Beautiful house

The house was really clean and comfy, beautiful decoration and very nice bedrooms. The neighborhood is very quiet day and night. Nicole was very nice and helping host.

Stay was great but property need some updates and repair but over all was great no hot or heated pool and no toilet paper or towels wash cothes some surfaces were warn but it was nice and not far from parks thank you very much

Fantastic, spacious and clean.

This property is great, it was clean and had everything you need for cooking and eating. However, a few things that need attention, the furniture was stained and in need of a deep upholstery cleaning. Door knobs were loose. Curtains need washing, too much accumulated dust which is not good for people with allergies like myself. The pool light did not work for a night swim. I've overlooked these things and just threw clean sheets over the sofas and the top of the curtains to stop the dust in the air. I did without the pool light. I do not like to complain I just took care of these simple things my way. Again, I really liked the property and would love to come back next year.

Amazing Accommodation with Nicole

We had a fantastic stay at Nicole’s place! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, very close to the supermarket and Nicole was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Tiny things

We had a good stay, the house was very clean and spacious We feel the house needs a going over for a few of the below things: -Little to NO garden furniture... no table and 3 plastic chairs- Not the chairs in the photos -Ceiling fan in the bathroom hanging off -Pool needs some TLC, dirt and sand around the pool -Pool paintwork needs touching up -No washing line -Beds looked good but were mattresses put onto of old divan bases within the wooden frames? -Actual mattresses were a bit tatty -The A/C was for the entire house, couldn't have individual rooms hot or cold... so in bed at night was an issue -No actual lights in bedrooms... just lamps The stay was good, property was clean and good relaxed quiet neighbourhood! We had some bad weather one or two nights and the pool netting came apart to which we contacted the host and they sorted The host are very responsive The location was ideal for us as we didn't do Disney, even so Disney was a 15/20 min drive We were spending time in tampa, was very easy in the I4 Lots of supermarkets and fast food near by after long days out I would recommend the villa to an older family (teenagers plus) if the small details were corrected

Nice house but grubby / dirty pool area. Poor communication from owner. Avoid this place.

House is nicely decorated albeit in the middle of nowhere. Pool area is filthy and the furniture (completely different to the photos) is grubby / covered in bird poo. A tiny snake slithered by - it looked like 2 dead ones were in the pool. No cover from the Florida sun. Lots of sand piling up. Pool screens need cleaning. Pool deck black with dirt. Nonstop traffic noise. Entire pool area very unwelcoming - we did not use it at all during our 8 night stay. Large cockroach in bedroom. 2 dead lizards in bathroom. Entry points need to be blocked. Owner has restricted AC to a range that works for her. Many dirty cutlery and drawers. Blinds in toilet do not cover window. We were given 1 document that included one door code and another document with a different door code. It also said there was a book with info on the table but this was not there. Securty is a concern - lock on exterior sliding doors is ancient / flimsy. Lock on the sml bathroom external door is also ancient and flimsy. Anyone can access pool via 2 unlocked doors. Minutes after arriving we were shocked by a man walking around the pool area unannounced. Not safe for kids! We received a curt response from Nicole but then she totally vanished! We sent messages on Wed and by checkout on Sat we had still not received a response. We stay in around 20 accommodations per year, and this was most disappointing especially for the circa £200 per night cost for the 2 of us. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!

Famalam holiday in Florida

The villa is in an ideal location only 3 miles drive from local supermarkets and 5 miles from restaurants. It was home from home, everything you need including an ice machine. Beds lovely and comfortable and air condition was a dream. We needed to contact the host and immediate response and sorted. Pool was lovely and clean and maintained during our stay.

Beautiful villa

We loved the house: very spacious, clean and comfortable. The house is located in a very quiet area and offers excellent privacy. The most impressive part of the rental and the rental process was the super responsiveness of our host Nicole. Several questions we sent to her by email in advance of our rental were answered in detail sometimes within minutes. Any concerns we had were dealt with immediately. For instance, we asked for an umbrella because the sun was really hot around the pool. Mauro, the property manager, dropped a new umbrella off later that same afternoon. Nicole's efficiency and responsiveness, and Mauro's fast response time were impressive. We will certainly rent the house again if we decide to go back to Florida in the future.

In desperate need of maintenance

We stayed in this villa in 2017 and really enjoyed it but this visit was not so pleasant at all. The outside deck area was filthy and there was a dead frog in the pool which was decomposed white so had been there a good while. The deck also had a decomposed lizard next to the barbecue. The whole pool area needs jet washing. The back patio door is secured by a metal bar which you have to drop into the space in the floor (as it was in 2017) taking the bar out is a dirty job and you need to wash your hands afterwards, this area is filthy and needs cleaning. The work tops and kitchen cupboards had tiny mites in and on them and whilst i was there killed lots of them but this put me off using the kitchen as it felt dirty. The first night we woke at 5am to what we thought was someone banging on the door aggressively, it frightened the life out of the entire family and put us on edge each evening. It was only the following week when it happened again for longer it gave me opportunity to follow the sound which led me to the master bathroom toilet with no water in the system causing the pipes to bang throughout the house aggressively. Every night we had to keep the toilet and bathroom door closed as the toilet would constantly be filling causing water noise so loud it stopped us getting to sleep. Water pressure in the shower is inadequate Plus points: Master bed is very comfortable Location is excellent Villa could be excellent if they done the required work. There is no housekeeping so to have a sign on the fridge saying “housekeeping appreciates your tips” I found was strange. We have done villa holidays in Florida 12 times, this is our worst villa experience. I am aware I could have called the maintenance but having people come into the villa when we are there or not is not something I want. I am aware a few week’s previous there was hurricane Ian but if the villa is suitable to rent out it should be clean

Super location, just far enough from Disney about 10/15 mins away.

Easy to book with Vrbo, communication was kept up to date with booking and check in details. We had two wonderful weeks. Just a little advice check with the owner, as the pool light wasn’t working to see that it has been replaced.

Fantastic Stylish Villa

Great villa, superb location, easily access to all the main parks and the beach on the gulf coast. Villa is very stylish with an open plan interior space - pool area is south facing and lovely and quiet. Interior furnishings very good and just what you need on holiday. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially as the owner is great to deal with and responded very quickly to a couple of minor issues we had.

Ok for short stay, not so much for long stay

Dealt with a couple of issues upon arrival- garage door opener on the wall didn’t work, but owner resolved next day with maintenance guy bringing over a remote. Thermostat was remote controlled by owner and I had to ask her to adjust it on a few occasions. It would have been better if she let me have control. Later found that she set a range that we could live with. Found bugs in the kitchen upon arrival, used bug spray found under sink for short term control but house needs a good professional spraying. Pool was nice but no solar cover so we didn’t waste the money to have it heated. No pool toys or floaties at the house. Before I booked I asked owner about an umbrella for the table outside. She said there was one but I didn’t find it. Pool area gets warm so an umbrella would be nice to have. Beds are softer than we are used to, may be ok for a short stay but we booked for a month. Also, the only drawers to store your clothes in are in the master bedroom. No dressers in the other 3 bedrooms. Also, bring hangers. There are a few in the closet but not enough for a long stay. Neighborhood is quiet and back yard is somewhat private with a detention basin behind. Nice to see some wildlife back there, and people walking their dogs. Overall, house could use some TLC but is comfortable for short stay. Owner was responsive to my inquiries during our stay.

Our Covid escape

We booked this 2 days before we left for our trip. The owner Nicole was very accommodating to our early check in. The property was clean, and we enjoyed the proximity to necessities and enough space for our family. The washing machine is extremely load in the spin cycle , it’s also located in the garage with no place to really hang up your clothes. The patio furniture is not what’s depicted. It was that old white tubbing, that wasn’t that comfortable. It’s good value overall.

the house has great potential, the pool was great except for the pool light not working we couldn't swim at night. Also, the cleaning crew should do a better job, the house was not clean under the sofas and beds, furniture was dusty and floor was dirty.

This Home is beautiful inside out I have been renting this same rental property since my first daughter was born in 2016 so when we stayed there last week and I showed her the pictures both of my daughters was happy to see them in the pool young the nice neighbors I’ve known them it’s peaceful i didn’t have any problems never do and if you need her maintenance is there right away or she responds right away the beds are cozy the entire house is clean you literally can’t complain

Moms birthday weekend

We really enjoyed our family weekend together for my birthday. I have 3 daughters and we thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, spacious house for our mother/daughter/sister weekend. The pool was perfect and the kitchen/living room area allowed us to all be together without being overcrowded. We all would recommend staying here!
