Awesome Property! !
This house exceeded my expectations! It was super clean and very well stocked. The location is a very short walk to the beach, honestly I have stayed ocean front before and had a longer walk to the sand! The pool is very nice and also a very short distance. Also it was a short walk to the pier and where all the other fun things to do are. This house was perfect for our family. I absolutely recommend this house!

This is a wonderful home that was very easy to stay at and enjoy time at the beach with a large extended family who had other homes within a stretch on Wacamaw. The kitchen and dining supplies all we needed. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which my grand children appreciated

Relaxing Beach Vacation
My family and I enjoyed our week in Garden City staying at this large, beautiful home. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The ocean view from the upstairs balcony was fabulous. The home was close to the beach but still in a cozy, small neighborhood. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back.

Everything was just as we expected. Access to beach was very easy. Our first week of vacation with grandsons was great. The pool added an extra perk when we did not go to the beach. The location had all you needed only a golf cart ride away.

Karens beach house is great!
Karens place never fails to delight. Our third year renting. Just minutes from Murrells inlet the location is great. Five minutes walk to the beach. The house is self is bright, airy and well appointed. Kitchen stocked with every dish and pan you might want. Bedrooms are large with two masters. Bathrooms are huge with one for every bedroom. Porches are great with a view of the ocean from the top floor. Sit have a coffee and listen to the surf. Arrived to a bottle of wine, a box of chocolate and fresh cut flowers in every room. Can't wait until next year!

Even Better Than The Pictures!!!
We had a wonderful week at Karen's Beach House. The place was a 12/10! It is close enough to the beach that you can walk there barefoot (I did). The house was immaculate and had everything you could need! The owners were easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. They're real people, not just another vacation realtor, and it does make a difference. We will 100% be back next year!

Hi - this is a beautiful home, but I do think the listing should have more information about it not being accessible to all. My 82 year old mother cancelled at the last minute, but she would not have been able to get in and out. We loved having our dog, but she is also old and getting up and down the entrance was difficult. The ONLY way in is up a large flight of stairs. Just hauling all of our gear was taxing and we are not old. I also think the check out procedures should be enumerated before you decide to stay here, because for the price we pay for cleaning, etc, there should not be so much required. I would not have agreed to a home where towel washing and drying is expected before leaving. All that said, the home is beautiful, very well appointed kitchen, books, games; the location is great and the owner was very helpful throughout.
