Von der Terrasse und dem Wohnzimmer aus haben Sie einen Blick auf das Meer und den Wood End Lighthouse. Hinter dem Haus und auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es bewaldetes Naturschutzgebiet. Ideal gelegen in einer ruhigen Straße mit direktem Zugang zum Strand und Stadt mit tollen Restaurants, Kunstgalerien, Kino und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Voll ausgestattete Küche und Weber-Grill im Freien, funktionierender Kamin, offener Grundriss im Obergeschoss, Terrasse neben dem Wohnzimmer und separate Terrasse für die beiden Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Nespresso-und Filterkaffeemaschinen zur Verfügung. Parkplatz für zwei Autos.

Incredible house in stunning setting

We loved everything about the house. The property is beautiful and offers many different spaces in which to relax inside and out, while also offering the privacy and serenity of overlooking nothing but trees. We had all the conveniences we needed and more. We particularly appreciated being able to use the four bikes in the garage. Access to the center of town is quick and easy on foot and by bike. Thank you for a fantastic week in P’town!

Stayed the whole week with some friends and the house was so pretty, clean and well stocked. Nice little quiet neighborhood but a very simple bike ride into the heart of town. Will definitely be staying here again.

Our stay was fabulous! The house was very clean, cozy and made it very easy to relax. The kitchen/living room/dining room area was an awesome space that allowed us to cook and socialize with one another. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. Second time we've stayed here!

This place was so great the first year that we came back a second year! The living room and decks are so accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need! The beds are comfortable, AC works perfectly, and the best added feature this year was the outdoor rinse shower for beach days. The whole family is eagerly anticipating another return trip next summer!!

P-town in the Fall

We rented this home for a month and had an amazing visit. The house was perfect, from location to size and amenities. Given we were there for a month I most appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is and the high end appliances. I highly recommend this home.

Great tree top retreat

This house was as advertised. It feels very secluded- you are nestled into the tree tops and it’s hard to believe other houses are nearby. We saw a tree frog on the window and a hawk flying right by the upper deck. The house is well appointed, has a beautiful architectural design and was very clean. The neighborhood is lovely and sits on a hill just above west end. It is an easy walk into town and it was great having access to the 4 bikes to ride through the provincelands. The host were prompt in responding even though we had no issues and the check-in was easy. Highly recommended- we will be back.

We're coming back!!

There were so many things we loved about this house that we booked it again for next year as soon as we got home! The living area was bright and spacious, the kitchen well-stocked, and the bedrooms comfortable and private. We spent much of our time at home on the upper deck which couldn’t have been nicer, surrounded by trees with comfy chairs and an awning that, if opened, covered it entirely! That being said, we booked this house for its location… a walk into the heart of P’town for galleries, restaurants and nightlife, and close to beautiful beaches, Provincelands and other trails. Though we brought our own, their bikes and chairs were in good condition and came in handy for our group. It’s definitely a great property and I feel lucky for having found it!

Great spot for our annual Ptown trip with friends

This was our second summer staying here for a week. We were sold on the house last year. It's a great house for 3 couples to each have their own space, and also hangout together, cook, and be on the deck. The central air is great in the summer. It's near a lot of the west end beaches, and bikes are included for getting to them. Both years we've stayed we've found it easy to communicate with the owners.

A Unique Experience!

This home was exactly as advertised! Very accommodating-even with 3 (teen) kids in tow-everything you could imagine wanting or needing, we way overpacked cause I’m always nervous, but we needed for nothing. All beautiful brand new appliances, nicer than what I’m used to at home, really added to the feel of “vacation”! The location was insane with the beach right down the street, and nightlife scene also within steps, yet the neighborhood is quiet and private. We literally booked this house again just minutes after making it home for the same week next year-I’m so happy we found this spot! And the owners were very easy and available for communication-excellent experience!!

Provincetown family get-away

This property was even better than described. Sitting in the living room we felt we were sitting among the forest, and yet downtown Commercial street and the ocean were minutes away. The beds were super comfy, loved the extra big bathtub and I was so excited when I found that the toilets had bidet attachments. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. We will definitely rent this home again.

Great spot on the west end of Provincetown

Love this house! Great open living, dining and kitchen space. Terrific deck that felt like you were in a treehouse. Could see a slice of the water and lovely sunsets. Very clean, well-stocked kitchen. Great communication with host. Convenient to Herring Cove and our favorite - the jetty. Highly recommend!

Fun week in Ptown with friends

This property was spacious as hoped, nice beds, with several outdoor decks, a bbq, recently installed kitchen appliances, and nice strong central air quite useful in the August heat, and also a very responsive host. We were heading to Ptown to meet friends with whom we've stayed in other Ptown/west end rentals in the past. This year we headed there as Hurricane Henri was maybe going to hit the Cape (and then didn't really).. but in the few days beforehand I traded several emails with the hosts to ask about what to know about in a big storm (confirming the property was on a hill, learning that the roof was recently upgraded, etc). All went well. We would definitely rent this house again.

This late century modern single family sits atop a dune with beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding conservation area woods It is set in a peaceful oasis within 1.3 miles of Provincetown center and top-rated Herring Cove Beach. The top floor of the house is a hexagon shape and encircles a field stone chimney with a working fireplace in the center. The high ceilings are finished in wood. The kitchen and living room are on this level and open to a large sunny deck. The lower level has two large bedrooms which open to a shared deck. Two full baths are on this level, one en-suite in the primary bedroom. The third bedroom is on the upper level off the dining area. The main entrance is a sunny room with slider to the landing deck and houses a comfortable seating area and large TV.

This home offers quiet and privacy yet is close to beaches, activities and town. The picture windows offer ocean view, night time star gazing, daytime bird watching, warmth from the sunlight filling the room. The hexagon shaped upstairs has high ceilings creating a spacious and cozy feeling. Central to this space is a rounded rock chimney with a built-in Lopi fire stove for chilly evenings and warming ambience, and relaxing.

We include 4 bikes and helmets with two bike locks in the garage for our guests to use. Six beach chairs and a Bubba beach umbrella are for guests to use at the beach.
