Schönes, geräumiges Stadthaus mit 2 Zim./2 Bädern und spektakulärem Blick auf den Intracoastal-Wasserweg vom Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Hauptschlafzimmer. 2 Balkone zum Sitzen und Beobachten der Delfine und wunderschönen Sonnenaufgänge, Zugang zum Garten und Anlegestelle, wo man angeln kann, Bootsanlegestelle vorhanden bis zu 45 Fuß Fußboden.

Tennisplätze, Spielplatz, 2 Blocks, Strand 2 Blocks. Abschließbare Garage im unteren Stock eine Treppe zum Wohnbereich, zweite Treppe zum Schlafzimmer, Bad und Waschküche. Schlafen 4 bis 6 mit Ausziehbett vom Sofa Master hat Kingsize-Bett. Andere haben zwei Zwillinge. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, kostenlosem High-Speed-Internetzugang, erweitert Kabel-TV. TV im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Diese Einheit ist jetzt bereit mit hauptsächlich neuen Sachen. Ich habe diese Einheit zum ersten Mal im Oktober 2015 aufgeführt. Jeder, der hier sagt, sie wollen wieder kommen auch diejenigen, die ihren Aufenthalt verbracht haben am Strand geblieben ist ,. Dies ist ein Fünf-Sterne-Einheit, die Sie nicht vergessen werden. Wir hören: "Es ist so friedlich und ruhig" Die Vogelwelt ist unglaublich, ich Delfine jeden Tag sah. Es ist ein schönes, geräumiges Stadthaus 2 Zim. / 2 Bäder spektakuläre Ausblicke auf den Intracoastal Wasserweg vom Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Schlafzimmer. 2 Balkone zum sitzen und beobachten Sie die Delfine und schöne Sonnenaufgänge, Zugang zum Garten und Dock, wo Oj🤧ne konnte Angeln, Bootsanlegeplatz bis zu 45 ft., Tennisplätze, Spielplatz, 2 Blocks, Strand 2 Blöcke. Abschließbare Garage untere Etage eine Treppe zum Wohnbereich, zweites Schlafzimmer / Badezimmer, zweite Treppe zum Schlafzimmer, Bad und Waschküche. Schlafen 6 1 King-1-Standard und 2 Einzelbetten. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, kostenlosem High-Speed-Internetzugang, erweitert Kabel-TV. TV in allen Zimmern, Küche / Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Indian Rocks Beach, 35 Minuten vom Flughafen Tampa, 35 Minuten von Busch Gärten & 90 Minuten von Orlando & Disney-Parks. Kleine Hunde mit zusätzlicher Reinigungsgebühr erlaubt. Grill und 4 Liegestühle mit Wagen und Strandtücher geliefert.

Great property in a great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood, has a great view of the intercoastal and is full equipped with everything you need. Wonderful Condo & Location

The condo was even better than the pictures. Very clean, spacious, and terrific location. We brought our two wave runners and were very close to a huge public boat ramp. If you have a watercraft, this location is perfect. Helen, the host, was wonderful and we enjoyed meeting her. Hands down a wonderful vacation and can highly recommend to others.

Great spot

We loved our stay! Location is great, and a beautiful spot on a quiet cove. Owner very helpful and friendly. The only thing we didn’t like is that there is a quiet time at 10pm, that means pretty much inside only. We were sitting on the dock with our children having regular conversation, enjoying our family time and beautiful weather. Someone called the police about our “noise”. Due to this, our family time conversations about our day had been ruined. Other than that, the place was great, and we would stay again.

This Bay Blvd property in Indian Rocks Beach was fantastic! The home and accommodations were perfect. The size, cleanliness, and amenities were all that my family (with dog) could have wanted for a beach vacation rental. And the owner Brian could not have been a better host! The check in with him was smooth and informative. He lives a couple of doors up, and is at the ready if you have questions about anything. That is a bonus in doing business with him. He was also a pleasure to deal with, and we fully plan to do business in the future, as a repeat customer. Thank you Brian! The Tavani ‘s of Maryland.

location was great

First time to the area. Check in was seamless. We were shown the property and all questions were answered. Having the dock in the back was very nice, and the views from both balconies were great. We got to see fireworks from every direction on New Years. Condo was clean and worked well for us having 2 teenage boys in tow. We loved the location and how the area was laid back and quaint.

Property is great, but owner is not truthful

Didn’t have an issue with the property but with the owner. Specifically needed a pet friendly home & this advertised that it was. I emailed Brian & asked him if I could bring my pet & he said yes. My car broke down about one mile from getting there & my daughter drove the other car with my mom to the house while I waited for a tow truck. We had already driven 4 hours without stopping. When my daughter got to the house Brian saw that our cat was in the car & refused to give my daughter the keys. He said they were not allowed in the house. I called him & he said no cars were allowed. I reminded him that I had told him I was bring a pet & had also paid the pet fee. He said the only pet allowed would be a small dog. The description didnt specify that, maybe now he has changed it. He said he was not giving us the key until we did something about our cat. I asked him if he could at least let my mother, who is a senior, use the bathroom in the house. After a while he did let her in. My daughter & husband had to return to our home with the cat and find someone to watch him. They list two days of vacation. Be sure that you specify what pet you have or you won’t be allowed in. This was my fifth time using HomeAway/ VRBO & have never had an issue. This left a very bad taste in my mouth.

The property was well cared for and this would be a definent place that I would return to.

Brian did a great job of welcoming us to the unit and showing us around. The unit had everything a person could need. The views were spectacular and it was conviently located from shopping, site seeing, beaches, and restaurants. However, the unit was tucked away in a very quite and relaxing neighborhood so you could also be away from the hussel and bussel of the touristy stuff if you wanted. I would highly recommend the unit to anyone and will definitely be a returning visitor.

Perfect beach house.

Booked a short stay to join other family members who were vacationing in a different property. I am so happy I chose to stay here. House is spacious and comfortable, with stunning bay views and convenient to beach and restaurants. Owners are close by to provide help and information and have thought of everything to make their guests feel welcome.

Beautiful weather Winter or Summer. This is a newer property without the old musty smell that Beach Houses can get. Twice the size of most units. Water Softener takes the smell of sulfur out and makes drinking and washing easier. We've lived here 19 years and here to help. Please check our reviews.

We are only a few miles by sea to the Gulf. We knew a bridge was going to be built so no waits for the draw-bridge anymore.
When you come over the high bridge you can see we live on an island. Early morning walks on the beach is a must. Only 2 Blocks away. The area is quite yet there are enough Restaurants to try a new one everyday.
