Renoviertes 3 Schlafzimmer / 2 Badezimmer Haus (ca. 1200 qm) in einer ruhigen Gegend, in fußläufiger Entfernung von der Innenstadt von SLO (ca. 20 min). Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich ein offener Platz mit einem Discgolfplatz und nur 5 Gehminuten von einem großen, brandneuen Kinderspielplatz entfernt. Tennisplätze sind noch näher! Unser Haus verfügt über komfortable Sitzgelegenheiten im Vorder- und Hinterhof. Wäschemöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Garage. Unser Haus befindet sich in einem perfekten Mikroklima an der zentralen Küste, nicht zu heiß, nicht zu kalt. Weingüter und Weinproben befinden sich im gesamten Küstengebiet im Norden und Süden. Die Stadt San Luis Obispo ist absolut fantastisch mit zahlreichen guten Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Die Strandstädte, von denen Avila unser Favorit ist, sind etwa 15 Autominuten entfernt. Wenn Sie ein Zuhause für laute Musik und Party suchen, ist dies NICHT das Zuhause für Sie. Unsere Nachbarn gehen früh ins Bett und wir haben eine strenge Ruhezeit von 22 Uhr in Kraft. Terrific Inside and Out!

We had such a pleasant, relaxing stay! This property is well-appointed and well-maintained, and all the spaces inside and out are clean, comfortable, and inviting. Kitchen and baths have very nice finishes. There were plenty of fluffy white towels and beach towels. The hot tub was fantastic! The neighborhood is quiet and there is a park across the street so it feels private even though there are next-door neighbors. Good host communication. I would stay here again!

Like a stay at good friends' place

We had a delightful four day stay in this well-appointed, clean and homey place! Paul and Diana went out of their way to welcome us, including leaving detailed welcome information and treats. Our older parents were with us and had no problems getting around despite their mobility challenges. Super convenient to downtown SLO and also close to Greengate Ranch where we had wedding events to attend. Would stay again without reservation! Thank you!

Great location to all venues attended for week of wedding events

Wonderful stay

Great property in a wonderful location! We stayed here to help our son move to SLO to attend Cal Poly in September. The house is well appointed, has a lovely yard (both front & back), and was super clean. Communication with Paul and Diana was seamless. Even though we didn’t take advantage of it, we like the 12pm check out time that is later than most properties. We will definitely stay in this lovely home again in the future.

Ideal home & location

This was my 1st time venturing out since the pandemic started. I met my niece and her 6-year-old son in this great SLO home. There is a fantastic park nearby (disc golf, tennis & playground) plus a wonderful backyard that included lizards. What 6 year old boy doesn't like looking for lizards? There was also a nice hot tub, barbecue and table for eating outside. The home was clean & inviting. We had a great time at this ideal location/home.

Perfect Stay

We stayed for the month of March. Our daughter finished at CalPoly in March and wanted to get her back for her final month. The house was great the the location was perfect for us. Paul and Diana were the perfect hosts and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Great house and location

Clean and beautiful house located across the street from a park in a quiet neighborhood. Was perfect for our family. Paul and Diana were awesome to deal with and even left us a welcome note and wine, cheese and crackers. Great location close to downtown SLO and the 101. Will definitely stay here again.

Home Away From Home

This was perfect for our family's stay in SLO for our son's wedding. Rather than staying in an impersonal hotel room, we felt we were staying in a friend's home....a home that has been lovingly cared for. A huge bonus for us was the park across the street with abundant walking trails, plus the tranquil nature of the park and neighborhood. Without hesitation....yes, we would opt to stay here again!

Almost all areas of the home have been completely renovated in the last few years, with only our master bathroom remaining to be accomplished.
