Dies ist Ihr Urlaub - warum sich mit weniger zufrieden geben? Großes Haus im New England-Stil am Meer mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Zu den vielen Annehmlichkeiten gehören kostenfreies WLAN, Kabel-TV, ein Grill im Freien und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. unschlagbarer Blick auf das Meer, Hartholz und 10 Fuß hohe Decken im größten Teil des Hauses. Bequem schläft 9 in Betten, kann aber viel mehr schlafen, wenn Sofas und ausklappbare Betten verwendet werden!

Wir haben das Haus vor kurzem renoviert, den alten Charme von New England bewahrt und moderne Eleganz und Bequemlichkeit hinzugefügt! Das Haus verfügt auch über neue, hochwertige Matratzen und Betten.

Dieses Haus liegt auf der "High Road" von Brant Rock und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Atlantik. Brant Rock Beach ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entlang der Straße oder wagt sich zum felsigen Strand vor dem Haus, um bei Ebbe die Gezeitenpools zu erkunden und zu spielen. Genießen Sie den Sonnenaufgang von der großen Veranda.

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine große Küche mit Haushaltsgeräten, 1 privates Schlafzimmer mit Queen-Size-Bett, 1 Badezimmer (mit Dusche), ein formelles Esszimmer, ein großes Familienzimmer, eine Sitzecke mit HDTV und eine Waschküche. Die Aussicht von Küche, Wohnzimmer und Wohnzimmer ist atemberaubend. Siehe die Fotos!

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 private, geräumige Schlafzimmer (1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Etagenbett / Full) und 1 Badezimmer (mit Dusche / Badewanne). Viel Schrank / Stauraum. Eine private, geschlossene Veranda ist gleich neben dem "Master" mit 180-Grad-Meerblick. HDTV mit Kabel im "Master".

Wonderful stay

We had an incredible time visiting our family in Massachusetts. We stayed in this beautiful house and had a fantastic time visiting family who all live close by in the South Shore. The views in this house are spectacular. The hosts were always available for any questions we had and we enjoyed the stay.

Swell Getaway!

Three women who get together in a different place every year found this to be the best place for walking along the shore, sunbathing (in November!) on the verandah, and playing games in front of the fireplace at night. Divine! Anne and her property manager were conscientious about doing all they could to make our stay perfect.

Fantastic Property! Awesome views! We loved the area.

Large home. Super comfy beds. Gorgeous views from most every window of this home. Lots of room to move, spread out and relax. Plenty of linens and towels. The area has some great restaurants. We were especially fond of Haddad's Ocean Café, The Fairview Inn, and when we got a little tired of seafood Mamma Mia's was a nice change. There is a market in the area of Brant Rock that had all of the extras we needed, and we were surprised the prices were not as high as we expected. If we are lucky we will get to stay here again. We have no complaints, but we would have liked to have had a tv in the bedrooms. But this would not stop us from staying at this wonderful property again!! Five stars out of five for us.

This was a wonderful large, but cozy property! I loved sitting on the front porch and watching the ocean. There was ample seating provided on the porch. The beds were comfortable. I would stay at this property again!! Definitely a thumbs up!!

Great Trip

The property was very very clean. The rooms are very spacious. There was plenty of storage area. Decor was absolutely perfect for the house in this area. The Fairview Inn was just four houses down from where we were. The food and atmosphere were excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was so perfect we didn’t want to leave. The view of the ocean was awe inspiring and watching the seals bobbing every morning was a delight to watch. Everything was so perfect, we had no need to contact the hosts. If you want a nice coastal stay, this is the place to stay 😻😻

Excellent beach front home!!

This property was everything I had hoped it would be!! Sitting on the front porch with the ocean right in front of me was just amazing. Watching grey seals and sunrises, along with short walks to the small downtown for groceries and ice cream was just perfect!! This house was beautiful on the inside also, and very spacious. A five star for sure!!

Great view, great space!

The living space in this house was fantastic. So many different areas to get comfortable in on the first floor. Bedrooms were well appointed. Plenty of space to cook and eat in the kitchen/dining area. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate the weekend we were here, but the view of the ocean and proximity to the house cannot be beat. My only suggestion, the grates of the bedroom air conditioners need to be removed and cleaned to get the season started.

The view was amazing and the home was clean and homey. We loved our stay. If I had to say anything that was disappointing is that the home pictured the front porch with chairs to enjoy view, however there were none! We had to go and buy some. Other than that we had a great time.

Beautiful location

This was our second time staying at this property. It is located within walking distance of a few shops and several good restaurants. It is a very spacious home with plenty of space for larger families/groups. Beach access is treacherous if you aren’t in good shape, but you can find easier access by driving a very short distance. We had fun climbing down the rocks to the beach, but it’s not for everyone. I’d recommend water shoes in the summer to walk on the beach. We only have one negative: The water in the upstairs shower is very hot, and we could not figure out how to get it to be a comfortable temperature. Overall, we always enjoy our stay at this property!

Great location!

Everything was great. The kitchen could use a good cleaning and the dish/glass situation should be expanded. (Wine glasses!?!) Otherwise home was lovely. Neighbors helpful and friendly. Plenty of room for 8 adults, Close to restaurants and the view can’t be beat.

Doors to outdoors were broken. Host admits cleaning people regularly come and go thru broken door. Host admits neighbors in all houses around the listing have their own keys to house. House unable to be locked during stay. Sex tool left on dresser in bedroom. Closet doors, beauties drawers broken off. Dirty. Unsafe, broken.

Gorgeous home with beautiful views!

Our family had a wonderful time! Fantastic location within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We were able to climb down the rocks right across the street from the house to the beach, but someone with mobility issues can drive about ½ mile down the road to a spot with steps to get down to the beach. The inside of the house was absolutely beautiful! We loved having a full kitchen to use, and multiple spots to sit with ocean views. Morning coffee in the upstairs sunroom overlooking the beach was so relaxing every day! The neighbors are all SO friendly, and one (Kevin) even brought us firewood to use for the fireplace. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Ocean views everywhere!

If you want to look at the ocean, this is the right place to come to! Ocean sunrises from your bed! Plenty of room, 2 living areas, nice kitchen. There is a downstairs bedroom but it's still one step down. Walk in shower. For a sandy beach head to Duxbury at the Powder Puff bridge. Very scenic too! Hoping to come again. Place was very clean, except 2 windows were missed. All in all an excellent experience! Great restaurants!

The location was great! Loved walking to the ice cream shop and watching the seals from the porch! Green Harbor Beach is not far and it was wonderful!
