Entspannen Sie sich in diesem atemberaubenden und sorgfältig gepflegten 2500 sf. Haus befindet sich in einer der schönsten und renommiertesten Straßen in Cape Coral, Savona Parkway.
Der Hauptwohnbereich hat einen fantastischen, offenen Grundriss mit 4 geräumigen Schlafzimmern (2 Könige und 2 Königinnen), die alle über einen eigenen Flachbildfernseher und WLAN im gesamten Gebäude verfügen. Das erste Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über eine ADA-ausgestattete große ebenerdige Dusche, eine Badewanne für 2 Personen und zwei Waschbecken. Haus hat auch 2. geräumige Master-Suite mit Zugang zum Poolbereich.
Die Glas-Terrassentüren mit mehreren Schiebetüren öffnen sich zu einem wunderschönen, abgeschirmten Lanai-Bereich, in dem Sie sich in dem fantastischen beheizten Pool mit Wasserfall und Blick auf den Kanal entspannen können. Die voll ausgestattete Küche umfasst alle Edelstahlgeräte, Granitoberflächen und eine große Frühstückstheke. Die private Anlegestelle und der Golf-Direktkanal bringen Sie mit dem Boot in nur 5 Minuten zum Fluss Caloosahatchee. Wenn Sie ein Boot mieten möchten, können Sie für einen Tag in der Sonne nach Sanibel oder zu den Captiva-Inseln fahren. Wenn Sie Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten zubereiten möchten, können Sie Ihren eigenen frischen Fisch von Ihrem privaten Steg fangen, der nur wenige Schritte von der Küche entfernt liegt.

Es war einfach traumhaft schon

Wir waren für 11 Tage mit unseren Freunden in der schönen Villa und wir haben wirklich jeden Tag genossen, es fehlte uns an nichts, das Haus war sehr sauber, es war wirklich alles da, der Kontakt war super freundlich und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen🤩

Grosses und schönes Haus

Der eine Punkt weniger ist lediglich für die fehlenden Fahrräder.. Es hat ein dreiradvelo, mit dem man nicht wirklich eine Tour machen kann. Ansonsten alles tiptop. Sehr gepflegtes und luxuriöses Haus. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist schön. Würde es weiterempfehlen.

Simply GREAT!

The owner is absolutely service and customer oriented, helpful and very friendly. The house itself was spotless clean, really well equipped and nicely furnished. Everything you need and much more, such as gaming station (Wi), DVD, DVR, fishing equipment, beach equipment... you name it. Very quiet neighborhod and near to many restaurants and shops. Just a Great vacation.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house had all of the amenities of home plus a pool, with pool toys, fishing gear, comfortable and spacious rooms, amazing kitchen and open concept living room. Perfect Waterfront Getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this modern waterfront home! I stayed with my parents and my sister’s family; it was the perfect setup for a relaxing getaway. The open-concept design with fully retractable glass sliders made the indoor-outdoor living experience incredible—especially with the heated pool right in the backyard. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, and we even caught a few fish in the canal behind the house! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home, and the property manager was very responsive whenever we had a question. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making our stay even more stress-free. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-maintained home with quick Gulf access, a great pool, and all the comforts of home, this is the place! We would absolutely stay here again.

Cape Coral Fall Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Cape Coral property. The house and amenities made us feel right at home. Paula and Brian were excellent in keeping us informed regarding the property conditions after the recent hurricane and Petra was very welcoming during check-in. The house was the perfect size for our group of 6 adults and an infant. The kitchen was excellent for our meals and daily activities and the pool was wonderful. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to vacation in the Cape Coral area. We will definitely favorite this property for future stays.

Florida in July!!

Property was just as advertised and we all enjoyed our visit immensely. Florida in July is an opportunity to really cleanse your pores, but this property helped ease that process! Well stocked with all you need for a family vacation. Great location within short driving distances to all stores. Fort Meyers beach is about 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic so very doable. If you want to make the drive to Sanibel or Captiva that adds another 15-30 minutes depending on where you want to stop. They had beach chairs, small umbrella and a couple of small coolers to make that experience possible remotely. Pool floaties and some inflatable toys also for a good pool experience. Communication was straight forward and detailed.

Beautiful welcoming property!

This was our second time staying at this same property. It was JUST as wonderful this year as it was the first time. It is gorgeous inside and out. I was amazed by the cleanliness of both the inside of the house as well as the yard and the pool and pool area. Very spacious home, and while the pictures show exactly what the rooms look like, it feels larger in person. The location of the home is near grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, but tucked back in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Linens and towels felt new and higher end. The house had floats and pool noodles , fishing rods and bicycles. Property manager was very quick to respond to the one question I had this time. We loved this home and we cannot wait to come back!

Best house yet!

We have been staying in Cape Coral for at least a month at a time for 14 years. We have stayed in many nice house and some that were not so nice. This house was the nicest house we have rented! It is in the Savona neighborhood - our favorite. It was the most well equipped kitchen we have ever seen. We cook in most all of our meals, so we appreciate a nicely appointed kitchen. The bedding was lovely - sheets felt new, towels were nice, also felt new. Plenty of beach towels. All the appliances worked as expected. Good supply of necessities to get us started. The property management team was superior. Small problems were resolved immediately. Only complaint was that the 'beach chairs' were old and rusty. Not really low beach chairs, but more like lawn chairs. But plenty of 'pool toys' noodles and rafts. We cannot say enough about this house. You won't regret renting this beautiful home.

Beautiful home in Cape Coral

We had a great stay in a beautiful home in Cape Coral with pool, plenty of space, and amenities for everyone! The owners provided an immaculate 4 bedroom home and well furnished with everything we needed for a 3 week stay! The property manager was so accommodating and made us feel welcome and comfortable. I have never stayed in a home as clean and well furnished, and we are already booked for our stay next year! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Cape Coral!

Great location. Home was clean. Check in process was easy. The property maintenance company was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. There were six adults in our party. The home was very spacious and none of us felt crowded at any time. Pool was excellent and the dock was fund to fish off of.

Gorgeous Home!

We stayed at this home for 5 days at the end of April. It was by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! The house is very spacious and well laid out. Being able to go right out to the lanai with food through the full wall of sliders directly off the kitchen, as well as having full view of the pool from the kitchen was perfect with older kids. The house is advertised as 3 bedroom (due to a lack of closet in 4th room) but there are 4 bedrooms much to our surprise! We didn't even set foot in there since we only needed 3, but it was good to know for the future when we visit again. The kitchen is well stocked with every pan and pot you may need as well as waffle makers, blenders etc! The furnishings are beautiful and modern and the size of the rooms FAR exceeded our expectations, beds were comfortable and the bedding was very nice. Having YouTube TV being provided was much appreciated because we visited during NBA and NHL playoff week and we appreciated being able to tune in at night :) The pool was clean and there is plenty of seating available out on the lanai. We took advantage of the two bikes a few times and rode around the neighborhood and it was nice to have them there. We needed to reach the property manager while we were there to ask for her to bring a couple trash bags when she came for check out since there were no spares, and she responded quickly and was so informative and helpful during the visit. We just loved this house, and the property and are hoping to come back next April again.

AMAZING House!

This house was absolutely gorgeous. We had 7 people in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. You can fish down at the dock, sit by the water under the Tiki hut, swim in the pool, use the grill for dinner, etc. Paula and the property group are super easy to work and communicate with. We will definitely be booking this in the future, as it is the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed at. If you are on the fence about this place, rent as soon as possible - you won’t regret it.
