Another Phenomenal Stay at The Sandpiper

Great beach, great pool, great units and we love the BBQ grill area. Can’t wait to come back next year. The staff at Bender Realty were so helpful and accommodating.

Cleaning fee

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Honestly for paying $185 cleaning fee I feel the place should have been cleaner. As soon as we got in we packed a cooler for the beach. Ice fell on the floor and as I wiped it up with a paper towel, I was shocked it was so dirty. Bathroom floor was the same.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Directly on the beach! The front door is about 50 yards from the water. Perfect views. Condo has everything you could need, even some beach toys. Beds were comfortable and furnishings are charming. The property is very clean and well-maintained. Hoses for rinsing sand were conveniently located and the valet carts were a thoughtful touch. Couldn't hear other guests and quiet hours were respected. The rental office is only 1/4 mi away, on the way to the unit. This was a really great stay and we are already planning next year!

Hot but great time!

We went with a group of 80 people and had a fabulous time. Our condo 7A was adorable! The beds were comfy and we just loved it. The only thing was there were only 5 forks and no glass casserole to cook in. Otherwise, it was great and would stay in that unit again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: These owners keep everything up to date! Over the course of ten plus years there have been many updates! They don’t wait for furnishings to be falling apart before replacing, and always with superior quality merchandise. The cutlery, glassware, cookware & dinnerware are quality as well. Once we found this gem, we’ve rebooked yearly. Also, I cannot say enough good about the wonderful ladies at Bender Realty.

We had two small kids staying with us and having a clean unit was very important to us. We have stayed at this complex before and will continue to stay her in the future. Memorial Day family trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked for a long weekend and had a great experience. #7A was really nice and property overall has aged well. As expected, beaches were pretty crowded and "people" mix was random. Extremely impressed with Bender and loved the functionality of their smart phone app. The only (small) negative on the unit was that master bedroom's carpet was a little worn and a tack strip was beginning to show at the threshold into bathroom. Again, would recommend to others and would definitely stay there again.
