Luxuxreihenhauskondominium in der Waldkammentwicklung in Lincoln, NH. Fünf Minuten vom Loon Mountain entfernt. Toller Sommerurlaubsort. Das Forest Ridge-Sportzentrum mit Innen- und Außenpool sowie Tennisplätzen ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Stadthaus verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage, WLAN, Kabel-TV, drei Wohnebenen sowie neue Möbel und Geräte. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV, ein Bose-Soundsystem und einen Gaskamin. Alle neuen Geräte in der Küche und ein Esstisch für 10 Personen. Außenterrasse mit Blick auf den South Mountain und einem Weber-Gasgrill. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, Flachbildfernseher, Whirlpool und begehbarer Dusche. Es gibt zwei weitere Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, eines mit Queensize-Bett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Obergeschoss. Die untere Ebene umfasst ein Familienzimmer mit einem Flachbild-TV und einem Wii-Spielesystem. Untergeschoss Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten und ein Badezimmer. Perfect extended family vacation

This 3-level townhouse was ideal for my husband and me, our three adult sons, our daughter-in-law, and two year-old grandson. The property was clean and well stocked. Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. Central A/C and instantaneous hot water were big pluses as was the on-site Sports Club with indoor and outdoor pools. The location is perfect with lots of family friendly activities in the area. The host was very responsive to our questions and the description and pics of property were very accurate. We would definitely rent again and recommend it to others!

Great, relaxing stay!

Great clean space for relaxing and recharging after active days in the White Mountains. Kids loved the ping pong and basement. Adults loved the deck and many quiet spaces to unwind.

Nice Home in Lincoln

We’ve actually stayed on this property before but in the unit next to us. This property definitely has been kept up very well. We had no issues the whole time, and hope to be back next year. The host was great, and many great memories were made.

Beautiful scenery

While renting this property we had some issues with power outages and no backup generator, no candles, no flashlights . When I contacted the owner , she said there were no flashlights at all. Try to navigate 3 floors in the dark for a few hours. There also wasn't enough information enclosed in the booklet concerning information on what was expected and also how to connect to television and cable. Also ,the pool seemed to be in need of updating. As for cleaning services, for the price I paid, we shouldn't have had to do what was asked of us and they were rude. I have traveled and stayed all over the world. I will be choosing another option next trip, which is in Seattle.

Forest Ridge never disappoints

Wanda advertised her property as newly renovated plenty of room for the whole family. We loved the new renovations the beautiful hardwood floors and plenty of bedding for everyone. The basement (2nd family room) was very cozy and comfortable. If I had to recommend anything I would say the couch in the main family room could be larger but would had a blast and would rent there again And again.

Our stay was truly amazing! We had a great skiing & snowshoeing weekend with family. Our friends own a house in the same neighborhood so the location was perfect. Quick family ski trip!

The townhouse was great. Very spacious, location fantastic for skiing at Loon. There is even a shuttle to the mountain. So close by. The finished basement is a whole other living area with its own living room bedroom and bathroom. Everything we needed was there in terms of kitchen utensils and cookware. Great long weekend spent with the family. Would definitely rent again!

Exceeded expectations!

What a great property! It is everything that you expect it to be, plus more! First of all, the house is immaculate! The cleaning lady, Sarah, was double checking the unit when we arrived at 4pm to make sure it was all set and it was! The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was great during the hot summer days, the water was hot, the ping pong table got a lot of use and everything we needed to enjoy a meal was in the cabinets. The location right off Main Street was fantastic! Everything in the Lincoln/Woodstock area is all within 15 minutes of you. The area around the property was quiet and walking was great. The pool/exercise room is right up the street and, also, very clean and nice! Wanda was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions! We are already considering another visit to the same place for next year! I hate to recommend it so highly because everyone will want to rent it and it will be tough to book, but I can't tell a lie!! We really enjoyed ourselves!

Perfect for a large group

This place was perfect for our family getaway (4 adults and 4 kids under 10). It has everything we needed plus some. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, large dining room table and open to the living room. There are no photos of the deck, but it's a lot larger than expected (spans the entire width of the condo). The place was very clean and spacious. Wanda was extremely responsive to any questions I had before and during my stay. Would highly recommend and will stay again if we return.

Nice clean property in a great neighborhood equipped with Amenities for a private stay

Great Stay at the property which is located in the heart of Lincoln and yet is secluded from the everyday hustle which provides privacy for a Nice intimate stay. The house itself was very clean and tidy and the property manager was quite responsive. She responded to our questions even at 9:30 in night on a long weekend and sent in maintenance person to fix a light bulb. The townhouse community has nice amazing amenities in the form of indoor and outdoor pools, Tennis courts , Gym and Game room. Overall well managed and would love to come back.

Late Spring Stay in the

The property was great, very clean and tidy and had a well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable as was the rest of the house. Enjoyed having a beer on the deck as we had great weather. Was also thankful for the air conditioning, as we had days in the 90s. Wanda was very helpful answering questions and accommodating us with a last minute booking. We highly recommend this property.
