"Royal Palms 503 befindet sich am 561 East Beach Boulevard im schönen Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Wir denken, Sie brauchen ein wenig Vitamin SEA und dieses Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer und zwei Bädern am Strand ist genau die Antwort! Mit einem Queensize-Bett in der Master-Suite, Etagenbetten im Flur und einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bietet es ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. In einer voll ausgestatteten Küche genießen Sie eine leichte Brise. Sie fühlen sich total entspannt, wenn Sie einige Zeit auf Ihrem privaten Balkon verbringen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Klänge des Golfs von Mexiko genießen! Es gibt 2 Fernseher, einen DVD-Player und Highspeed-WLAN, damit Sie während Ihres Urlaubs in Verbindung bleiben. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner befinden sich in der Unterkunft.

Royal Palms ist ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit vielen hervorragenden Annehmlichkeiten. Dank seiner Lage am Golf haben Sie jeden Tag einfachen Zugang zu den weißen Sandstränden von Gulf Shores! Es gibt einen Innen- und einen Außenpool, einen Fitnessraum, ein Dampfbad und eine Sauna. Diese Eigenschaft ist in der Nähe von 1540 ft entfernt. Love it!

This is our 3rd time staying in the Royal Palms and each time has been wonderful! This condo was clean, and the view from that balcony was beautiful. The only thing I think they should upgrade is the king sized bed- a little lumpy, but other than that, great condo for that price point! Will stay here again.

Awesome location to everything! We’ve stayed here now at Royal Palms 3 times! We love it less crowded since it’s by the state park!! Easy access to Walmart, Publix and all the eateries!

Nice getaway

The condo was at a great location. It was not to crowded because on one side was a fishing pier. The pools were clean and well maintained as well as the high rise. We would stay there again.

Perfect location

This is a the perfect location for an incredible view and beach access! We really loved the fact that the Royal Palms property is on the "end" of a long line of condos and hotels. We just walked diwn the boardwalk and turned left and enjoyed a long stretch of beach between Royal Palms and The Gulf State Park Pier! We relaxed on the beach, looked for shells(my favorite activity), and walked in the sand with the ocean washing up on our feet! The condo is well stocked and comfortable and very beautifully decorated! I will definitely book at Royal Palms again!

Overall, it was great!

Check-in & out process was easy. Other guests/residents at the condo were friendly. Location & view from balcony were amazing. The unit could be a little cleaner though. Our son found a used dry shampoo bottle in one of the bunk beds (which makes me wonder if the sheets were even washed), and there was pink soap scum in the shower.

Enjoyed our stay at Royal Palms

I stayed with my husband and children for 4 nights. My boys had a blast and enjoyed the views from the balcony. We loved the convenience of the beach access. We also enjoyed our time at the pool. The kids liked that they had the option of the indoor or out door pool. My only suggestion would be since covered parking was an amenity it would be nice to have a larger covered parking area as there was not always a spot available for covered parking with as many guest was occupying the facilitiy. Overall great stay and we would love to stay again in the future.

Love the location

The location was perfect. It is on the less crowded side of the beach with plenty of room. There was a nice beach vendor that rented chairs and umbrellas. We loved that it was next door to the state park. We brought our bikes and rode many miles on the trails. we also rode to everything else like dinner. The condo was clean and very cozy for my husband and I. The only reason I didn't give the cleanliness 5 stars was that I don't think they regularly mop the floors. My feet were black from walking barefoot.

Simple but yet great for our needs!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a last minute trip for us, so we had very little expectations and preparation to the trip. I took my 3 kids (16,11,2) for a "get out of the cold" vacation. We stayed for 4 nights between Christmas through New Years & were pleasantly surprised by the weather. The best thing about this cute little condo for us was the location. We loved having easy access to the pier and the low crowds due to the state park made it very peaceful. No obstructed views here & that part was lovely. The indoor pool and hot tub (VERY hot and almost unable to get in it) made a nice addition to our wind down routine each night. The layout worked perfectly for us as well. I feel like the kitchen could have had a few more basics available (like a salt shaker and a few coffee filters) mainly for that first day. We didn't overly pack for this trip like most, but I would have loved to have had the ability to make a pot of coffee that first morning before running to the store. I'm not sure I have ever stayed somewhere that didn't have at least the few basic items, but we made due. We expected the unit to be a bit dated due to the pictures, so that part didn't bother us. The beds were very comfy and the shower/water pressure was a plus for the girls :) It could use a good deep clean to target the tile and floors/corners, but again that is something that is to be expected for an older unit. Overall, we would stay here again for a quick getaway! The property manager was wonderful and texted to always make sure we were ok and provided helpful tips for checking and check out, but didn't blow us up :) The trip was simple, stress free, and easily coordinated- so we couldn't ask for much more than that!

The unit in which we stayed was clean and well-maintained and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We also were impressed by the indoor pool and spa both of which we used each day. The property is the last one before the pier and that makes for some beautiful photos in the morning and evening. The proximity to numerous restaurants in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach is a plus. We only had one issue (a malfunctioning lock on the door) but within twenty minutes of reporting it the issue was fixed. We are already planning on returning at a future date.
