Kommen Sie und entspannen Sie sich in diesem 3 Schlafzimmer 2 1/2 Bad, Doppelgarage Reihenhaus in Rim Village Vista. Die ländliche Umgebung befindet sich 8 km südlich der Innenstadt von Moab und ist vom Lärm der Innenstadt entfernt. Nach nur wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie mit dem Auto. Kabel und WLAN sind im Preis inbegriffen und die extra lange Auffahrt ermöglicht das Parken von Anhängern oder zusätzlichen Fahrzeugen. In der Nähe des Pools, des Spielplatzes, des Whirlpools und der Tennisplätze gelegen. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Queensize-Bett und 2 Einzelbetten und einen Balkon neben dem Hauptschlafzimmer. Die Terrasse ist ein großartiger Ort, um die Sonne und den Blick auf den Moab Rim zu genießen.

Mitten in der Gegend Moab South Valley, einem Stadtteil von Moab, und in den Bergen, befindet sich dieses Ferienhaus. Wer die Natur der Region bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Arches Nationalpark und Arches National Park Visitor Center. Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: Monument Basin und Swanny City Park. Reviewer Comments: Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, roomy, well stocked kitchen, garage fits 2 large utvs, driveway length would fit a truck with an 18ft trailor. Plenty of parking close by for larger truck and trailers. We had 32ft and 22ft trailors with no issues parking them each night. We would definitely stay here again!

Moab Experience

The townhouse was clean, larger than expected & very nice. The views were great. Sitting on the patio, you could see the Red Rocks, there were flowering trees with humming birds in them. Very peaceful. Great communication with the management. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay in Moab!

Condo worked out perfect for a short trip to Moab. Allowed us to cook meals as a group and the grill worked great. The garage space was handy and everything worked. Condo was well kept and we'd stay again.

We really enjoyed our time here! The place was spacious with plenty of room for our family of five adults. It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic for visiting downtown Moab and Arches National Park! Highly recommend!!

Great place in Moab

This place was perfect for our Jeep trip to Moab. The garage is big enough for two Jeeps and it was nice to be able to wrench on them after a day on the trails. The house was clean and had room for us to relax. Thanks!

Great location!

We stayed here 6/5/23-6/9/23 for family vacation. The convienently located and just a short drive (5-7 minutes) outside of Moab and in a very quiet neighborhood. The location within the complex was great as far as proximity to park/pool area, just a few feet away. Three bedrooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a good, reasonably quiet location in about 10-15 min drive from the center of Moab. Besides of not having basic toiletries in the upstairs bathrooms (Management company's choice), everything else was perfect. I would suggest to put coasters in the upstairs bedrooms to protect the furniture and the small rugs in the upstairs bathrooms (we only had towels). Moab is a fantastic town and the scenery and the hikes were amazing.

Nice rental

The location was perfect for us and the Moab adventures we had planned. Kids loved being directly across from the pool and playground. Unit was comfortably furnished, and rooms were well sized. Only downside was that there wasn't soap or shampoo for the showers and the hand soap containers that were in the kitchen and sink areas contained minimal soap that was watered down. We think it was a housekeeping oversight since everything was pretty perfect otherwise and similar rentals usually include basic toiletries. We mentioned it to them, but you might want to bring your own body wash and shampoo just in case. Either way, we would not hesitate to rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our stay. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was very good for what we wanted to do, visits to Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point. The construction outside the front of our unit kind of took away from the surrounding view, but can't fault the owners for that.As far as local restaurants go, we enjoyed them all. We hit Moab Brewing, 98 Center, Susie's Branding Iron and Twisted Sistas. We both liked 98 Center the best. For breakfast the day we left we went to Sweet Cravings, which was very good.
