Fantastic!!

The house is SO CUTE and tastefully decorated. The location was great- 5 minutes to River Walk and almost everything else! Backyard was fantastic- great place for our dogs to play. The owner is fantastic and easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful weekend getaway

Went for the weekend and had a wonderful time. House was perfect size for the two of us. It was clean and close to everything we needed. Will definitely go again if we are in need in that area.

Tampa visit

NIce area to walk to restaurants/bars and Riverwalk. The house was small but plenty of room for us and our small dog. The backyard is fenced in and we spent most of our nights sitting back there enjoying the weather. Any questions were answered quickly by Liz.

Felt Like Home!!

We enjoyed our stay at this Tiny House very much, and so did our dog. The house was very clean and very nicely decorated. Our dog enjoyed the nice backyard and my husband and I enjoyed the patio area It was very peaceful. Also, the house was conveniently located to event areas we attended.

Perfect little house

My little parrot loved watching the birds in the backyard, while my husband worked remotely. Wifi worked well for my husband's meetings online while I visited a loved one in the hospital. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Tampa. It's near so many nice places to eat and is comfortable. It definitely was a nicer stay than at a local hotel. If lights/AC go out during a bad storm, the breaker box is located outside on the side opposite the driveway. No complaints about our stay.

Cute place

It was exactly as described on the site. I appreciated how close it was to UT, where my son attends. I was surprised how nice it was inside and there was a lot of attention to detail. My only complaint is the explosion of Hobby Lobby knick knacks literally everywhere.. The coat rack wasn’t functional, the bench wasn’t clear, the shelves in the bathroom left no room for my things. That said, I’d still stay there again, and probably will! Sweet place!

Great Stay

I stayed here with my dog and it was awesome. The backyard was perfect for my dog and the house itself was quaint and quiet. The owner replied quickly. I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be staying here again.

Truly Fantastic

I cannot say enough about our stay. I was truly excited and happy the moment that I had opended the front door. It was like we were immersed in a tropical retreat and I wished that our stay could have been longer. Thank you for a mini vacation that we truly needed and will never forget. I will be booking again if we travel from Key West to Tampa again. I would highly recommend this property to everyone that I know and new friends who I have not even met yet.

Lots of space, great location, super cute

Loved staying in this tiny house, the wooden floors were gorgeous! The back yard was large and inviting with a fire pit. The location was excellent and I felt super safe, lots of people out walking casually and children out playing. Super cozy place with every detail thought of, most impressed with a drawer of self massage tools, foot rollers and essential oils out for use to make the stay nicer. Kitchen had everything if we wanted to cook...other details like beach towels/chairs/games.....to many to name. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous house, fabulous host!

The house was immaculate when we arrived. Any questions we had were answered in minutes. The bed was very comfortable. All of the little touches throughout the home and the property were what made this place even better than expected. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we asked to stay another day. Clean and Cozy

This house was perfect for my needs. My daughter and I were visiting my other daughter who goes to UT and lives right near campus. It was very clean and decorated very nicely and the location was perfect. It might be tight for four people but it was perfect for two. I just recommended it to another UT family and will definitely stay here again if it is available.

Cute little home

It is a cute little house with all the necessities. We had a car and were able to drive to Ben T Davis beach(15min) and another day we drove to St Petes(45min). Had a blast and one day went to Ybor street for a big Gasparilla parade, wow what a fun find. Overall the house has a kitchen which was useful and we used the firepit a few nights which was great. The host sent the info I needed to check in and out, other than that we never had to speak because I had everything I needed. Thanks for the stay!

Perfect for Visiting UT Parents

Very clean and bright with a tastefully-decorated "beachy" theme - you know you're in Florida! Bigger inside than you might imagine. Good location - a short 9-minute / 0.4 mile walk east through an urban residential neighborhood to SoHo Flats where my daughter resides while attending Univ. of Tampa. Well worth the price!

Perfect little house

Think of it as an apartment with a driveway and a yard and a private entrance. Think of it as a large hotel suite with a driveway and a yard and a private entrance. Coming from NJ in November, we of course wanted to enjoy the Florida warmth and sunshine. On our first morning, I moved the little outdoor table and two chairs from the patio (where it was shady) to a sunny spot on the lawn, and we really enjoyed our outdoor breakfast. And there are 5 palm trees in the backyard, meaning it was even more of a Florida feel for us. It was adorable and comfortable and clean. Quiet neighborhood. We stayed here because it’s 2 blocks away from my college student’s apartment. If we visit the area again before he graduates, I will definitely book here again.
