Ein einziges einstöckiges Haus von Yachats Ocean View wird schnell zu einem Favoriten der Familie! Wenn Sie nach Abenteuer suchen, ist das Haus in der Nähe des schönen 804 Trail, der garantiert Ruhe nach Hause, Ausblicke auf Wale (in der Saison) und viele Muscheln vom Smelt Sands State Park bietet. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für großartige Fotos. Vergessen Sie Ihre Kamera nicht!

Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer, wo man einfach sitzen und entspannen und lesen kann, da er vom Familienzimmer getrennt ist, in dem sich der Fernseher befindet. Das große Achterdeck ist sonnig und privat und hat auch einige kleine Sitzbereiche im Garten. Home ist mit einem Ping-Pong-Tisch, einem 9-Fuß-Basketballkorb und mehreren Yard-Spielen wie Krocket und Badminton für Familienspaß ausgestattet. Home hatte auch eine "Old School" -Videospielkonsole mit 60 Spielen und einer Stereoanlage, an die ein iPhone / iPad angeschlossen werden kann, sowie eine große Sammlung von DVDs und Büchern.

Nigh Tides liegt zentral und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Innenstadt von Yachats entfernt. Die Library befindet sich am Ende der Straße am 7., die Farmers Markets am vierten, ebenso wie die Bäckerei. So viele tolle Läden zu sehen und zu besuchen. Der Lebensmittelmarkt ist direkt an der Hauptstraße und jede Menge wunderbare Restaurants! Den Strand erreichen Sie, indem Sie die Brücke über den Yachats River überqueren und sofort in die Yachats Ocean Rd einbiegen, wo Sie stundenlang den Wechsel der Gezeiten beobachten können, während Sie sich am Sandstrand befinden. Wanderwege gibt es überall und jeder muss zum Kap Perpetua und zu den Sea Lion Caves gehen!

Waldport ist nur 8 Meilen weiter die Straße hoch, Heimat von Dungeness Crab, und Sie können Boote oder Krabben von den Docks aus mieten und am Hafen abkochen lassen !! Hausbesitzer haben einen neuen Ping-Pong-Tisch in der Garage für großartige Unterhaltung im Innenbereich! Starten Sie einige Familienturniere !! Es gibt so viel zu tun, und dieses Haus ist so bequem, dass man es zuhause finden kann, es wird zu einem Favoriten auf Ihrer Liste!

Great location

Great location in the residential neighborhood of Yachats, if you are ok with walking the 10 minutes into town or to the trail along the rocky beach. Enjoyed sharing the home with some family, it was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately neither queen bed was very comfortable and the pillows in the master bedroom were awful (luckily I travel with my own pillow).

Great location, tidy property

We would certainty stay here again when in Yachats! The house was very clean and it was fun to have options like games and DVDs. It’s easy to walk to dinner or morning coffee and breakfast. Only constructive feedback is it would be nice to have fluffier pillows in the master - they are pretty flat. On the other hand the comforter was great!

Perfect family get-a-way

We loved our stay at Nigh Tides! The home is very clean, bright, well stocked, and comfortable. Easy walk to market, restaurants, the best seafood ever (Luna Sea), and Bread and Roses bakery. Easy access to shore walks both north and south. No traffic noise, just the sea. For us it was the perfect spot for our nature loving, book nerd crew to curl up on the comfy couch in front of the huge windows with a good book and cocoa after long chilly walks and hikes. Thanks for a wonderful week in Yachats!

Property is very good, but the cleaning fees and host fees are too high

Kids had very good time staying at this place.. Lot of indoor games. Cozy place, but the host fees and service fees was pretty high. I am not sure if there is a way to get away with that or reduce it.

Delightful coastal getaway!

Our stay at Nigh Tides was absolutely perfect, and we were so impressed by the way Meredith Lodging had everything set up. The location is wonderful- the coastal ranch home is situated in a beautiful residential neighborhood, with a coffee shop within walking distance, and a quick, 2 minute drive from the Yachats market (C&K Market) and the town's pretty awesome restaurants (including Ona, Luna Sea Fish House and Beach Street Kitchen). Reviews we read earlier mentioned the pillows not being up to par so we brought our own. The house was superbly clean and had all the kitchen utensils/appliances you could need for your stay. Bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and a hair dryer. This home is perfect for a couple or a large family/multiple families, with a twin-full bunk bed in the "kids room". The backyard is large and we enjoyed a game of croquet and played some ping pong in the garage as well! Clean-up procedures were clearly laid out on the fridge. Overall, we found the office staff to be very accessible and friendly via email. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Good walking location

Easy walking south along the ocean path to downtown. Nice benches to stop and watch the sea birds. Going north up the coast, the path is a bit more ackward, but great viewing. Good places to walk down to the beach/rocks. very dramatic. The house was clean and easy to use. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen for meals. Had trouble using the TV/DVD, but a maintenance person came to establish connections. A few minor points they can easily take care of: the night light in the master bedroom is out, the rock light in the master bedroom does not work, the toilet seat in the master bath is lose. It would also be nice to have some window cleaner to clean the bird mess off the front windows. The house is light and airy. You can also see a bit of the ocean to keep an eye on the fog situation. We did have a few days of some sun, but we really came here to cool off, not sunbathe. The local market was pricy, so we went to Ray's in Waldport. The Sunday farmers market was great, we got a lot of "ripe" vegetables.

Had a very good stay

We enjoyed our stay at this house in Yachats with my wife and four kids (ages 11-16). The house has ample space and is reasonably well equipped. While not next to the beach and/or restaurants, it's still within walking distance or a short drive of both. The house's exterior and interior is a bit tired/dated which is the reason for only a four star rating. However, it was a good value so this offset what was missing in terms of the fit/finish of the home itself.

Overall a nice stay

I’ve stayed in many rental homes and I have concluded that the small details are what makes the difference. This home, while immaculate and beautiful, missed the mark on a few details for our family. Kids wanted to play ping pong but all but one ball was broken. Same with the badminton rackets. We didn’t have enough pillows and when we requested more I was told that housekeeping would bring some by-this never happened. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc, but no paper products. Finally-I really thought we had beach access nearby but I misread the description. When it says “go across the bridge over the river” it means in your car. While there is a beach within walking distance (4-6 blocks?) it’s quite rocky and not a place to spend an afternoon. I would’ve chosen a different property had I understood this as our number one priority was the home being near/on the beach. All in all-if you want a beautifully decorated and immaculately clean home to stay in and are okay with a partial ocean view and a rocky beach-you’ll love Nigh Tides!

Great house

This house was beautiful, with lots of natural light. It was well laid out for our family with three teenagers who refuse to share a room...one of them slept on a couch but that wasn’t inconvenient because there are two living room areas. The yard was great and we had fun playing all the games and ping pong. The one thing that was weird was several hours before we arrived the property manager called and said that due to a car accident the cleaning crew wasn't able to get to the house in time and so she wanted to move us to a smaller house in waldport. I was very flustered by this and was not happy but then while i was still on the phone the cleaning crew called and told her that traffic had started moving. I am only writing about this because i want vrbo to realize people choose certain houses and towns for reasons and the lady was very casual to assume we would simply rearrange our entire weekend and boarding plans rather than just wait a few hours. It just made no sense. Other than that the house was great and I was happy with everything.

Excellent location, poor hot water

The location in relationship to the town, ocean and trails can’t be beat. It was a very comfortable house. Be aware the hot water heater isn’t the best — ran out of hot water when taking multiple showers back to back. Otherwise a tremendous place.

Great for Mini Quilting Retreat

Our 3+ day stay was great! House was convenient for relaxing, walking about Yachats and having time to quilt together. House is spacious, and pretty much all we needed to comfortably stay for our time there! Sun room was great for morning coffee on sunny mornings! The comfortable living room gave us a view of the waves and the majesty of the Oregon Coast. Bring your own hairdryer and wash clothes! (Ready to move in at 4pm however housekeeper was still cleaning )
