Exquisites neues Zuhause in der prestigeträchtigen Wohnanlage von WaterSound Beach! Dieses fantastische Haus verfügt über insgesamt 5 Schlafzimmer mit Bad - 4 im Haupthaus und ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer im Kutschenhaus. Das Haupthaus hat auch einen Aufzug und Blick auf den Golf vom Turm. Die Liste der Funktionen ist endlos und so gestaltet, dass die Verbindung zwischen Innen- und Außenbereich dieses Hauses maximiert wird. Im Inneren sind die Innenräume mit unglaublichen Oberflächen wie Walnussböden, Arbeitsplatten aus Marmor und Granit, maßgefertigten Holzleisten, wiederverwendeten Balken und Geräten von Sub Zero & Wolf ausgestattet. Draußen gibt es zwei beeindruckende 8-Zoll-Regenwände, die 10-Zoll-Wasser in einen übergroßen, quadratischen Pool spritzen, sowie zahlreiche geräumige Veranden, auf denen Sie sich entspannen können. Das Haupthaus verfügt über 2 voll ausgestattete Küchen.

Diese am Strand gelegene Gemeinde verfügt über ein Netz von gewundenen Holzstegen, Brücken und Wegen, die die Häuser, Cottages und Eigentumswohnungen der Gemeinde miteinander verbinden und einen malerischen Blick auf einen weitgehend unberührten und nicht überfüllten weißen Sandstrand bieten.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our group of 10 enjoyed this beautiful and spacious home. The proximity to the beach was very walkable. The beach itself was very nice and not overcrowded. We initially had a few minor issues that we reached out to the property manager about. The property manager was prompt in her response and quickly addressed the issues which was much appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home

The home is spacious and beautiful. Batteries however were missing from all the remotes and we couldn’t watch TV . We bought batteries and then didn’t have any cable or streaming services so that was a problem. Also golf cart needs some maintenance it was not really running properly battery died quickly and wasn’t really dependable for travel to and from the beach.

Perfect home for families or couples

We had a two week stay in this gorgeous home. Having the bedrooms located on several floors , plus a carriage house, was very conducive to privacy and comfort. This house is a very short distance to the beach, which was the most uncrowded we have been to on 30a. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The crows nest has beautiful ocean views and is the perfect place to see the sunset. The Watersound neighborhood is gorgeous and would be hard to top! Highly recommend this gorgeous home!

I would recommend staying at this house. There is enough room accommodate 10 people comfortably. The beach is close by and the view is spectacular. There is also a large pool close to the house. There are many wonderful restaurants and stores near by.

The house needs a HUGE UPDATE of Furniture , TV's ,blankets, no towel racks, and wine glasses are terrible. Holes in the ceiling and walls. Furniture is ripped stained and old. The bed needs a new mattress and the floor rugs are horrible. This house really needs a 75 inch TV and wires need to be closed off and not exposed very disappointing

Beautiful home perfect location!

My family has been staying in Water Sound for the past 8 years and we LOVED the location of this house. We range in age from 7 to 82 so we all keep different schedules. The ease of the golf cart is always nice but being able to walk out the front door and down the boardwalk was wonderful for all of us when we needed to come back and forth. The neighborhood pool is also right around the corner. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. The floor plan worked well for us. We used the main kitchen for meals and hanging out and the pool kitchen as a grab and go/cooler filler station. The kitchen was well stocked and we really enjoyed having 2 dishwashers. The pool is shady in the afternoon which was wonderful after being on the beach all day. When everyone was picking rooms we made sure my father in law was on the same level as the large kitchen (2nd floor). This way he only had to go up and down the steps when he was leaving in the morning and coming back after sunset. He did not mind the steps and he could have always used the elevator. Renting directly from the homeowner was such a better experience for us. The communication was always quick, pleasant and they followed up. We loved it and plan on renting the home again.

This couldn’t have been a better set up for us. The house was very clean and a great lay out. The neighborhood is amazing with great amenities and the beach is gorgeous. With the big chill down the street and the other beach towns within easy biking distance, we were able to bike every morning and then spend the rest of the day relaxing on the beach!

Wonderful Stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! Not only is the house fantastic, but so is the location. We were debating between booking this house and one in a different neighborhood directly on the beach, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision! We had one issue (coffee maker carafe missing), and the owner replaced right away. The golf cart was used often and was super convenient for both the beach and Bruno’s Pizza (which is delightful!). Family loved having coffee and happy hour up top on the watch tower…plenty of chairs and ocean views. The elevator worked great for those who need it. The only thing that was a little inconvenient is that when dining or hanging out in the kitchen/main living area, the only bathroom on that floor is inside the bedroom on that floor. Not a big deal for us because we are a close/easy going family, but might be for others. The other thing that was hard to know for sure in advance having never been to the area….the beach is awesome! May not be this way all summer, but for us it was not that busy, super convenient. Only one row of chairs. We booked thru La Dolce Vita and had great service. Also highly recommend Dan Castles if you want some sand castle lessons for the family :)

I love hosting fun groups who value their privacy and seclusion in an Ocean Front Gated & Secure Community along Hwy 30A. Watersound is best known for the longest private beach, accessible by Golf Cart unlike any other communities. The pristine tall white dunes look like a fairy tale as the winding boardwalks allow one to enjoy the beauty of nature. Our private beach is never more than 1 row deep of guests, all enjoying long walks for over a mile as far as Deer Lake State Park and Camp Creek Lake. It is the epitome of the best nature offers.

This property was custom designed by renowned Harrison Designs of Atlanta, GA. The Owner hand-selected this bike-path lot, that offers extreme privacy 4 Homes off the Beach. The 4-story Tower offers the best Gulf Views around, where one can work or play all day and enjoy the water views. Then there is the Gourmet massive Kitchen that has 2 additional islands, Sub-Zero/Wolf Appliances, two farmhouse sinks, 2 dishwashers, seating for 4 at island, then a private dining area with hand-made brick wall and 200 year old beams. This kitchen deserves a private chef for the most incredible dining experience (we recommend Chef Kali). Or kick back, don’t cook, just order take-out. Enjoy also the home’s 2 other kitchens. The first floor kitchen overlooks the pool and boasts a coffee bar, cooktop, full fridge, dishwasher, and farmhouse sink area. Then the Carriage House has its own kitchen for its guests to enjoy. Overall, the 5 master suites with en-suite bathrooms offer spectacular privacy as though each couple have their own oasis. The 3 story elevator allows quick access to all 3 floors plus tower and allows ease for our older visitors to move around the home. The best feature of home is the outdoor living spaces with 2 screened porches, a massive Tower, a connector to Carriage House, 2 other porches off Master Suites, and a Front porch bordering the Boardwalk. Take the Gulf Cart all the way to the beach, no need to walk. And lastly, the rare two 12’ Rain Walls provide amazing relaxing sounds as you sit by our private pool.
