Lovely beachfront condo

Our family stayed here in March. We chose the Cayman Islands to get my daughter scuba certified. This was the perfect place for our stay. Fantastic location. Right on the beach. Walking distance to a gym and yoga studio. Lots of restaurants near by. The condo itself was perfect. Great lay out. Would definitely stay again!!!

Relaxing beach condo complex

lovely spot for families

We enjoyed our stay and the privacy this location has. The unit was clean and comfortable, the kitchen is dated and could use nicer quality cooking pans and better quality small appliances (toaster, blender etc) but the bathrooms are renovated, the pool is very clean, the beach is beautiful and private and the air conditioning is very cold. We would recommend the unit for a family trip.

Great location, responsive host

Great quiet location with close proximity to commercial areas and 7-mile beach. Jayne is very responsive and accommodative. There are many thoughtful amenities not mentioned such as beach chairs, floats, glad lunch boxes, etc. Kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook a full meal.

My family enjoyed 6 wonderful nights at this beachfront condo. We were able to snorkel right outside our door, enjoyed access to several other beaches and just minutes to downtown for dinners. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Awesome place for our family

It was nice to be out of the way of the large resorts in a quieter setting with a pool and wreck snorkeling just off the beach. Loved the sunset views and easy and close parking. Anything we needed was included with the condo including kitchen amenities.

Wonderful place for first time visit

This property is very centrally and conveniently located near lots of restaurants, a grocery store, a gym and many other amenities. We looked at many options for our first visit to Grand Cayman and are very happy we chose this location on seven mile beach. Great communication by property manager and condo was well appointed with everything we needed. Would stay again!

We loved the condo. It had everything we needed and a beautiful pool!

This was a wonderful condo. It is situated in a great location to grocery store, restaurants and beaches. We would definitely come back. We were thoroughly impressed with the area and Gran Cayman. People are friendly and the public bus transportation was super. There are so beaches to explore and go snorkeling. The condo was situated in a great location. We spent a lot of time on the porch and in the pool! We would love to come back to this piece of paradise!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property! Perfect location! Within walking distance to restaurants and shops, including snorkeling equipment rental, pharmacy, and wine/spirits shop. The condo complex was clean and quiet. The pool is oceanfront and the perfect, serene, distance to the ocean. The furnishings are clean and very comfortable. It was very nice having access to a washer/dryer in the unit. Saves on required luggage! We loved this property and will be back!

Excellent!

As advertised! The view was everything we imagined. We enjoyed watching the sunset on the bench in front of our condo. The grounds are well manicured and the staff was very friendly and willing to help out in any way. The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning and a glass of wine in the evenings. The beachfront is rocky, but great for snorkeling. Although the rocks didn't keep others from swimming. We drove just a few minutes down to the road to enjoy the most beautiful beaches ever! We usually stay at a resort and had a few we were considering. We are so happy we made the decision to stay here!

Quiet and Beautiful

We stayed 6 nights in this condo. We enjoyed the views of the ocean. The cruise ships were also beautiful to see and the snorkeling nearby was a hit with my family. The sunken shipwreck was close by with lots of fish to see.

Amazing Stay

Family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay l. The listing is very accurate and provides exact details of how the space look. Location is on the center of a lot of stores and restaurants near. Only small issue was one of the neighbors seemed very nosy. She peeked into our unit from patio a couple of times which was off putting.

Absolutely FLAWLESS!

As a seasoned traveler that generally stays in hotel chains - this was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! From the initial communication this was a first-class experience! The unit was stocked with just about anything you would ever need! We only needed our clothes and toiletries! The facility was immaculate! With germaphobe family members - this passed every test! The grounds were spectacular and the neighbors - totally awesome! I hate giving such a glowing recommendation in that I am afraid it might not be available for my next trip to the Caymans! I can't give a more glowing recommendation! Thank you, Don, for making this an awesome first experience with VRBO!

We did not have a car with us. There were many different dining options within walking distance. All were fantastic! We took the public bus into Georgetown. It was very convenient to access. The grounds of the complex are immaculate and just beautiful. Pictures are accurate!

Exceeded our expectations

This property is a quick drive from the airport, a walkable distance from an excellent grocery (Kirks), and very close to several public beach access points. We rarely left the property, as the pool and beach met our needs. We were so impressed with this location, and it’s cleanliness, that we are planning another trip in the next several months.

The house was amazing! The location was incredible. The pool was never busy and the the beach was perfect. It’s a very quiet development and perfectly located equal distance from everything. The property is exactly as advertised We will absolutely stay again!

Great location and wonderful place to stay

We stayed at this property for its proximity to Seven Mile Beach and dining. It did not disappoint. Dining (really good dining!) was literally only yards away. We rented a car (there is parking for a vehicle) and were able to cruise around the island. Note: driving is on the left and the traffic calming circles can be a bit confusing at first. The condo was well done but not so precious that you are afraid to walk on the floors or take a shower. Pam, the property manager, was very responsive and even let us check out a little bit later. The beach (of sorts) is not that terrific in front of the property, but you are only a short walk or drive to other beaches with more sand and fewer stones. The pool was very nice and big enough for a refreshing dip after a long day of beach and sightseeing. All in all it was a wonderful vacation and we will be returning!
