"Gulf Tower 1C, am 1051 West Beach Boulevard gelegen, ist eine bezaubernde Studio-Wohnung am Strand mit einem Badezimmer. Das Gerät verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Schlafsofa, das bequem Platz für bis zu 4 Personen bietet. Gulf Tower 1C hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, aber keine Waschmaschine und Trockner. Der geschlossene Glasbalkon schafft zusätzlichen Platz und ermöglicht es Ihnen, den Raum zu öffnen und den Anblick und die Geräusche des Strandes vor sich hereinzulassen. Es gibt einen Fernseher und einen DVD-Player im Zimmer. Gäste können gerne zusätzliche Bettwäsche mitbringen, die gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung gestellt werden kann.

Der Gulf Tower befindet sich in bester Lage an der Gulf Shores. 1,5 km vom beliebten Treffpunkt und den öffentlichen Stränden sowie 4,8 km vom Gulf State Park & Pier entfernt. Ganz zu schweigen von der Nähe zu den besten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die diese Insel zu bieten hat! Mit seiner fantastischen Strandlage ist der Zugang zu unseren weißen Sandstränden ein Kinderspiel! Neben der fantastischen Aussicht auf die Küste gibt es auch einen Außenpool, Grillmöglichkeiten, einen Fitnessraum und kostenloses WLAN im Clubraum. Dieser Standort verfügt über einen Aufzug, der den Zugang zum gesamten Gebäude erleichtert.

Nice spot for couples getaway

The location is really nicely convenient to the Hangout and main drag but far enough away to be quiet. The layout is nice but needs a few updates to be top notch.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was wonderful. The room was ok & was everything we needed. The only down side was the air vent was set on high & was blowing cold air 24 hours a day. Could not adjust in any way. No vent cover. Just a hole blowing hard cold air.

Gulf Shores Getaway

Cozy low-key getaway for senior couple with beautiful views of beach and ocean. Short drive to restaurants, shopping, and Gulf Shores Beach. This unit could use a little freshening up, but it was clean and comfortable for us.

Comfy & cozy

My husband & I just wanted a relaxing lazy get-away and we got what we needed. The balcony was great to be able to sit out on no matter what the weather was. There is no washer/dryer or dish washer which was fine since we ate out and didn't want the extra work this trip. The only thing we used the kitchen for was our morning coffee. :p

Don't recommend 1B Gulf Tower

The room wasn't clean. The mattresses were horrible. There was a pillow with a huge blood strain. The tubs wouldn't drain. The sliding glass door wouldn't stay closed. Half the electrical outlets didn't work.

Couple Getaway

The room was very clean. Check in was fast and easy. Great view of the ocean. Loved the sunroom. The only complaint was someone before us didn’t wash the dishes very well and the toaster didn’t work. Overall everything was great!

Overall had a great vacation. There are some pros and cons to this unit. Cons- The beach in front of property was slightly on a hill and wasn’t wide at all. I walked a good distance down the beach in both directions and it was the same. Not sure if that’s typical for gulfshores as this was my first time staying. We typically go to FL but I’ve never experienced such a small beach. There aren’t really any pictures of the beach area in front of the unit online so I wished there would have been. There were missing ceiling tiles in the bathroom… didn’t affect our experience but for the price I would’ve liked it to have been mentioned prior to booking. Kind of a shock to just walk in and see. Extra blankets in a linen closet were all rolled up instead of folded.. made us wonder if they were “clean” because we already knew people had just Checked out the same day we were checking in. No towels can hang from balcony. We were only given 3 wash cloths for 2 adults to use for 3 nights. I can “make do” with reusing towels to dry off on but not having a clean washcloth per person per night or the ability to request more is a bit much considering the price point. Now to the pros. The unit and property grounds was clean and well kept. Parking was good. I’m sure that’s because they limit you on your vehicles per unit but that’s a good thing in my opinion. Location was perfect. Loved the beachside pool. Balcony had plenty of seating and a nice table. Bed was comfy.

Vacation

Our first time at Gulf Shores and we were not aware of them renovating our condo. We were told it was ready for us. Exposed wires in hallway and in our bathroom, elevators were being worked. Most all outlets were useless because the plug ins wouldn’t stay plugged in very loose. Bed was falling apart and some of the light switches didn’t work properly. Overall the location was nice, right on the beach, beautiful view from our room balcony, had a nice pool, wasn’t very far from shops and restaurants.

Room needs some updating, but It was clean and roomy. One elevator wasn’t operating due to work being done on It, so thank goodness we were on the first floor. Good location. Loved the enclosed balcony!!
