haben auch einen Whirlpool, eine Sauna und ein Fitnesscenter in Royal Palms.
Wir haben neue Outdoor-Grills in der Nähe des Pools, so dass Sie Ihre Familie genießen können, während Sie ein Cookout für Ihre Familie und Freunde vorbereiten.

Royal Palms ist eine solche wünschenswert Miete, weil sie ohne den höheren Preis alle Annehmlichkeiten des größeren Eigentumswohnungen hat. Außerdem wird Royal Palms auf westlichen Rand unserer State Park, die absolute Privatsphäre bietet. Der Balkon ist ein Wrap, die tolle Aussicht auf den Strand und Golf von Mexiko. Mein Lieblingsteil sowie die Bausubstanz zu bleiben, ist die Lage am Strand!

Everything was wonderful inside the condo. The only frustrations were outside. One of the 2 elevators was down all 7 days we were there and one of the days both were down. We had a couple 5-7 minute waits with one elevator and had to make the climb 9 stories a couple times. Only other issue was internet speed. We had to wait for buffering in the evenings after dinner a couple days.

Sunrise/Sunset

From the balcony, one can watch a sunrise and a sunset! The condo is either the first one along the gulf shoreline or the last one. It borders the state park which is far from the maddening crowds. But it is walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The unit comfortably sleeps 2 adults. We used the bunk beds for storage. Both bathrooms are small with no counter space. Having a washer:dryer in the room was great.

Very Good vacation

The condo wasn't as clean as we expected it would be, but overall was fine. Didn't know about the building construction next door everyday even weekends. It was a little annoying at times. The views were the best ever. The beach was nice and we didn't have far to walk. All the amenities worked fine the whole time. I was happy that the furnishings were comfortable. The coffee pot stopped working but luckily it was our last day.

Family Friendly Condo

The condo is in a great location. It is walking distance to the pier and the Hangout. The beach is not crowded which makes it comfortable for families with children. We watched dolphins from the balcony each morning. The owner communicated promptly before and during the stay. We will be returning next summer.

Can’t beat the location

You can’t really ask for a better location. The condo is right beside gulf state park so the beach isn’t super crowded. There were hardly any people to our left. Not the best room we’ve stayed in though. Remote in the master bedroom didn’t work, dishwasher is falling apart, no curtains in front of the balcony sliding door, we were only given half a roll of toilet paper (already used) in each bathroom, no dish soap, no dish towel/sponge, half used roll of paper towels, and it wasn’t very clean when we arrived. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with but doubt we would stay again unless updated a bit and a little more effort is put into providing what was supposed to be provided.

Loved this condo. Perfect size and a gorgeous balcony view of the ocean. A lot of condos I’ve stayed in have horrendous bright orange and purple walls. This is different. Neutral colors, marble countertops and other at home creature comforts that I like. Great communication with the owner. A+++

Beautiful location!

If you want to be close to the beach and not in crowds, this place will be great! The condo was very nicely decorated and the bed was so comfortable! The owner checked in with us to see if there was any we needed. We enjoyed not being in throngs of people. Restaurants were an easy drive and that gave us an opportunity to see the surrounding area. We loved that the boardwalk to the beach was literally right outside the elevators and the outdoor shower was fabulous! Elevators were quick and fully operational. Great vacation!

First timer to Alabama

Pleasantly surprised how nice this area was. First time to Gulf Shores was nice and not at all overwhelmed with large crowds. Restaurant options were lacking but I understand with covid and past hurricane damage. I would definitely return.

Great Location

Positively, this condo is in a great location, has beautiful views, and is mostly clean. The owner was nice and responsive to questions. On the downside, bathrooms are tiny with no counter space. The window in the bedroom opens onto the corridor that (obviously) for safety reasons is lighted all night. There is a blind covering the window but it is like trying to sleep in daylight. There are no window coverings on the sliding doors so if you are sleeping on the pull out sofa be prepared to rise with the sun. Every sound from the surrounding condos can be heard. We were there during off season and it was loud, not sure what it would be like during peak season. The kitchen is stocked with only the very basics, small two slice toaster, small coffe maker. Overall, the accomodations are very basic. Can't imagine having more than two people staying in the condo. Most of the visit, only one elevator was functioning. We were hoping for quiet and relaxing but ended up with noisy and little sleep. Very unfortunate, given the lovely location and awesome views. Definitely gets 5 stars for location and views, not so much for the accomodations.

Well needed get-a-way

It was my birthday weekend and I wanted a solo get away. The condo was exactly like it was described. Literally steps away from the beach. It had liens but I would suggest you bring seasoning, trash bags, soap, coffee filters, sugar, cream etc. Tammy is upfront it what she provides so if you plan to cook bring your supplies. The condo was nice and quiet and since it was October less crowded. Will definitely book again.

Great Location, Short on storage space

Great location for property. At the end of the main strip, far enough away to be calm and less chaotic then at the bigger resorts. But close enough you can walk to everything within 20 minutes. Our only negative for this unit was the storage space. There was only one dresser in the main bedroom and the closet in the main bedroom. Having two kids (14 & 9) sleeping in the bunk beds but had no place to store their clothes. They lived out of their suitcases for the week. There was also very limited space inside the bathrooms and showers for personal products. Another flaw would be the showers, the shower heads were very old and rusted and had aggressive sprays we couldn’t adjust easily. Paired with lack of storage space, the overall showering experience was chaotic and cumbersome. The positives would be the overall unit, the space was clean and comfy. The balcony had great views and it was a simple walk from the unit to the beach daily. The pools were great at this resort, and the indoor pool was open when we arrived. The owner did a great job communicating with us. Overall this was a great stay.

We live in the mid west part of Alabama. We were definitely excited when we purchased this condo. We have remodeled and added to the unit for everyone to enjoy. Our family enjoys traveling to the beach to enjoy the beautiful white sand and the sun. The boys love to fish on the Gulf State Pier and ride their bikes down the Gulf State Park trails. We have met so many wonderful people at the beach and we look forward to many more trips. We are thrilled to be able to share our condo with other families who also love the beach!

We chose to purchase this unit in the Royal Palms because of the unique location. It is located next to the Gulf State Park which is a beautiful pristine beach. It is also the condo closest to the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. The views from this condo are amazing and everyone agrees that it has the best views in Gulf Shores. This condo complex it very family oriented because of the indoor and outdoor pool. The beach is not very crowded so it is a very safe and a relaxing place to watch your children play on the beach.
