Wir freuen uns sehr, dieses Ferienhaus jedem anbieten zu können, der einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt im Urlaub sucht. Wir haben unser anderes Haus für 4 Jahre besessen und gehandhabt. Wir lieben Hosting und lieben es, unseren Gästen den besten Urlaub zu bieten. Dieses Haus ist für "reife" Gäste gedacht, die ein Zuhause voller Liebe suchen.

Hunde sind in Ordnung. Pro Haustier wird eine nicht erstattbare Gebühr von 125 USD erhoben.

Nicely decorated, well equipped, convenient location

Loved our stay

We loved our stay! Conveniently located, thoughtfully decorated with all the amenities you need, we will definitely stay again the next time we visit Nags Head. Amanda is a really great and accommodating host. Highly recommend visiting the dunes at Jockey Ridge State Park.

Love this place in OBX

All the comforts of home.... but in OBX!! The owner does such a nice job with decorating!! Great location, short distance to the beach, within walking distance and a coffee shop right next door. Had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property!

Perfect for a family

We had such a wonderful time here. The house was perfect—the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and multiple types of coffee makers for the coffee lovers. There was a high chair for our infant, as well as a pack and play. So many games too, which would be great for families with kids! The best part was that all the beach items were provided: beach cart, umbrella, and chairs. It made getting to the beach so easy, and it’s only a short walk away! The gated balcony was perfect for the dogs and baby. We loved it here, and will definitely come back to this property!

Vacation with a toddler and 2 dogs couldn't have gone better! Outdoor shower and the toys provided were amazing. Sweet serenity was super clean and cozy - we felt right at home. As first timers, we really enjoyed Amanda's long list of recommendations. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home and welcoming owners

This was our first visit to the OBX area so we used this opportunity to explore the entire area. Walking over to the coffee shop next door was a huge bonus. The neighborhood is just off of a busy street so there were tons of activities and places to visit. The owner Amanda was incredibly welcoming and communicative. We loved our visit!

Great place!

We had a great time at this cottage! Super clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor shower, quick walk to the beach, and riding bikes to different restaurants in the area. You can’t go wrong with this cottage. I highly recommend!

Sweet Serenity

We just had a wonderful week in Nags Head, staying at Sweet Serenity. The house was exactly as advertised, clean, stylish and well-appointed. The location is very convenient, with the beach, restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. There's a bit of road noise, but after a short while we didn't really notice it. We would definitely stay here again.

Summer Vacation

Amanda went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect vacation! The house was even better than the pictures - it was clean,comfortable, and an easy walk on the beach. the little extra touches like fresh flowers, music playing when we arrived and wine in the fridge were amazing! The front porch was perfect for lazy mornings with coffee from next door and evening sunsets.

A very nice property

It’s a very nice property in a good location. It’s close to the beach, stores, and interesting sites. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I also liked the fact that Amanda kept in touch to make sure that everything was going well. We had a great time. I have only two criticisms. The kitchen window and sliding glass door in front of the house did not have curtains. This affected our privacy especially at night. Also, there is no kitchen table. Therefore, we used the center island in the kitchen area for eating and it was where I set up my computer.

Super cute cottage

It was cold and windy and not quite beach weather while we stayed at Nags Head. This cottage was cozy and aesthetically adorable and made us feel at home as we stayed cozy. Great porch for the dog to hang out in and lovely kitchen! LOVED the outdoor shower even though it was a bit chilly I stilled showered in it! Really REALLY close to a lovely coffee place and several 4*+ restaurants and the quickest 5 minute walk to the beach. Amanda was lovely and gave us wonderful recommendations of things to do. We had a lovely time and definitely recommend.

Bright Spot During a Rainy Week

The house was perfect. Everything you could possibly need was at your fingertips. Comfortable, clean, and new... the house was our bright spot during a rainy week. The kitchen if fully stocked with anything you need to prepare a full meal or just snacks and drinks. Close to everything. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Owner very responsive and great to work with as we planned for our stay.

Sweet Serenity Delivers

Everything about the week at Sweet Serenity cottage was flawless. Amanda, the owner, obviously takes great pride in her home. The cottage is super clean, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. It is conveniently located and a pleasure to stay at. Bikes are a big plus. Amanda is a great communicator and does everything to make your week enjoyable. We will be back.

Fantastic vacation

The owners Amanda and Adam are wonderful, easy to work with, honest, friendly and extremely welcoming. Everything and more about this rental was spot on. The distance to the beach is so close. Very easy walk or if you want to take your car parking was always available at the beach access. The beach was incredibly beautiful. It was so nice to have access to beach chairs, beach buggy and bikes. The house was perfect. Everything just like the pictures. Extremely clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The bed and pillows in master so dreamy that we slept better than we do at home. The location to stores, things to do and places to eat was great. Everything so close. Amanda’s heart is really in this and she truly, truly wants her guests to feel at home, relax and have the best vacation.

Hidden gem in excellent location

We come to OBX regularly and this is definitely one of the top places we've ever stayed. This listing is clearly very well cared for and the property managers are extremely helpful without being intrusive. Some highlights below: - Excellent location, very short walk to the beach. I was in my third trimester of pregnancy when we went and even I could make that daily walk. - Amazing coffee shop right next door and delicious acai bowls about a four minute walk away. Tons of great restaurants within a ten minute drive. - Very nice front porch where we ate basically every meal. Had overhead fans and lighting and two sets of comfy chairs. - Outdoor shower that was so nice my husband never actually showered inside. Also very convenient for rinsing off the dog before sending him directly up the stairs to the porch to dry off. - Updated, well stocked kitchen with a ginormous fridge and soft close cabinets. - Minor conveniences throughout: hampers in all the bedrooms, super absorbent bath towels provided, super soft bath mats, soaps, trash bags, night lights throughout. - Excellent stock of beach equipment in great shape. - Hosts Amanda and Adam were very reasonable, accommodating and thoughtful, leaving us a great stash of beach snacks, a personalized hand written welcome note and fresh flowers. Excellent place for our babymoon. We are book marking this location for future use for sure!

Wonderful New Year's Stay!

This is definitely a 5 Star Property and Amanda is definitely a 5 Star Host! There were 4 of us, my twin sons who are 18, and my husband and I, and this was the perfect vacation rental for us. We also had our 2 dogs with us and it was perfect for them too! The hosts have thought of everything to truly make this a "home" away from home. We ate many meals in and were able to do so with ease with the fully stocked and remodeled kitchen. Family room area is very cute and comfortable...the entire home has a lovely coastal, shabby chic decor which is very inviting for a beach vacation. Bedrooms are nice with comfortable king beds, front porch is very relaxing and peaceful, outdoor shower is a fun amenity. We loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation rental in Nags Head/OBX. Some additional highlights that we enjoyed: -the 3 bikes...took bike rides every evening and it was a great way to see and enjoy the area -wonderful coffee shop literally next door with great coffees, teas, treats & breakfast sandwiches -easy walk to the beach-very convenient access/beach is lovely -close to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, etc. -close to Jockeys Ridge State Park-really cool place with the tallest living sand dune on the Atlantic coast/Had a blast here! -Dowdy Park-a few blocks from the rental-great park with a basketball court, large grassy area for football, pickleball court, bocce ball court & more! -for those who don't like to miss a workout, there is a great YMCA right across from Dowdy Park that you can work out at for a daily fee -we did not have small children with us, but the home does have many games, puzzles, blocks, etc. that would be great for a family with kids -Amanda, the host. Can't say enough about Amanda and the wonderful job she does managing her property and tending to the guests. She does an A+ job with all aspects of the process of renting from her, and she helped make our stay in OBX one to remember! You won't go wrong renting this amazing Nags Head vacation home...we are sure glad we did!

Adam and I (Amanda) live in Chesapeake, VA with our 2 young sons. We have always dreamed of owning a beach home and in 2016 our dreams came true! When we purchased our 3 bedroom cottage, Carolina Dreaming in 2016 we never imagined the pure joy that being host would bring to our family. In 2019 we purchased our 2 bedroom cottage, Sweet Serenity. I say this all of the time but we have been truly blessed with absolutely amazing guest who have stayed at our cottage!

Adam's love of real estate and Amanda's passion for antiquing and interior decorating, make us perfect duo to manage a vacation rental home.

From the minute we stepped into this cottage, "Sweet Serenity" we fell in love - despite the dated bathrooms, wood paneled walls, popcorn ceilings and no overhead lighting (only lamps). We instantly saw the potential that this home had and with the right amount of love we saw the memories that could be made in this cottage!
