Endgerät mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Neue Flachbildfernseher im Wohnbereich und in den Schlafzimmern. Großer Balkon.
Diese Wohnung befindet sich in der beliebten Gegend von Windy Hills in North Myrtle Beach. Die Wohnung verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten für Ihren Urlaubsgenuss. Ein breiter Strand, ein Pool am Meer, ein Kinderbecken, ein Strömungskanal und ein Fitnesscenter sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Große grüne Eier stehen für Ihre Grillbedürfnisse zur Verfügung.
Mehrere Aufzüge, um Wartezeiten zu verkürzen, Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe in der Wohnung, neue Matratzen und Bettwäsche und eine neu bestückte Küche sind alle zu genießen.
Wir haben diese Wohnung im November 2015 gekauft. Aktualisierungen sind neue Küchenschränke, Granitoberflächen und Rückenspritzer in der Küche, neue Flachbildfernseher in Wohn- und Schlafzimmern, frische Farben, neue Matratzen und Bettwäsche, eine neu bestückte Küche, Edelstahlgeräte und neue Möbel auf dem Balkon.

The weather wasnt the best , but everything else couldnt have been better!

Stan's place was the best.Exactly as described on line. Clean, spacious, up-dated and super well stocked. Even provided beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards! Views were beautiful, as was the beach and water. Pool and lazy river were great! I will be back!!

The condo was the appropriate size for our family, needing 4 bedrooms and adequate seating in the living room and dining areas! With easy access getting in the room and storage area, nice not to need a key with so many coming and going to the condo! Really appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked! We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Family Vacation

I highly recommend this property! The photos almost do the condo justice. The balcony is actually more spacious than the photos show. The kitchen is better stocked than anywhere I have ever stayed. We had 6 adults and 1 child and were all very comfortable together in the living room. My daughters kept commenting on what a great unit it was that it was so very comfortable for all of us. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Their storage closet with chairs and toys was great.

Windy Hill - metaphorically & literally - blew us away!!!

Searching for the **right** place with a wide range of ages of our group (18-75) & age related mobility challenges we were delighted to have found this amazingly PERFECT configuration for our needs; breath-taking views, easy access to the beach, a few mins from Barefoot Landing, a closet FULL of beach toys/chairs/umbrellas - totally takes the 'beach day planning' worries out of the equation - all we had to do was HAVE FUN & we sure did! Breezes (ah hem, Windy Hill!) kept warm days comfortable on the beach & supported our shark tooth / sea shell hunting vices - as the hours slipped by like grains of soft, light tan sand through my flip-flops. Accessible bathrooms in parking area) Coffee on the balcony for sunrises made for a GREAT start to every day, but only to be topped by the stunning sunset views from the large window in the dining room that the online pictures cannot accurately show the phenomenal views of NMB from the comfort of the spacious living room or the over-sized dining room table & super comfortable chairs. The property owner was super flexible & accommodating to our needs, provided us info/insights that were needed & helped us to create the memories we'd hoped for, for our son's graduation from Coastal Carolina University. If I could, I'd offer up 10 STARS for the fantastic experience we enjoyed @ Windy Hill - thanks Stan for EVERYTHING!! Looking for a place to stay? Your search is undoubtedly over if you click this property. You won't be disappointed.

Extremely pleased with this rental

Everything was as listed! So many kitchen appliances and gadgets. We had 10 people and cooked a lot. Everything we needed, was available. Condo was clean on arrival and we had an amazing stay. I highly recommend this unit. We had 10 people and it worked amazingly for us!

Probably the cleanist VRBO we have stayed in. Plenty of room for all of us and appreciated that there were enough seats in the living room and dinning area for all 9 of us to sit. new furniture in the living room was very comfortable and bunk beds in the 4th bedroom were very comfortable according to my grand sons. I really didn't have much contact with Stan because everything was just the way it was supposed to be.

THE PLACE TO STAY!!!

This condo is the place to stay in Windy Hill Dunes. It has everything a renter needs other than food and drink. The view from the 15th floor is wonderful. The condo is very clean well decorated to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The beds are very comfortable and linens are provided. The washer and dryer make it easy to keep everything clean. My friends and I were totally happy staying in 1506 and are planning to rent it again next year!

This property was absolutely perfect! The location was near shopping and restaurants. This was the cleanest condo in which we have ever stayed. It had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable mattresses, and plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The linens were nice and soft. Our only problem was there were 11 remotes to the television and DVD player in the living room. Being older ladies that are not electronic savvy, we were not able to use the television or watch movies. We did contact the owner but were still not able to figure things out. Maybe label only those devices that operate the television and player.

I had a great week with my 2 sisters and we loved the condo. It was chilly in the afternoon/evening sitting on the shaded balcony but later in the season, that would be a welcome relief. And you can't beat the view!

We have been renting winter condos in North Myrtle Beach for 14 years. This condo is by far the best!! The unit, as well as the entire building, are both very well maintained. In addition, this unit is especially well equipped with everything needed. Windy Hill Dunes is in a quiet part of the beach but close to stores, restaurants, and entertainment. As an added bonus, the views r spectacular!! Perhaps best of all, the owner is very attentive, checking to make sure everything is in order. In a word, our stay was perfect!!

Great Last Minute Save

Our original property had elevator issues. With less than 24 hours before arrival, I went to VRBO, entered our criteria and found this fantastic property. The on line photos were great but reality was even better. Location is great and the pool and fitness room were used several times and were better than expected (heated pool). Oh and all 3 elevators worked! Corner condo was extra nice with larger balcony and extra window. And the kitchen was better equipped than our home kitchens. We cooked a bit and that was an extra plus. Wonderful and we hope to return.

Beautiful condo with ample sleeping arrangements for entire family. Kitchen has an abundance of everything and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The view was awesome and my grandkids loved the pool and lazy river. Mr. Pritchard was gracious and our family really enjoyed our stay.

This condo is ideal for 6-8 beach loving friends or larger (up to 12) family member groups—spacious, completely and thoughtfully furnished, on the beach with amazing balcony views from the 15th floor and nice amenities, including hot tub and pool, lazy River, and Green Egg grills. The owner (Stan Pritchard) is responsive and anticipatory. The beach was broad and beautiful, despite a recent hurricane. The place was very clean and comfortable, although the couches have seen better days. Our crew of 6 all loved it; we may well try to rent it again.

Our stay at Windy Hill #1506

The condo was perfect for our family. Two masters. One for our son/wife and one for my husband and myself. Then 2 more bedrooms with a jackn’jill bathroom which was perfect for our daughter/husband and their 2 small children. It had all the amenities we needed, set right on the beach. Our host was wonderful. If we had a question and texted him, he replied immediately. Would definitely recommend this condo. We would stay here if we go to North Myrtle Beach again!!!

We have been visiting North Myrtle Beach with our families for about 20 years. In 2000 we took the plunge and purchased our first condo. Windy Hill Dunes is our latest purchase and we love this building. The maintenance staff does a great job of keeping the building and grounds in great shape. We visit often for condo upkeep and enjoyment of the area. We really enjoy the reviews and relationships we have built from our guests throughout the years and strive to provide a wonderful vacation for all our guests.
