Best bachelorette house!

We stayed the weekend for my bachelorette and seriously had the best time! The bunk bed room was the best for my girls to hangout in! Let it be known that the beds in the additional bedrooms are BOTH king beds!!! The property was amazing for a large group and allowed us space to relax and not feel cramped. Super important to also note they have a ton of bachelorette items (hats, champagne flutes, cups, decor, etc) which we appreciate and helped with finishing touches! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville.

Great for a group

We celebrated a friend’s 30th birthday in Nashville and stayed for the weekend. Everyone loved the house. I slept on a bunk bed with my husband and we were surprisingly comfortable. The coffee bar was great - plenty of coffee available for everyone. We were able to walk to breakfast one morning. Great common areas to hang out.

Spring break getaway

Stopped through Nashville during spring break with 6 of us. First off Adam our host contact was a great guy very personable and made some special accommodations for us. This house is really nice. 3 levels very cool Nashville decor. Even a really nice guitar my boys enjoyed playing some tunes. Record player and vintage country vinyl to play. Kitchen is STOCKED! Don’t worry about incidentals or cooking supplies. There is a kroger right in the neighborhood for whatever you may need. Nice appliances. Modern tvs furnishings and everything is in good shape. Multiple balconies and the rooftop to yourself with fireplace bbq couches cornhole. Dang! Location wise You’re not walking into town but uber around Nashville is top notch and with a group of six we never waited more than 5 minutes for an XLand couple times got really nice vehicles. Can’t think of a negative thing to say. I would definitely come back here.

Fabulous Property and Location!

The property was PERFECT for my family’s trip to Nashville. Situated on a quiet street with ample parking, this townhome offered plenty of space along with all the amenities you could possibly need. Although we didn’t do any cooking, the kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to prepare a meal. We DID enjoy delicious coffee with a well stocked coffee bar each morning which was definitely needed after late evenings spent in the bars on Broadstreet- a quick 5 minute drive away! There was an indoor Farmers market right around the corner with food & shopping. We will DEFINITELY stay here again on our next visit! Since everything was perfect, we didn’t ever need to contact the host, Adam- BUT he was extremely responsive before the trip and allowed for a very easy check out process as well. No regrets with this property!

Nashville Palace

This place was so cozy and spacious for everyone who stayed plus it had multiple bathrooms which was a must for us! We really enjoyed the exclusive used of all amenities, although it was chilly in December we sure enjoyed our stay and would book it again! It was very clean and super easy to get comfortable, we also LOVED the coffee bar- it was a huge hit!

Decent Place

Nice large property. Area is still "up and coming" so keep that in mind. They definitely need new mattresses on some of the beds and housekeeping was a bit sloppy leaving some used towels behind. The kitchen is very well set up with a great coffee bar. Great rooftop area although the rain and cold kept us off of it this time. Definitely consider this for your next trip to Nashville.

Family Reunion/Holiday location

Great house with plenty of room for hosting a family reunion. Enough space for everyone to watch TV/games together, enjoy a meal, table can easily fit 10 plus bar stool area. Two patios on main floor. A lot of amenities in the house. Convenient to Broadway and East Nashville. Plenty of parking! Will definitely be back! Wonderful HOST!

even better than expected!!

we enjoyed all of the views from the roof top, as well as all the cool props that were left there from other guest!! we would like to add that curtains maybe helpful in the bunkhouse room, only because it was hot, especially with the sun rising in the morning!!

50th Birthday Nashville

We had 5 of us at the house for my sister’s birthday. The house was fantastic, especially the rooftop patio! Good location. Off the beaten path, but only a short Uber ride to Broadway. The housekeeper, Chrissie was extra generous with us. I would highly recommend this house for a group. Will hopefully be back again! Thank you Adam & Chrissie for everything!

Great time in Nashville

Lovely stay and apartment looks the same as the pics. We really enjoyed the rooftop space. They thoughtfully left drinks in the rooftop fridge. The only negative was the cleanliness which is the housekeeping that is hired out not the owner. The owner can reach out to me and I will advise what we found. Otherwise a great time! Loved the coffee bar!

Great place

8 ladies stayed for a long weekend. A perfect size and amenities. Great spaces to gather as a group and then have your own space w comfy beds and bathrooms in each bedroom. Property management quick to respond and accommodating. Lots of accessories for cooking. My only recommendation would be small dressers for each bedroom.

Perfect birthday

This was a first time trip to Nashville to celebrate my 60th birthday with my husband, two adult sons, and now my oldest son fiance(he proposed in Nashville). This house was perfect! Great location only a mile from Broadway so Uber is very easy. Its location near the neighborhood of Germantown provided us with some great walkable dinner and breakfast spots. We travel a lot and use VRBO and this was one of the best we’ve stayed in. Great communication from the host and accommodating to drop our luggage off early. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms are a must. Then add in that amazing rooftop as well as a COMPLETELY stocked kitchen. They provide everything from laundry soap, toilet paper, spices, and the best coffee/espresso selection you could want. Just amazing and thank you for making this the best trip to Nashville!!
