Perfect Location

This third floor condo is perfect. The balcony faces the gulf-side beach, which is only about a football field away. Access to beach is quite easy. The building is secure and quiet. The condo was clean. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy.

Little piece of paradise

The stay was amazing and thebview was better than that. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have beach chairs and towels in the condo. I am a Pensacola native, and an Aggie, thanknyou and tour team for a wonderful stay. Felt just like home!

Much needed get away

Beautiful views. Walked right out to paradise. The unit was nice and clean. Only issue is we got locked out of our room (our door codes weren’t working). Thank the lord I was able to call the emergency # and they helped us fix the situation. That was scarey but they fixed it. Overall very nice and clean and beautiful. Also very close to al the boardwalks and restaurants. Such a great get away!

Comfortable condo. Location was perfect. On downside, we couldn't find any additional bedding. Bedspread was pretty thin. Other than that, it was fine.

Not bad not great

We love the location of this property. It is right on the beach and easy to access. We had a small plumbing problem and the management company responded immediately and got it fixed. The unit was clean but not comfortable. It can use some updating. The bed mattress really needs an upgrade. We will seek a place with a better bed next time.

Nice condo by the beach

The condo was nice and clean. The view of the beach from the balcony was nice. Comfortable living room but bed was a little hard and I like firm mattresses. Also, the tub did not drain well at all. Across the street from PegLeg Pete's is always great.

Nice place

The entire week was very nice. The unit was nice. Could be more lighting the either of the bathrooms for getting ready to go out The main complaint-and I don’t know what you can do about it-is the person next door was smoking outside on the balcony all week. Apparently that is against the building rules and it was annoying and we were not able to enjoy sitting out there without having to smell the smoke. Again I don’t know what you can do about it and it certainly is not you fault Otherwise thank you for an enjoyable week

First time in Pensacola Beach. Nice condo; matched our expectations from the listing description. Good communication with the property manager; no issues during our stay. Word of advice to newbs, re the location: it took us an hour on a late April Saturday afternoon to get from the condo to the left turn onto the parkway (a mile and change); we were advised this is typical. At other times/days, the wait was minimal.

I only had two complaints, the furniture was uncomfortable(to me), the bed was very firm and I couldn't find a comfortable spot on the couch or chairs. The second complaint was that the railing wasn't fastened to the wall in one spot. it was a little loose but I did not worry about the railing breaking and falling off the balcony. Other than that it was a fantastic stay, highly recommend.
