Dieses nach Norden ausgerichtete Breakers-Haus bietet einen herrlichen Panoramablick von Neskowins Proposal Rock bis nach Cape Kiwanda und Haystack Rock in Pacific City. Zusätzliche Fenster geben Ihnen Meerblick von jedem Zimmer in diesem hellen, offenen Rückzugsort. Nur wenige Schritte von einem einfachen Strandzugang entfernt, lädt Breakers # 9 Sie in den Sand ein, wartet aber mit jeder Menge Schönheit und Annehmlichkeiten auf Ihre Rückkehr. Das Haus wurde 2015 renoviert und verbindet atemberaubende Ausblicke mit luxuriösem Komfort. Es verfügt über Ledersofas um einen Holzkamin und einen 40-Zoll-HD-Fernseher mit Soundbar, DVR, DVD / Blu-ray, Netflix, Kabel und WLAN. Der Esstisch mit seiner verspiegelten Kulisse für Meereslicht reicht bis zu Platz 8. Die aufwendig renovierte und schön eingerichtete Küche verfügt über kicke Quarzarbeitsplatten, viele handliche Kleingeräte und sogar einen Quarzschreibtisch für Büroarbeiten. Licht regiert das Obergeschoss, in dem alle Schlafzimmer und sogar das Bad einen bildschönen Blick auf das Meer bieten. Ein Queen-Schlafzimmer mit Pillow-Top blickt auf das Meer und hat Kabelfernsehen, ein King-Schlafzimmer mit Pillow-Top blickt nach Norden und Westen mit einem 32-Zoll-Fernseher mit Soundbar, Kabel, DVD und Netflix, und das East-Schlafzimmer blickt nach Norden zu Haystack Rock, der perfekt in das große Panoramafenster eingerahmt ist. Dieses Zimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Schlafsofa mit Zugang zu einem Doppelbett, einem TV / DVD-Player und sogar einer Sammlung von Kinder-DVDs. Ein Fenster zum Strand verleiht dem Bad im Obergeschoss zusätzliches Licht und eine luxuriöse Ausstrahlung, und es gibt zwei Waschbecken. Die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss haben Verdunkelungsrollos und alle Rollos im Haus sind schnurlos. Everything you need
Overall, this property checked all the boxes of what we needed. The grassy playground/common area was great, beach access was basically out the back door and the rooms were comfortable and all had great views!! The downsides (that weren't deal breakers at all)are, the kitchen is tight, really one person at a time can be in the sink/fridge/stove area and the water pressure is very weak. Sitting out on the back porch was lovely, we just wish the ocean was visible past the grass - not the properties fault, just something to be aware of!

The location of this unit cannot be beat. Steps away from the beach and an amazing view of the ocean. Accommodations were clean and well maintained. O our only suggestion is that that king size mattress be replaced.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The back opens straight on the beach and the view is amazing. Checkin/out was straightforward and the property managers were super responsive. Well stocked kitchen.

I actually have to say that it is the first time that a VRBO listing has been inaccurate but in a positive way. The location, the views, and the access to the beach or second to none. Great place, very comfortable, very clean but for once, the place was actually better than expected.

Location location location!
This was exactly as advertised and a great spot to take my parents, who are from Montana, to the Oregon Coast. On the beach with fantastic views; comfortable and cozy with all the things you need for a getaway. The bedrooms have ocean views and the ability to open the windows and listen to the waves is a big plus!

Reviewer Comments: When I booked the residence in December (18) I made it very clear that a wood burning fire place was a must.They assured me that the fireplace was wood burning and the only unit of 9 that had a fireplace. Upon entry the first thing I see isa note the fireplace was under maintenance, and not working. How disingenuous of Meridith to not inform me of this. I would have rented this unit twice a year for the long term but feel very slighted by this company. This circumstance was very unprofessional. The unit was perfect, but watch out what Meridith tells you, it may not be truthful.
