Willkommen in unserem Blind Pass Condominium # A205! Diese neu erworbene und komplett renovierte Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ist der perfekte Rückzugsort für Ihren bevorstehenden Inselurlaub. Zu den Upgrades gehört eine schöne neue offene Küche mit brandneuen Geräten, Schränken, spektakulärem Quarzit und Kochgeschirr. Eine komplette Renovierung des Wohnzimmers umfasst neue Möbel, ein stilvolles Inseldekor und einen weichen Teppich. Schließlich sorgen renovierte Schlafzimmer und Bäder für einen erfrischenden Aufenthalt.

Unsere geräumige Wohnung auf der zweiten Etage bietet auf 1280 Quadratfuß Platz für 6 Personen. Dazu gehört eine Hauptschlafzimmer-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett, eigenem Bad, begehbarem Kleiderschrank und Flachbildfernseher. Ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten, Flachbildfernseher, begehbarem Kleiderschrank und angrenzendem Badezimmer. Offen geschnittenes Wohn- und Esszimmer mit großem Flachbildfernseher, ausziehbarem Queensize-Sofa, kabellosem Highspeed-Internetzugang und DVD-Player. Eine private, abgeschirmte Veranda mit umliegenden Palmen und Vegetation rundet die Wohnung ab.

Blind Pass ist der perfekte Ort auf Sanibel Island. Wir befinden uns auf der Golfseite der Insel und sind nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt von Sanibel und der Insel Captiva entfernt. Wir haben einen privaten Weg, der Sie in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zum weltberühmten Bowman's Beach führt. Genießen Sie Muscheln, Schwimmen, Angeln und spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge, ohne ein Hotel in Sichtweite. Very clean and roomy

Great place

Our stay was great, a few little hiccups but nothing terrible. The windows did need a good washing and the front door stuck so it was hard to open, but other than that, the place was great. No one else on the property since the construction is still going on, so it was nice when hubby and I would go to the pool we had it all to ourselves. Would definitely stay here again.

Sanibel Never Disappoints

Great stay at Blind Pass Condos. A lot of construction going on during week but did not interfere with our stay at all. Sanibel is still rebuilding after Ian but has come a long way. This is our second stay in the condo and we love it. Nicely decorated and well furnished. The walk to Bowman’s Beach is a little further with having to access through Bowman Beach main entrance but still an easy walk. Look forward to returning!

Great family vacation

The condo was clean, updated and well appointed. Furniture and beds were comfortable and attractive. It was stocked with plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and even a cart for hauling things to the beach. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, pool area lovely.

Blind Pass stay - June 2024

We stayed in a second floor unit and it was pretty much anything you could want. Most of, if not all of the first floor units were still being resurrected from the ravages of hurricane Ian so there was quite a bit of construction and renovation work going on during the day around the compound. The pool and the grounds were in great shape though and the tennis courts were completely torn up and replaced over the course of a couple days during the latter part of our stay.

Great Spot!

Easy walk to the beach, well maintained pool and tennis courts. Easy bike ride from condo to Ding Darling. Our only issue was the anytime the kids played, apparently the floors are thin- we were told a light fell below us!

My only Son's Wedding

The location was just right for my son's wedding on Bowman Beach on Saturday morning. Weather was perfect for the occasion. We had a wonderful long weekend with family. The condo was bigger than what we really needed but the location was perfect. It was so comfortable and had everything we could possibly need.

Comfortable stay. Quiet complex, tucked away from all of the restaurants/stores. Easy access to Ding Darling, and nice stroll to the beach (saw a group of manatees one morning from the bridge as I walked over to the beach). More specific instructions about how to navigate to the condo from the assigned parking space might be helpful (I ended up using one of the closer visitor spaces during the day).

Stay in a "war" zone

A true "violation" of trust. We were surrounded by junk on the grounds, workmen everywhere, work trucks blocking our vehicle and parking areas daily, not a single other family staying in the complex. The pool was a mess, workmen painting, doing rough construction, roofing, etc. This place should never have been rented by Sanibel Vacations or VRBO. Very poor taste.

Beautiful condo is a gorgeous setting!

I have always liked Blind Pass, but I LOVED this condo. It is just gorgeous! Renovated in Florida decor and a wonderful kitchen that is fully stocked. Love the screened in porch and comfortable beds. Super clean. Plenty of towels and beach gear. The management company is awesome. Check in was a breeze. We will be back! Thank you.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Condo is located just off Bowman's Beach. Great quiet time with our family. Good communication with Rental Company. Condo has all the kitchen items needed to cook. It is a substantial walk to the beach. We read earlier reviews, and took our own beach umbrellas. There is a cart load your items up and transport them to the beach, but the handle is very low and it requires you to walk in an awkward position.

Nicely equipped

Condo was clean and nicely equipped. Appliances where new and functional. Nice having beach chairs,umbrella and cart. Walking to pool is very close . Walking to beach is almost impossible with the distance and heat. But able to cut distance in half by parking in guest parking. Overall a nice place to relax and temporarily call home…

Beautiful and Quiet

A great respite from the busy holiday season. The condo was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was available on hand and the refrigerator and microwave where better than what we have at home. The only negative is that the AC is regulated and you cannot lower it below a set level. It didn't matter to us since we had mostly cool weather at night, but might be a problem if you rent the property during the hotter periods.

Well appointed condo in beautiful community

This was our first time staying in the Blind Pass Community as we were meeting up with our friends. My wife and I agreed that this was the nicest condo we have stayed in; well decorated, well appointed, and a kitchen with all the things you need (which is not the case in all rental units). Everything was clean, there were plenty of beach towels, and the condo was very comfortable! The grounds around the community were well maintained and absolutely gorgeous. We took advantage of the large pool, tennis courts, and also tried our hand at Pickleball too! The only downside to our stay was that the walk to the beach was a bit more than we are used to at about 5-10 minutes, but no roads had to be crossed which was nice.

well located and not too long of a trek to the beach. The owner had extra towels, and a handy cart available so that was pretty helpful. the ice maker on the fridge wasn't working but oh well. My only tiny complaint about the property is that the grounds need to be better lit at night. kind of scary is all.

Clean property, nice beach.

Property was nice and clean, very good renovation. However, be sure to read the fine print and not get trapped like we did into the property insurance policy that automatically opts you into coverage, not the other way around. You have to specifically "opt out" to avoid the non-refundable insurance policy, total waste of money. Parking not close to the actual condo unit. Beach was a little bit farther than expected but was a nice beach and not crowded.

EVERYTHING was great! Only drawback was the parking: MAJORLY INCONVENIENT (but nothing can be done about that). It would be nice to have known this drawback ahead of time since we are not the youngest or healthiest folks. ALSO, you guys "overkill" the communication, but I suppose in this day of "spoiled American" expectations you have to do something like that to satisfy the legal system.
