Dieses Cottage mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich im beliebten Stadtteil Brigand's Bay im Dorf Frisco auf der Insel Hatteras. Freuen Sie sich auf eine riesige Terrasse mit Soundfront und herrlichem Panoramablick auf den Pamlico Sound sowie unglaubliche Sonnenuntergänge. Ein Teil des Decks ist überdacht, damit Sie die herrliche Aussicht genießen und sich im Schatten abkühlen können.

Das 30 'lange Dock ist für ein Boot mit flachem Tiefgang geeignet. Das Wasser neben dem Schott ist ungefähr 2 'tief und hat einen sandigen Grund. Perfekt zum Schwimmen, Angeln oder Starten Ihres Kajaks oder Paddle-Boards.

Im Inneren verfügt das Haus über einen sehr offenen Grundriss, so dass Sie von allen Wohnräumen aus den Blick auf das glitzernde Wasser genießen können. Die geräumige und gut ausgestattete Küche ist mit neuen Töpfen, Pfannen, Utensilien, Geschirr usw. bestückt.

Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein eigenes angrenzendes Badezimmer. Das erste Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und Blick auf das Wasser mit einer privaten Tür zum Sound Vorderdeck. Die zweite hat eine Königin und zwei Kojen. Jedes hat bequeme neue Matratzen und Kissen. Ein großer Waschraum steht Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Die praktische Außendusche im Erdgeschoss eignet sich perfekt zum Abspülen des Sandes und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Wasser, sogar während Sie duschen!

Der Zugang zum Strand, der Leuchtturm von Cape Hatteras, der Friedhof des Atlantikmuseums, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Well loved, clean home with spectacular views!

Our family of four (kids 3 and 7) had a great time here this past August! This is a small but beautiful home that you can tell is well loved. It is the perfect size for our family, and the house is so nicely put together. The home was extremely clean (cleaning lady is wonderful and does a fantastic job!) Kitchen is small but functional, and really well stocked. The views the house offers are spectacular! Sunsets are gorgeous on the deck, a great spot for morning coffee or a family meal. We didn’t fish this time, but if you are into fishing this would be a great spot. Hammock underneath saw some action too, great spot to chill and the kids liked the novelty of hanging in it and purposefully falling into the sand. Our Ioniq 5 fit underneath in the parking area, the only thing that would make this house perfect (for us) would be if they installed a level 2 charger. The location is perfect in a nice quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. It’s very close to the Hatteras ferry that takes you to Okracoke, and also to Connor’s, our fav grocery store. Lots of cute coffee shops and restaurants with really great food are also in the vicinity. The main draw for us is that this isn’t run by any management company (some on the island are really terrible) and the owners Miranda and Tom are lovely and super responsive. We already booked a week here next summer and would highly recommend. Thank you, Miranda and Tom, for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Always fabulous

We've had the pleasure of staying at Observation Point for many years...and every year seems better than the last. The location on the sound is pure magic. Coffee in the morning, watching the birds is so peaceful...& The sunset are beyond description. The neighborhood is perfect for bike rides...and is conveniently located to stores and restaurants, and of course the beach. Observation Point is nourishment for our minds, bodies, and spirits.

No more ocean side for us

We loved this house on the sound side at Frisco with a dock. We were able to take our boat on this trip and fish the sound. We had a great neighbor. The furniture was very comfortable, the bed was comfortable and if we could afford to buy this house, we would. God willing, we will be back next year. Nick and Heidi

Fabulous property

We've been fortunate to have stayed at Observation Point many times over the years. It just gets better every time. The house is perfect for us...the neighborhood is wonderful for bike rides, and last but not least is the stunning view from the deck. Words can't capture the experience of the sunsets. Small House Big Views

This house is a small 2 bedroom 2 bath home, but it makes up for its size with gorgeous views of the sound. The neighborhood is lovely and the sweet pups that live nearby are a bonus. The deck with the covered area is perfect for watching the fish jump or the gulls fly by. We really enjoyed starting our morning out there with a nice cup of coffee. The house is perfect for a couple or small family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location for the southern Outer Banks, and close proximity to the other other villages. Quiet neighborhood. The house was everything and more than expected. Great porch with an awesome view. Nice dock for launching kayaks. Owners were very good communicators. Highly recommend!!!

Starlight abounds

We had an incredible time at Observation Point. The weather was perfect the entire week, and we got to enjoy it to the fullest. The home is cozy- keeping in mind that both bathrooms are through bedrooms. It is a well stocked rental, the only thing it lacks is a big crab pot! 😉 The dock and hammock are perfection, and the showers didn’t run cold. Important when everyone is coming in to wash up! Our only drawback is the squealing sliding door to the outside, and not being able to use the other set of doors. (We have a night shift worker in our family, so this was a more important factor for us.) Overall that’s the ONLY drawback for us. It could be a far worse issue, so I don’t even want to call it a complaint. Just a factor. We do wish there had been dishwasher soap, but there was regular hand washing soap. We left a trash bag,, some TP, laundry pods, dryer sheets, and an entire bag of dishwashing pods. I hope everyone enjoys those! (Seriously, it was no accident.) We spent every evening on the dock- after an application of STRONG mosquito repellent. The darkness, solitude, peace and quiet were exactly what we needed. I am a photographer, and took 1000 pictures over the week- of the sound, of the dock- and even the stars! The stars were one of the highlights of the trip for me, and I finally got to photograph those as well. This is the best I’ve ever seen them. Our boys both loved it here and would’ve stayed forever, even if they had to share a room again! (We asked.) I did forget the sheets and had to buy them- Ace hardware people! Asked a local… we appreciated the extra set of kin sheets for use. Overall the trip was one of the best we have ever been able to take, and we can’t wait to return to Hatteras, as always. This location offers a million dollar view of the sound; it was just the rejuvenation we needed as a family,. I only wish we were blessed with a home such as this. It may not be the largest or newest house on the block, but it has some soul to it. I love how secluded it is way back in there, and the Cora Tree was a happy surprise too. You won’t regret your stay here. Thank you for the wonderful week.

When it came to purchasing our dream home, we knew Hatteras Island was the place for us! We had looked at several homes in the area, but kept coming back to the Brigand's Bay community. We loved the fantastic water access, stunning views, and boating and fishing culture here. When we pulled up to this home and saw the view, we were blown away. As we entered the door, we both knew that this was our special place. We're excited to share this home with visitors who are seeking a quiet getaway, and truly hope it will feel like home to you as well.
