Diese Wohnung im 9. Stock im Tidewater Beach Resort ist groß genug für ein Familientreffen. Das Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Etagenbetten und 3 Bädern bietet Platz für insgesamt 8 Personen, ideal für größere Familien. Dieses Layout ist über 1.100 Quadratmeter.

KINDFREUNDLICH, mit einem KÖNIG im Meister, KÖNIGIN im 2. Schlafzimmer, 2 TWIN-Kojen in der Nische und einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer und das zweite Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad, das dritte Bad befindet sich neben dem Etagenbett.

Scenic views and comfortable stay.

Right on the beach with breathtaking views of the Gulf. Accomodations were comfortable with all the amenities of home. Great location with lots of attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc. Within walking distance.

Would stay again for the price

Great room, poor elevators. It's never plan your vacation activities around how long it will take to go up or down the elevator. Not the fault of the owner, but the management property had a number of broken devices on property. The feeder, certain door latches, the elevators. Not a deal breaker. Just something to note

Vacation to remember 😊

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It’s updated, well put together.. it has everything you will need to sit back and relax, chairs on the balcony are comfortable while taking in the beautiful view of the Gulf.. bedrooms are very pretty and a plus the beds are comfortable, can’t say that about many condos. and the location of the condo is perfect, right in front of the elevator so no hunting the beach access, which was great for us. We really enjoyed this unit.. oh and the booking process was easy and simple.. keeping in touch and informed with every process was great..

Never Again

I wish I were only exaggerating when I say the elevators made for a HORRIBLE experience to the point we will not stay here again. We were here for a 5 night stay. Everyday we waited anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours on the elevator to get us from the 9th floor to the ground floor for beach access. Again, I wish I were only exaggerating on the wait time but stay here and you will find out. In talking with other people on the elevator, everyone was having this same problem. There were a few times we had to walk the stairs. This is not easy when carrying a 1 year old and a 3 year old up or down 9 flights of stairs with beach chairs, wagon, etc. The room itself was fairly alright for the price. Floors were not clean, if walking barefoot, expect your feet to be black after a few strolls through the room.(No I was not scoping the floors, I just happen to have an 1 year old who craws and every time we picked him up, his hands and knees along with clothing were black from the floors. Everything else was fine. Pools were good. We had a good time with family once we were finally able to get to the beach every day which is why we went. We just can’t do this place again because of the elevators.

Great condo! Enjoyed our time there. Easy beach access. Good pools and walking distance to pier park. Elevators were slow and always overcrowded so be prepared for stairs or stay lower in the complex.

Beachy Vibe!

Comfortable cute condo for a wonderful beach experience! Beds were comfortable and all appliances functioned as they should! Water in pool too cold to swim in so beach chairs were a wonderful perk of this rental unit!

Nicely decorated condo and beautiful view

The condo itself was perfect for our family of 6. The condo is located right at the elevators which is very convenient, but the elevators are extremely slow during peak hours. Our only advice is to make arrangements to arrive and leave on an off day instead of Saturday. The location is great. Not too far of a walk to Pier Park. Fun trip!

Wonderful stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The lifted rocking chairs out back were great. Everything was comfortable. I’m now searching for a king bed for ourselves after this stay. We’ve slept on them before but this one was extra comfortable. Check in and check out was extremely easy. We would definitely come back.

Nice Condo

Only one good beach day due to the jellyfish. I had stings all over (pay attention to the purple flags). The condo was nice and the check in was easy and communication was good. Breakfast at the resort was good and the beach chairs were a nice touch. I would recommend staying here especially during off season so you don’t have to wait on the elevator all the time.

Condo was just as described

We enjoyed our week in Panama City. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. My son was disappointed that the bunkhouse didn't have a door, but he survived. Just something I didn't even think to ask before. I don't think this is the norm, but worth mentioning.. we had maintenance in our condo every single day and not because we called them. We appreciate the new dryer. But then something was leaking (that had been leaking for months and the owners knew, we were told) suddenly became an emergency. No biggie. .. we left for the day for them to fix. They had wrong part so they came back the next day. That next morning still had wrong part so had to come back again in the afternoon. I just feel it could have been something done after we checked out. It's all good though. I do appreciate the communication. Tidewater is an affordable place to stay. This is on floor 9 so there was sometimes a wait for the elevator but that's to be expected. If you look at my other reviews I promise I'm not a complainer, I just felt I needed to be honest. This condo was as described and my group had a great time!

Nice layout for a family

This condo has two bedrooms, plus a buck bed room. The 3 bathrooms made this perfect. The beds were not very comfortable but the balcony chairs were awesome. The view was wonderful.

A much needed getaway

Usually we stay at another resort. It was booked, and all other resorts, even hotel rates were outrageous. We then found Tidewater Resort and thought it would be good as our daughter is soon to be married. Outside of the parking and loading and unloading situation and waiting on the elevator, it was as good as our usual resort stay. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrellas, and the pools were refreshing in the afternoon. Our condo was just what we needed for the four of us and made for a great family getaway before she gets married.

birthday trip.

It was a clean condo. Very comfortable, the balcony has great furniture. The master shower is narrow. The owners should at least install a curved shower curtain rod to allow for more elbow room. The ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom needed the blades tightened I reported this to the property manager and she said maintenance will fix it. Now to the building that the condo is in. The elevators are horribly slow. When there are a lot of people out and about it is common to wait 15 minutes on the elevators. And if you have luggage carts you may wait an hour till an elevator comes that you can fit in. They have resortregistration fees that have to be paid on top of you condo fees. The best thing to do is read the emails sent by the property manager very carefully and pre register with the resort. If you don't they will charge you an extra 15.00 when you do it there. They call it late check in. Even though we were 2 hours early. Crazy little scam is all.
