Sehr gemütliche 3 Schlafzimmer, nah an alles. Sie werden sich in einem privaten Resort in dieser niedlichen Lodge versteckt fühlen. Es ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend in den Bäumen. Vor der Unterkunft verläuft ein saisonaler Bach. Entspannen Sie sich auf dem Deck und lauschen Sie dem Rauschen des Bachlaufs (saisonal). Im Sommer sind Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe des Sees zum Schwimmen und Wassersport. Im Winter werden Sie sich wie in einem Winterwunderland fühlen. Ganz in der Nähe des Heavenly Resort. Und trotzdem nur 2 Minuten zum Casino Bereich. Es gibt eine Garage für 2 Autos zum Parken zusätzlich zu 2 Autos in der Einfahrt. Über der Garage befindet sich die Wohnebene. Die Küche, das Esszimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind alle offen und bieten große Fenster mit Blick auf die Bäume. Genießen Sie Kabel-TV im Wohnzimmer und in allen 3 Schlafzimmern. Schlafzimmer 1 ist der Meister mit einem König, einem Fernsehapparat und einem vollen Badezimmer. Schlafzimmer 2 hat 2 Königinnen und TV. Schlafzimmer 3 hat ein Queen & TV. Auf dem Flur befindet sich ein Gemeinschaftsbad.

Belegungsregeln:
1. Nach den Regeln des Landkreises: Hochzeiten jeglicher Art und Größe sind auf dem Grundstück oder im Haus NICHT gestattet. Sie werden sofort geschlossen, verlieren die Kaution und müssen mit weiteren Bußgeldern rechnen.
2. Sie haben zu jeder Zeit nur 10 Personen Zutritt zum Haus. Dies beinhaltet alle Abendessen oder Versammlungen, die Sie möglicherweise haben. In den Betten können nur 8 Personen schlafen.
3. Parken: 4 Autos sind zu jeder Zeit am Haus erlaubt. Es gibt keine Straßenparkplätze pro Bezirk und Brandschutzregeln. Nichtbeachtung führt zum Verlust der Kaution.
4. Bitte helfen Sie uns, zu Hause eine Ferienwohnung zu behalten. LÄRMORDINANZ 22.00 - 07.00 TÄGLICH und ist in dieser Gegend sehr streng.

Great location and great stay

Great location especially for heavenly. Loved our stay. The check in and check out process was a little confusing, multiple things posted in the house with conflicting information as well as the instructions that you receive via email. Wifi password is not anything that is posted or given to you. Had to reach out to the property manager to get the password, and they gave me the wrong password for the wrong wifi. I had to figure that out on my own. Once you get past all that. It is a great place to stay.

Great Space

Overall, it was a great space and close to everything we needed. Loved the big open living room/kitchen which provided plenty of space for our group of 8 people. We had a hard time getting the front door open but was able to get in and out through the garage so no issues there. We would definitely stay here again.

Great private house for Tahoe getaway

The house was great. Easy to get to, yet secluded. Nice to hear the stream running across the street. Even watched a bear peruse the greenery. The updated kitchen was nice. House could use a few small TLC fixes (toaster didn't work, toilet flushers need to be held down, carpet is a bit past it's prime) but nothing that really impacted the trip. One small ask of this and all hosts - please provide an HDMI input to the TV. For those of us that travel with our own devices it's nice to be able to access an input. I know, first world problems! :)

Nice house no amenities so bring your own!

The home itself was great! Big open concept which my family loved. The neighborhood was nice & quiet also had a big deck where we sat outside and drank our coffee in the morning, however when we got there it was dirty and full of pine needles. We had to sweep and clean ourselves. Also one of the screens to the soldering glass door was leaning against the house . There were zero cleaning products to clean the countertops or do any cleaning up in the kitchen. The stairs were wet when we arrived not sure what from? And there were eight rolls of toilet paper for seven adults for four days, not enough! No extra rolls and of paper towels either, there was one when we arrived. Carpet is stained up too.

Perfect South Lake Tahoe Location

Loved this location and property. Clean and convenient for our girls weekend celebrating a 40th birthday. We would definitely go back. Just a few minutes from the casinos. Amazing kitchen for hanging out and cooking. Loved the deck. A few notes for the next guest: 1. There is no AC. Not a huge issue given Tahoe is normally cool but we were here on a hot weekend 83 one day and 87 the next made for it being rather warm in the house. 2. Only mirrors are the 2 in the bathrooms. Made getting ready for 7 women a little tricky. 3. Make sure you bring containers or tupperwear if you plan on needing any food storage. 4. Also suggest brining Clorox wipes or kitchen spray as there was nothing to clean counters down with after cooking and cleaning

Tahoe Excursion

Second time staying at this cabin, which we thoroughly enjoyed the first go round. However, on this trip the patio had not been cleaned off (pine needles & dust). Overall, it was an inconvenience but not a major setback. The cabin has a large living room with a large couch but no recliners. Kitchen has all necessary pots & pans & a large island. The beds are extremely comfortable. I would definitely go back.

Family Getaway

House is well taken care of. The kitchen is large and creates a huge open space with the living room. Outdoor deck has plenty of seating and a gas grill that we enjoyed barbecuing on. Neighborhood is quiet and a quick little drive to the casinos and shopping. All rooms and living space are upstairs, which wasn’t an issue for my group. Beds are comfortable and rooms are good size with TVs. Overall everyone was happy with the home. We would stay here again.

Great home with large living room.

Everything was as expected except I would say it isn’t very secluded and there was no Mountain View. Property was clean upon entry, there were ample items to cook with. It was just my wife and I so we had plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning in the future. Check in was easy and so was the checkout

Great🤗 Even with the blizzard⛄️❄️💨🥶

The cabin was great. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you might need. Plenty of towels, comfy beds. We brought extra kitchen cookware as we didn’t know how fully stocked it was🤗 We love to cook, and if you do you’re renting the right place. There is no real back yard but with all the snow we played out front and back☃️☃️ One thing I would suggest is to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. They do provide more than other places we have stayed at and I was very impressed. I do have to say a shout out to Dhillon🤗 Extremely helpful and with any questions he answered immediately and made me feel so comfortable with the place we picked. I highly recommend and we will be back🤗
