Superstition Springs comfort
This property was very conveniently located to many amenities. The suite was exactly as advertised and Diane, the property owner emailed us a occasion to ensure we had what we needed and that we were comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed. We did not use the pool or hot tub as the weather had been slightly cool.

Best Place Ever
This is the perfect location for anyone visiting Arizona. Located close to spring training locations, shops, dinning, and much, much more. The owners are easy to communicate with and the house is extreme clean with a beautiful view of a golf course. I highly recommend this place. I’m just sad I have to leave.

Long term stay
I stayed for 3 weeks due to being relocated for work. The hosts were fantastic and very sweet especially when the AC had a problem in the summer. They were very attentive and quick to fix any problem. Unfortunately, I had one too many encounters with cockroaches and bugs. The owner said they spray so it might not be a problem in the future but I had many sleepless nights worried about bugs. The place had everything I needed, was close to my job, and local places like target and restaurants. The space was dated but clean for the most part and spacious. Overall, it was great for my needs and the view of the golf course was a bonus!

Felt like home
We stayed at Dianes property for six weeks. It was a great location with shopping close by and easy approach to the interstate. It was a quiet neighborhood. Diane was very easy to work with all throughout. She has a manager on site who is easy to approach and takes care of problems immediately. We felt very happy and there was lots of space, graet views and the apt has everythung ne needs. Diane we would love to return to your apt again. Thanks for making our stay comfortable

Amazing condo, complex, and perfect location.
The condo was exactly what we were expecting. Plenty of space, everything very nice and updated, and a great location. Check in/out was super easy. The condo has everything you would need to for a couple nights or a months stay. The grounds were perfect for walking and the golf course view from back patio was amazing. Location was great - go one direction and all the restaurants you could want within walking distance. Go the other way thru the complex and a large grocery store was within five minutes. Highly recommend this condo.

The condo was in a great location close to the highway but yet you did not hear the traffic. We enjoyed that there were restaurants close by that we could walk to. The condo had plenty of room. Diane was easy to work with.

A wonderful break from winter. The condo is great and centrally location to just about everything you can think of. Golf course view from the patio is great and the sunsets were spectacular! We will be back next winter.

Perfect location and amenities
We rented this lovely condo for over a month in the peak of summer and enjoyed the convenience of walking to the mall and multiple restaurants nearby! The walking paths around the adjoining property make for a nice morning walk/run. The pool and hot tub were well kept, clean and enjoyable to our children including the teens. Garage parking was extra perk along with the beautiful golf course views! The unit had everything we could have needed to make family dinners and enjoy our stay comfortably! I highly recommend this unit for your travel plans! Diane was sweet to work with and keeps a beautiful home!

Perfect Amenities and Location
We were very pleased with our stay at Diane's condo. It is very nicely furnished and has everything we could possibly need for our week long stay. It was nice to have a place so centrally located. It is close to stores , grocery, casinos etc. Very quiet and comfortable.

Convenient and comfortable!
This condo offers all the comforts of home! The condo was spotless and the owner was great to work with when making the arrangements. The condo is located in a safe and secure gated community with a beautiful view of the golf course. It was all the space we needed for 4 people. It is conveniently located just off Hwy 60 and just minutes from Phoenix Gateway. The only shortcoming was we were so busy we didn't get to spend enough time enjoying everything the community/condo had to offer - maybe next time!

Transitional Place for Family
Our stay at this condo was because we needed a place in Mesa until we closed on our home. We had just moved back to Arizona and this condo was the perfect fit for us. When we needed to extend our stay due to a delay in closing the owners were more than accommodating. Great place to stay with great owners who truly made our transition easy.

Can't wait to go back!
This is the BEST condo we have stayed at. Very well maintained and equipped with anything you would ever need. Perfect location right off the interstate on one side and close to restaurants and shopping on the other side. Beautiful views from the patio towards the golf course and walking paths around the complex. Pool and whirlpool area was clean and well maintained. Diane's communication was wonderful and very helpful. We did so much sight seeing while here I can't wait to come back to just sit around and relax in this beautiful complex.

Everything you could desire
We recently stayed at Diane's wonderful condo in Mesa. The condo was well-equiped, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the back patio as waterfowl made their morning migration, and wine in the evening as the sun completed it's daily journey. Diane was available, helpful and informative. We will be back, if you don't book ahead of us.

Great Condo!
We had a wonderful time over Christmas and the New Year. The condo was perfect for us, and the view from the patio was spectacular. We particularly enjoyed the wildlife which gravitate to the water! The complex is very quiet, despite being within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Diane could not have been a more helpful and responsive owner. We expect to be back sometime!
