Eine wunderschön gelegene Hütte mit Panoramablick auf den Long Lake und die umliegenden Berge. Unser saisonaler Rückzugsort wurde im authentischen Adirondack-Bootshaus-Camp-Stil aus dem Jahr 1917 erbaut und mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die für einen erholsamen authentischen Urlaub in den Bergen erforderlich sind, und all das, was das Wesen des Bootshauses in dieser historischen Struktur ausmacht. Das Trockenland-Bootshaus, das Camp Kee-oh-Nekh begleiten soll, liegt in den Wintermonaten mit Füßen vom Wasser und untergebrachten Booten mit einem Billard- und Spielzimmer im Obergeschoss in den 1990er Jahren.
Das Boathouse bewahrt seinen einzigartigen Adirondack-Charme und verfügt über eine moderne Küche, vier Schlafzimmer für acht, 1, 5 Bäder, einen geräumigen Wohnraum mit offenem Grundriss, 100 Fuß direkt am Wasser und eine Anlegestelle mit Zugang zu Tiefwasser-Booten. Die Heizung wird durch einen Holzofen im Erdgeschoss bereitgestellt, der die Kabine an kühlen Frühlings- und Herbsttagen gemütlich hält. Für diese 3-Jahreszeiten-Kabine bringen Sie jedoch zusätzliche Schichten für die kühlen Morgen in den Bergen mit! Die wunderschöne Naturkulisse ist ein großer Gewinn, denn eine lange und kurvenreiche Straße führt vorbei an wunderschönen Wäldern über eine gemeinsame Straße mit zwei anderen Nachbarn, die für die Instandhaltung der Hütte verantwortlich sind, zu unserer Hütte am Seeufer. Sie werden langsamer fahren wollen als Sie denken, damit Sie die Schönheit in sich aufnehmen können. Der Natursteinstufenweg führt Sie den Hügel hinunter zum Bootshaus und zum Wasser. Das Innenleben harmoniert nahtlos mit dem Außenleben im Bootshaus, egal ob Sie an unserem kleinen Sandstrand in der Sonne entspannen, Ihren Morgenkaffee auf der Terrasse trinken, während sich der Nebel über dem Wasser klärt, oder die dreifach gefalteten Vordertüren öffnen, um zuzuhören zu Booten auf dem See und die frische Bergluft einatmen.
Sich vom Bootshaus abzuwenden, kann schwierig sein, aber im Central Adirondacks erwarten Sie zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten. Das berühmte Adirondack-Erlebnis in Blue Mtn. Lake, das Wild Center in Tupper Lake, Wandern auf dem Coney Mountain, Owls Head Mountain oder Castle Rock sind allesamt großartige Möglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Oh und vergessen Sie nicht, Lagerfeuer am Strand mit der tragbaren Feuerstelle oder im rustikalen Kamin auf dem Hügel zu genießen! Nehmen Sie auch das mitgelieferte Kajak oder Kanu für ein Paddel bei Sonnenaufgang oder Sonnenuntergang!
