A great stay all around

The house was just lovely. The beds were comfortable, a beautiful home. Such a family friendly space with a huge kitchen, an inviting pooland hot tub and a great dining area. So much to do at the house and also convenient to so much in Albuquerque. The lagniappe they left for us was over the top. We will definitely stay here again.

Friends weekend

Great property inside and out. Beautiful big outdoor patio with lots of patio furniture and pool, hot tub, pool toys. Property owner very responsive to questions that arose. Very nicely remodeled kitchen and bar area for hanging out and relaxing. Grill available outside. Within 20 minutes of airport. Would stay again.

Great outdoor space, pool and hot tub

Location is in an older Santa Fe neighborhood which we enjoyed. Very close to balloon festival area. It’s listed as 4 bedrooms but works best as a 3 bedroom, 2 living rooms. Great kitchen and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor space. The pool is bigger than it looks on the listing.

Exceptional Stay

The home is extremely clean and had all that was needed. The pool was 100% perfect so was the hot tub. The Host Alex was superb and very responsive. Easy check in and check out. Nicer than you expect!

Great communication! Local knowledge at a text was extremely comforting & informative. Honestly they undersold how nice and swanky this place is. When it comes to vacation stays I have had good experiences & bad ones too, this is easily one of my favorite experiences- vacations-relaxation and all around great time! We opted for Albuquerque over Santa Fe because of the massive price difference and more family oriented activities. It’s was only a 38 minute drive or we took the short rail when we went to Santa Fe. My favorite thing about this trip was at the end of the days adventures we all piled onto the huge couch and fired up the one push button fireplace! So cozy and hard to achieve with multigenerational families, making memories. Both the adults and the kiddos are already asking to go back to the “Nice House by the mountains.”

Vacation Bliss

This house was older but has been renovated beautifully. The master bathroom is what dreams are made of. Our family spent most of our time in the back yard when at the house. My kids wanted to swim all day everyday and the pool heat made it comfortable to do so even in the 60 degree temps on one of those days. We are not people who like cold so it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the pool. We also spent time around the fire pit each evening and that was also enjoyable. If I had any suggestions to give it would be that the outdoor cushions could be updated but they in no way detracted from our stay. We felt right at home while staying here. The neighborhood is super quiet and everyone we passed waved. I came away from this vacation with the sense that New Mexico has the most genuinely friendly people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Cozy oasis perfect for a Girl's Weekend

This property was perfect for the 5 of us having our annual college girlfriend reunion - the space was impeccably appointed and decorated with little touches that really made the difference between a good property and an exceptional property. The hot tub was warm and cozy, the living room with the fireplace was comfy and cozy and wonderful for both reading and catching up on our lives over wine and cocktails! The kitchen was beautifully appointed with enough cooking utensils and equipment even for this serious home cook - we made a delicious dinner and some wonderful breakfasts while visiting. The location was quiet and secluded, yet within 20 minutes of all of the things we wanted to see and do. Alex, the property manager, was incredibly communicative and informative and gave us some amazing restaurant and activity recommendations - we used more than a few of them and they were all spot on. This place would be perfect for a family or 2 or a group of friends reuniting - our only regret was that the weather was a little chilly to take full advantage of the beautiful outdoor space with the fire pit, grill, pool, and variety of seating areas. HIGHLY recommend this property - we would definitely consider it again if we came back to the area. Thanks for an amazing getaway!

Balloon festival retreat

This house was amazing! We booked it for the balloon festival and it is located just miles away from the park. The balloons actually flew over the house and landed in the neighborhood on the last day. Lots of things to do to keep your party entertained!

Balloon festival

The home was great! Lots of space for our party and loads of entertainment offerings. We stayed for the balloon festival and it’s located minutes away from the park. The balloons flew right over the house on the last day and landed in the development in the back. Would definitely stay again!

Best in experience in Albuquerque

My husbands family is from Albuquerque and we visit once and a while. Would definitely visit more often with a place this nice to stay. Comfortable and beautiful. Top notch remodel with no expense spared. This place had enough space to spread out if wanted or congregant together and visit in so many areas. The host was very responsive and their online guestbook is very cool and helpful. All the tvs and internet were very easy to use. We didn’t have little kids but they did have amenities if we did and anyone who does will be well set up.

Awesome!!!

We brought our entire family to Albuquerque for the Balloon Fiesta. There were 8 adults and 3 children. There was so much room and very inviting furniture and sitting areas. House was extremely clean. We were able to cook and do laundry. Everything was like brand new. Our host contacted us before the trip with all the information we needed. The balloons flew right over our house and landed across the street. There is parking for two vehicles. We had the pool heated and it was perfect, hot tub good too. Highly recommend this house for any family vacation!!'n

Air Force graduation

In my party we had 8 adults staying for 4 days while attending an Air Force graduation. This house was close to grocery and anything else you would need. We ordered out quite a few meals also and there was a large selection of different types of restaurants to choose from. 1) bedrooms-a beautiful master with a bathroom to die for. Another bedroom with a king? Bed. Next bedroom had two queen beds in it and a front study had a sofa bed that converted to a bed and this was private with doors so it’s own room. Beds were comfortable and the linens were wonderful. There is laundry available which really helped. Outdoor living—we spent a lot of time hanging out at the house. There are multiple seating areas with nice furniture groupings and a pool! It was hot this august so the pool was a huge bonus. Kitchen has everything you could need and then some. It even had two coffee pots in the kitchen and one in the master Bedroom! I needed to contact Alex a couple of times and my problem was solved within minutes and all via text Which is also very convenient. If you are looking for a home base while you visit the area or just wanting to spend all your time hanging out around the house, this home was perfect and so roomy we never felt crowded! Loved this home—beautifully decorated also….we may go home and rethink some of our paint choices😀

Wonderful place, amazing pool

We had such a great stay. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. Pool is bigger than expected, and nice and warm. The kids spent most of the day in it :) Kitchen is well organized and stocked. All around great experience.

Very modern, spacious house - centrally located and great for families

We took a long roadtrip and were stopping in Albuquerque on our journey home. We specifically chose this house as the pictures looked amazing and we thought the heated pool would be a great treat for our kids after sitting in a car for hours. We were not disappointed! Everything was very clearly outlined in the online guide they provided us. The pool was heated and we were able to use it immediately when we arrived. The layout is great for families or groups vacationing - spacious bedrooms, lots of sitting areas and alcoves. If we ever find ourselves in Albuquerque again, we will definitely stay here.
