Neu renoviert und bereit für Ihren Familienurlaub oder ein Wochenende. Drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, gemütliche Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer. 1 1/2 Bäder. Vollbad ist neu renoviert. Deck auf der Rückseite bietet einen Blick auf die Stadt. Ein großer Garten für die Kinder und ein Lagerfeuerplatz stehen zur Verfügung. In der Nähe der Innenstadt, Spielplätze, Radwege und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Holzböden im gesamten. Waschmaschine und Trockner vor Ort. Bitte nicht mehr als 6 Gäste! TV, Kabel und WLAN zur Verfügung gestellt. Rauchverbot im Stadthaus. Keine Haustiere bitte. Völlig privater Eingang, aber Achterdeck und Garten werden mit dem Eigentümer geteilt, der vor Ort wohnt.

Great house for our weekend in Petoskey!

We loved being so close to downtown! It was a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and parks in town. And since the weather was warm we took a few walks to the breakwall to jump in the lake. The house had everything we needed: comfy beds, a nice view, plenty of parking! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place and location!

This was the perfect place for my family. We visited for 10 days for a wedding and extended family vacation and this place was perfect for us. We loved how we could walk to restaurants and shops but centrally located to other attractions in Northern Michigan. The place was clean and had all necessities for a family of 4. Went for a wedding at the Perry. Location was close enough for us to walk, even in heels. Place is as described. Older home but updated and comfortable like home. Back deck has nice view of the bay. Would stay again if in Petoskey. Colleen was responsive and helpful.

Great location and comfortable accommodations

We really loved our stay at this property. We had 4 adults and the space was just great for us. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking meals at home and the location is perfect for easy walks to town or down to the harbor. I especially liked the view off the back porch where you can sit in a chair and see the lake off in the distance. Our host was easily accessible and helped us with some great local recommendations. We will likely be back for another stay!

Excellent location

Excellent location walking distance to downtown Petoskey. The house was exactly as described in the summary. Very comfortable for a family of 4 and the hot shower was amazing after a long day of bicycling to Charlevoix. Property manager was very responsive. We will definitely come back.

Everything was very nice. Owner added some nice touches with recommendations of things to do in the area. Also provided a beach bag which came in handy with grandkids. The unit had everything we needed for some stay at home meals. We were close to downtown and it was a nice walk.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute duplex. It felt just like home!the kitchen had everything you might need for a meal and the beds were comfy. My 1 year old slept amazing here which was great as she has a tough time on vacation normally. It was only 2 blocks to downtown and the harbor so you didn’t need to worry about parking. I am a runner and it was very easy to run to Bayfront park (.5 mi) and run along the bike path along the lake. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Location, Clean with everything you could need

My husband and I along with our two college kids used this as our launch pad to explore Michigan and it was great-Petoskey has enough to do to fill a day or so, and everything is within walking distance of this place. iI is an easy drive to Headlands Dark Sky Park, Mackinac Island, and many more places. We enjoyed having a kitchen to make snacks and prep for the day trips we took. The owner was fantastic and met us there the first night-she had many tips and suggestions for what to do during our stay. Book this place, you'll love it!
