Schlafzimmer eins ist ein großes Zimmer mit Queensize-Bett, eingebauten Bademänteln sowie einem begehbaren Bademantel und einem kompletten Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschtisch.
Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und eingebaute Bademäntel, das kleinere Schlafzimmer 3 verfügt über ein Einzelbett mit Ausziehbett.
Die Küche in voller Größe verfügt über Arbeitsplatten aus Stein, zwei Waschbecken, einen Geschirrspüler, einen großen Kühlschrank, eine riesige Speisekammer, 6 Gas-Gasherdplatten, einen Backofen und eine Mikrowelle. Angrenzend an den Speisesaal mit Blick auf den Terrassenbereich.

Die riesige Lounge blickt auf den Hof, hat echte Holzdielen, einen 55-Zoll-Sony-Smart-TV mit Netflix, eine große Auswahl an Brettspielen und Büchern.
Die Einfahrt ist sehr lang und kann bis zu 3 Autos parken, sogar ein Boot!
Der Hof hat einen Upcycled-Außentisch aus einem Schiefer-Billardtisch!

Fantastic stay

My family went to the holiday house for my dad's surprise 50th. And it was juat amazing. Deb was an amazing host, had clear communication, and was just wonderful and generous. Would definitely recommend it, price was perfect, beautiful view, seconds away from the beach. Beautiful sunsets to enjoy. Would definitely go again.

Great place to spend a few days!

What a great weekend we had here. Plenty of room to spread out. Excellent location right opposite beach & boat ramp. Walking distance to great restaurants, pubs & shopping on Main street. Deb the host was great to communicate with & got back quickly with a reply to our questions. Place was very clean, kitchen well stocked & beds comfortable. Bonus having 2 bathrooms & 3 toilets. Our boat & ute were able to fit easily behind the secure gates. Thanks Deb. We will be back! PS. Cafe on next corner "Lilo cafe" was quirky & great for coffee or brunch/Lunch.

Christmas delight

Great location. Lovely pet friendly accommodation with easy access to walks, cafes and the Mornington Main Street shops, beach and restaurants. Hosts were great to deal with.

Comfortable and easy stay

The Esplanade accomodation was great. Very convenient walk to great pubs for a meal, and also very convenient to Mornington Main St shops. Lovely walking track along the waterfront to enjoy Mornington views. The accomodation offered clean and flexible sleeping options for a grown adult family. Thankyou for your hospitality.

Excellent overall

Great location. Close to a good cafe and easy walk to main st. Across the road from beach. Very comfy bed and clean apartment. Easy to check in and Deb was quick to reply to any questions. We stayed with another couple and a friend and there was plenty of space for 5 adults. Would highly recommend and would stay again if back that way.

Long Stay

What a Great Holiday!

Great little house at a great location. The owner was very friendly and easy to reach. Appreciated and enjoyed the welcome gifts. Only blemish which brought the overall score down, was the state of cleanliness of the bedrooms specifically. Understand that it is a busy season with bookings following each other. Often on the same day. However more attention is needed when cleaning between bookings (vacuuming the floors in the bedrooms and the state of the bedlinen). Otherwise it was a very enjoyable holiday!

Lovely townhouse across from the beach

We really enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed and was right across from the beach. Hoping we get to stay here again! Rooms were clean and we had clear communication with the owner about checkin etc.

A beautiful stay near the beach

Lovely stay in Mornington across the road from the beach. So close to the beach, a wander to the park and yummy breakfast at a local cafe. Not our first time here and won’t be our last.

It would be handy if there was a broom for outside to sweep sand off the front step. Also a more convenient hose connection to wash off areas. Lastly a clothes horse would be good. These are only small things. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Perfect beachside getaway

Deb's place is perfectly located on the esplanade. Walking distance to Kirks Pub, the main shopping precinct of Mornington and across the road from the beach at Fishermans Bay - we barely used the car while we were there! Deb was lovely to deal with and the self checkin was seamless. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The house is modern, spacious, with 2 bathrooms - 3 bedrooms upstairs. The living area is spacious - super comfy sofas and even better TV for those rainy days! We had our little pup with us too so the fact the house is pet friendly was perfect for us! Theres a great dog friendly beach across from Lilo's Cafe which is a few minutes down the road. We'd definitely stay here again - Summer or Winter!

Clean, comfortable and close by!

Deb had thought of all our needs for our Mornington beach stay. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, great living area with TV, board games and great selection of books and activities. We really appreciated the key pad entry as no keys to worry about. All round excellent accommodation. Thank you.

I love this property! It is across the road from the beach and only 1 km walk to the main street. The townhouse is very large. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus another separate toilet. Great for a large family, 2 small families or accommodate for work. The living area is really big, with a great full sized kitchen and separate dining area. It has all you'll need.
