Diese wunderschöne Wohnanlage befindet sich 20 Minuten nördlich des internationalen Flughafens von Palm Beach. "The Palms" ist auch nur 10 bis 15 Minuten von mehreren wunderschönen Stränden, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Weltklasse Golf Tennis und Angeln nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Lehnen Sie sich zurück und entspannen Sie sich in dieser komplett eingerichteten Wohneinheit mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer. Genießen Sie von Ihrer Terrasse aus Vögel, die nach Köderfischen und Seekühen tauchen, die auf den Seegrasbetten auf den Stufen von Ihrer Terrasse aus grasen. Relaxing Getaway!

This condo is the perfect location if you wish to be in the Palm Beach area but dont want to be in the heart of the traffic. Condo is very clean and accommodating. Chad is one of the best hosts we have ever had. He made sure everything was in order when we arrived and even giving directions to the property down to the detail of where to park. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is a great place to stay. Very clean and close to everything you need and more. Paperwork required made me feel safe and comfortable with the booking process which was very easy. Chad was very responsive and made us feel welcomed. Even had the fridge stocked with breakfast items for us! Bonus! Would definitely recommend this place.

Loved this Property!!!

Chad was such an amazing host and his hospitality was so appreciated! The condo had all the comforts of home so we could truly relax & unwind. The location was centrally located so we could easily travel to the various places of interest that we wanted to explore. Chad checked in periodically to see if we had any questions or needed anything. He went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our time! Thank you so much!!!!! Highly recommended property!!!

This rental was just so lovely. It has been beautifully renovated and decorated. It is very clean and comfortable. Chad was a great host! He even had breakfast food in the refrigerator for me. I plan on staying again if I need a rental when I am in the area.

The Palms

Just a great place! The unit has everything you could want. Check in was seamless and Chad was a great host and very responsive. The people in the complex were very friendly. Plenty of restaurants around. Right down the block (5 min) is a Publix and also some waterfront dining. Great design and really nice lanai! You’ll really like it!

Excellent!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Both host and property exceeded expectations! Stayed for 6 days and it wasn’t long enough. Chad gave us very detailed instructions so everything went smoothly for arrival and he put some staples in the fridge for us. The property had a great view of the river and you can watch the wildlife and boats go by. Would definitely go back. Thanks Chad

Comfortable, modern and quiet condo close to our diving activities. The grocery and dive store were short drives. The condo was nicely decorated and set up so I could conveniently work when needed and we could cook when we wanted to do so. Our host quickly responded to any questions I had. We plan on returning in the future.

Paradise at The Palms

The Palms and Chad, the host, went above and beyond our expectations! The property was beautifully & uniquely decorated with a great view on the water. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Anything you could possibly need was provided. And Chad, the host, was amazing! He was the best host we’ve ever experienced. He provided some food & drink for us to get us started on our week at The Palms, checked in with us periodically in case we needed anything, very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend The Palms if you’re in the area. We will certainly be back!

Property was even better than described. Fully equipped TV and kitchen appliances.Chad was a very helpful host (always replying instantly) and very kind, providing some essentials for breakfast and snacks. Very well located and easy access. Definitely considering for a next visit.

Spring Training Getaway

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Palms. This condo is clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated, as you see in the pictures. Communication with Chad was great, from the list of restaurants/things to do, directions prior to our arrival and checking with us to see how our stay was going. There was even breakfast items for us, which I thought was a nice touch. The location was great, as it was not far from Roger Dean Stadium, Juno Beach and fantastic restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay always starting and ending our day on the lanai, watching the boats go by...so peaceful. Can't wait to go back.

Best winter vacation ever!

Gorgeous apartment. Immaculate and very updated. Beautiful swimming pool. Amazing view of the boats going by from the lanai. Comfortable bed, amazing shower. Helpful host. All our favorite restaurants and beaches nearby. Even a hose in the parking lot to wash the car.Looking forward to a return visit next winter.

We loved The Palms

Chad is an amazing host, very helpful, responsive and welcoming. Really appreciated him stocking the fridge with essentials before we arrived. His apartment is very well decorated and furnished, and perfect for 2 guests to enjoy. Located on a scenic canal. It was very relaxing to sit on the lanai each morning or evening to drink our coffee or have a glass of wine. TEN THUMBS UP for The Palms. We really certainly recommended it to family and friends. THE BEST!!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo VERY MUCH!! The location was perfect as it was close to our family in North Palm Beach and was a beautiful setting to wake up to every morning looking out on the water and seeing the boats and wildlife. The condo is super clean and Chad is amazing to work with… he goes above and beyond! We had trouble figuring out how to connect to Live TV (we’re not tech saavy) and he offered to come straight over and show us personally, even though he was out shopping for Thanksgiving dinner! He called immediately after we text him with our question regarding the tv remotes which was so sweet because my husband was not feeling well and needed to just rest and watch television for a bit. We would DEFINITELY stay again! Thanks for a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving Week!

The perfect stay!

We were in town to visit family for the week. The location was ideal for getting around to Singer Island, Palm Beach Gardens and Juno Beach. Chad was the ideal host. The apartment was clean and comfortable - we were sad we didn’t get much time to just sit around and enjoy it. Would really recommend this as a great place to stay.

I was born and raised in the US Virgin Islands and have traveled throughout my life and found what I was looking for and that's hosting guest and giving back all that travels have given me over the years so I partnered up with my best friend developed Serenity Vacation Villas all located in the Virgin island. So I am taking a leap into it with my very own one bedroom condo in North Palm Beach last year 2018 it's been a great experience success! I've taken all my knowledge over the years from the properties and the last year with my first one bedroom I currently own in the same building I'm very excited to turn another chapter.

This one bedroom 730 ft.² condominium located on the bottom floor of the building facing it quite charming Marina and multimillion-dollar Villas across the way with excellent sunrise and sunset every morning and afternoon. The condominium with coastal Caribbean living designs light colors in mind. This wonderful condo located in North Palm Beach off of Northlake Boulevard it's only 10 minutes to Juno beach and minutes from Palm Beach Gardens mall for shopping dining and some entertainment and approximately 15 minutes to Jupiter for dining shopping on the water's edge. Coastal living at its best bike riding swimming sailing fishing are all available for a short minute drive. Publics Walgreens CVS My neighboring necessities break close by
