Great pool

We enjoyed our stay here (after the departure of some noisy neighbors). The pool is a nice size for hours of swimming. We spent most of our time outside either swimming or enjoying the patio.

Disney Vacation

We all had a great time. Home was clean and as advertised! Property was close to shopping, dining and of course DISNEY! Our grandson enjoyed the private pool/spa and also the resort splash/play area.

Very dirty

House was very dirty, communication with property manager was awful. Sofa had huge rips all over. Pool was filthy and had tons of hair stuck in it. High chair had old food caked on it. Floor hadn’t been swept or mopped. Just filthy.

Beautiful home, just be aware, it is a noisy/party neighborhood.

What we loved- the home is very spacious and clean. the decor and pool are beautiful. The Star Wars and Harry Potter theme rooms are amazing. The game room is great. The furniture does have some wear and tear, no big deal, but it’s very comfortable, as are the beds! The resort is close to parks 15-Disney, 30-Universal. Easy to get in with door code. Gate check in was backed up a bit during the first couple days, was fine after that. However, we could not relax due to noisy neighbors most of the time. Really loud music and voices at houses on either side. Crowded streets. The resort is a party spot and we were looking for more of a quiet family place. We arrived on a Saturday so it was peak party time. Ok, that’s luck, but-We were upset to also see signs the front and back door seemed like it might have been broken into at one point and hastily repaired. We reported to management and hoped to be relocated, considering that combined with noise. Didn’t really feel safe. Someone did come out a couple days later but said it was just probably an impatient renter and that things are quieter there during the week. We stayed and it did quiet down a couple of days -but was noisy, especially at night, most days. Another odd thing that happened- .a police officer knocked on the door at 4am, looking for the parents of a two year old child that was found wandering. We also found a couple of disturbing incidents on Google that have happened fairly recently in this neighborhood. It’s really a shame because the home is beautiful but because of all these things, we did not feel relaxed during our stay, and didn’t even want to use the amenities. Party people would probably enjoy it more.

RENTER BEWARE!

RENTER BEWARE! Our experience was not as advertised. The photos posted on the site do not depict the current state of the home. With 1 exception, property management was unresponsive to issues we reported. And, neither the “Host” nor property management stood by the “satisfaction guaranteed!!” statement in the house’s advertisement. Positives: Air conditioning, electricity, and water worked properly. Bed sheets were clean. Washer and dryer, stove, and coffee maker worked properly. Foosball table appeared nearly new. Home layout is nice. Neighborhood club house included a large pool area. Negatives: House pool was unsafe (green, smelled, and walls had a brown film); refrigerator did not work at arrival (replaced on our second day); soiled gym shorts and a partially-filled juice bottle were found under a bed in the Star Wars bedroom; under-bed LED lighting in the Star Wars bedroom did not work; several light bulbs were burned out throughout the house; front door frame catastrophically broken then glued back together; pile of wet towels was left in dryer; all cords were unplugged from TVs in 2 rooms with no instructions for how to reconnect; heavily soiled duvet left in the closet in the living room; no video games or video game system in the house (advertised as a house amenity on the website); no "Starter of complimentary...paper towels " (advertised on the website). All of these issues were reported to corporate and local property management the night of check-in or first thing the next morning via both phone and email, with pictures included. With the exception of the refrigerator, none were resolved during our stay. Not as advertised: The house description and photos do not depict the actual condition of the house. Living room couch and chairs are heavily stained and soiled, and torn in at least a dozen places (tears as large as 5 inches). Every dining room chair is stained/soiled, at least two have tears. Every bar stool is heavily stained/soiled. Only one patio lounge chair exists, and it’s heavily stained and very faded. Walls throughout the house are heavily soiled, marked, marred, gouged, and chipped. No floor mats or rugs in any bathroom. No accent pillows or blankets in any bedroom. Non-themed beds have duvets that were missing their covers. Harry Potter bathroom shower curtain is partially melted and is moldy. Front door frame was broken and glued/screwed back together (the break extends the entire height of t

Pictures are misleading and do not represent actual condition of home. Very dirty, worn property.

We were so excited because the pictures are stunning. Unfortunately, we were so disappointed as soon as we walked through the door, that I didn’t even want the rest of our party to enter it out of embarrassment! Pros: Close to Disney (not Universal), good AC, plenty of space, upstairs laundry, easy trash pickup and check-in. That’s it! Cons: Dirty, Dirty, DIRTY!!!! Which is crazy because we couldn’t check in on time because they needed another hour to clean. Black grout, baseboards caked with dirt (a lot), dirty diaper under dresser (not ours, a different brand), loads of dirt and trash beneath beds, couch and other furniture, behind curtains, etc. Floors were mopped but obviously not swept due to the amount of dirt and crumbs everywhere. Walls were extremely dingy and scuffed. Just an overall dirty feeling. Pool: Not clean (sand lined bottom). Heaters did not work efficiently and mid week someone came and dumped loads of chlorine in without telling us, which gave my 8 year old daughter a chemical burn on her face. Thank the Lord we did not put our 2 babies in. Kitchen: Essentials provided but EVERYTHING had to be washed before use. Food stuck on utensils, cups grimy, DO NOT USE THE KETTLE! we didn’t but kept smelling a rotten smell in the kitchen and finally realized it was the kettle. Disgusted! Furniture and decor: Previous review said wear and tear to furniture. There were actual RIPS in the leather couch. Like 6-8. Don’t lift up the cushions, because the white couch then looks brown. All other furniture was stained and very worn as well. Don’t expect to see all the pretty placemats, napkins, throw pillows and blankets. Those little details is what drew me to this rental, the Harry Potter pillows and beautiful linens, which obviously was just for staging the pictures you see. The mattresses were bearable on the king and queen beds, but I believe my son’s exact words were “Are these prison mattresses?” which we’re in the Star Wars and Harry Potter rooms. Lights did not work under the beds in the Star Wars room and we feared that the fan in the master was going to crash down on us in the night because it shook and beat so bad. Other: No wash cloths, few towels, broom (no dustpan) NOTHING to clean with! There could at-least been an All Purpose Cleaner! Filthy high chair. Used toilet paper rolls. Called to make complain, no return call! Overall, complete disappointment! Big waste of money! DON’T RENT THIS PROPERTY!!!

Great family house

This house is great! The location is perfect for theme parks, shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Check in was beyond easy, house was clean and just as advertised. There is some wear and tear on the furniture which is expected. Pool was great, we enjoyed they had a variety of pool items to play with! Game room is great, trash pick up was good. Towels are provided, however there was only 3 pool towels. So you may want to bring some with you. We loved this house, the themed bedrooms and bathrooms, the master was great and there is also a very private spare bedroom downstairs separate from all the other rooms if anyone is looking for that. Beds were all comfortable, nice bedding, all white and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. We will make this our new go to home when we come to orlando!

A nice stay in Kissimmee

This house has a great layout and offered plenty of room for our group of 6. Our kids loved sleeping in the Hogwarts dormitory and Star Wars room. This property was a good location (with in 30 minutes) to several themed areas. There is a little wear to the furniture, carpet and some cabinets. The pool was nice, however we did have some issues with the hot tub. Any question or issue we had during our stay was quickly answered by the owners or property manager. Be prepared to bring your own laundry detergent, dish towels and soap. We felt safe however the gate to our subdivision opened for all vehicles without an official check-in. The owner informed us that there is security on the property which was reassuring.

Disney Vacation

We had a great experience staying at this property. The kids loved their themed rooms that they stayed in and the home was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed, and more. The location was close to Disney and Universal but also central to all the other destinations that we visited such as Clearwater and St. Petersburg. We also got to enjoy the amenities at the resort which was wonderful. Would highly recommend this property to any family looking for the comforts of home with a touch of luxury!

Beautiful house, great resort for vacation

House is beautiful. We really enjoy the stay. Owner and manager are professional and quickly response all our questions. The resort is wonderful with free arcade games. With all other amenities we wish to stay more days here. Already planning next trip soon.
