The cabin was great the best part that everthing to see was 18 minutes away with no traffic problems. The corn hole game on the porch was a great touch as the kids played that quite a bit..highly recommend this property.

The rental process was especially easy. We found the cabin to be just as described, the property was neat, tidy, clean, and very up to date; with all the amenities you'd expect in a rental.

Blessed Thanksgiving

Our family really needed a restful, quiet Thanksgiving, and we got just that!!! It was wonderful! The cabin is very well furnished. It is clean and beautiful. An added bonus was that it was already decorated for Christmas 🥰❤️ it was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely return to this location.

Much more than we expected

Our mother and daughters weekend get-away was made so much nicer because we decided on this location. The cabin is large and filled with thoughtfully-chosen decor. We loved that we didn't have to traverse steep and dangerous roads to stay in a log cabin. Plus, the town of Trenton proved to be a new favorite for all of us! We will keep the Big Daddy cabin on our list of "must return" places.

Chattanooga trip

My family stayed here for a trip to Chattanooga. It was close to town. The bathroom upstairs was small and there is no door between the bathroom and bedroom in one of the downstairs rooms. Otherwise, the property was nice, with everything you need for a nice vacation.

Loved the house and property. It was so easy to check in….. enter the code and step into the house! We were close to all the touristy places, like Ruby Falls, Rock City, Incline Railway, Chattanooga; yet we had that out-in-the-country feeling. Red, the horse next door, was an extra added attraction.

Fabulous country living

My husband & chocolate lab met our daughter and family of five here. There ample space and lots of things to do. Of course, the highlight was feeding Red everyday! We had a little rain but enjoyed the monstrous deck to play on! It was a perfect getaway!!

Good friends getaway

The cabin was very clean and comfortable for 3 couples. We enjoyed the roominess of the kitchen and main living area. There was plenty of seating for the 6 of us. The main area is also where two of the bedrooms were each with there own bathroom. The upstairs 2 bedrooms have adequate sleeping and the bed we used was comfortable, however the shared bathroom is very small. I would have appreciated a better shower head as the one there doesn't offer very good spray. The bedroom we stayed in didn't have a closet, so we had to use the extra bed to lay our clothing on. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch for morning coffee time, but it would have been nice if there had been some small side tables to be able to set your drink on. The road noise was louder than I expected, but I know that is something that can't be changed. Just didn't realize how close to the highway the cabin was as the pictures made it seem like it was out in the countryside. The owners were very nice and hospitable. When there was a problem with the backdoor doorknob he came out that day and fixed it. We all really appreciated that. The owner had also let us know that the hot tub at this property was supposed to be replaced, but the new one had not arrived, so he directed us next door to his other property to use the hot tub there. We were glad this arrangement was made available. The property is close to Chattanooga too which makes it nice for those who want to go into the city.

What a great house

We so enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The back porch overlooks the mountains and it was so nice sitting on the large back deck. The beds were very comfortable and all the home amenities were wonderful. The horse Red would come by every day. A would stay here again!!!!

Great Cabin/Home!

Great cabin for our group of 5 couples. This was our 39th annual trip to hike at Cloudland Canyon SP. The dining room table gets 5 stars ⭐️ for meals & playing cards. This was the best appointed vacation rental kitchen we have had. We love to cook elaborate meals as a group & we always bring extra cook ware & they were not needed. Furnishings & decor is nice. Enjoyed corn hole game on the porch. When I walked in the lit Christmas tree brought a smile to my face & provided a cozy atmosphere. It definitely feels like a home & not a basic vacation rental.

Beautiful home; great views

My daughter and a friend of ours had a weekend competition cheer event in Chattanooga is how we ended up in this beautiful home. Although the location of the home says Georgia, it’s about 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga where the convention center is along with many attractions and restaurants. The reason for my 4/5 rating is we did notice a problem with ladybugs throughout the home especially in the masters bathroom off to the right when entering the home and the upstairs bedroom off to the right. The other concerning issue, and I wasn’t sure if it was treated already, is the mold problem in the ceiling wood and kitchen structures. We use to own a log cabin and had the very same problem arise. No, I did not contact the property manager regarding these two issues while we stayed in the house because neither of those issues could have been fixed while we were there. And frankly, I didn’t want to be disturbed or displaced. We wouldn’t be there long enough for the mold to cause a problem for use and the lady bugs stayed to themselves. The property was exceptionally clean, and even had a basket of goodies for us upon arrival. There is a small store on the main road coming in but other than that you will have to travel a couple miles to get a store or food either way on the interstate. DoorDash/Uber eats etc will not deliver to this location, FYI. Our fave part about the property was the property horse Red! The views from the back porch are beautiful in the morning over a cup of coffee. We even got some snow!!! Thank you for opening up your home to us! It was perfect! The valentine tree was a great touch and we loved the fireplace!
