Komplett renoviert wunderschön präsentiert 2-Zimmer-Einheit im Erdgeschoss gegenüber von Flynns Beach. Das Anwesen verfügt über eine kombinierte Küche / Lounge / Esszimmer und hat einen eingebauten Bademantel für beide Schlafzimmer. Das renovierte Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche und ein separates WC.

Das Anwesen verfügt über eine gemeinsame Münzwäscherei mit Waschmaschine (auf der gleichen Etage) und Trockner (auf der nächsten Etage im Obergeschoss). Das Anwesen hat auch einen überdachten Parkplatz.

Bettwäsche: Queen-Size-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer und 2 Singles (extra lang) im 2. Schlafzimmer. Keine Bettwäsche inbegriffen (Bettwäsche kann zu einem Preis von 25 USD pro Bett gemietet werden).

Nice place in good location. Cleaning could improve and make the stay very good. Coin operated washer and dryer needs signage. It was also not clear on the advertising. Otherwise good.

A family stay at Flynns Beach Apartments

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was fine. Small, clean with modern renovations. Would be an ideal place in good weather. In wet weather (like we had, it was a bit cramped). It was missing some basics like tea and coffee which was a bit strange. The information provided by Elders was contradictory and left us unsure if linen was provided or WiFi available. All easily sorted with a phone call but it would be better if the information sent out was checked for accuracy.

Great value

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved that the property had been updated and had an ocean glimpse. The location was great and value for money was good. The unit was clean except for the fans and the fan in the main living area kept turning on, so thinking someone else in the same unit has the same fan remote and it was turning ours on.

Nice place but not great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nice apartment out of the busy centre of Port Macquarie. But on a busy road and the walk to the beach was quite steep. No wifi! No books or DVDs. Good kitchen and bathroom. But bin in kitchen cupboard was full when I arrived and the bag was leaking. Some kitchen surfaces were sticky. Glad there were cleaning products provided. Some crockery was dirty on arrival. I took double bed linen and it wasn't big enough. BIRs were messy. Overall adequate but could be better.

The layout of the property inside was really nice. Unfortunately from the time you enter the door, there is a very strong unclean feel and smell. We noticed and took pics of ceiling in the bathroom, which had mould and meldew growing. All the curtains had meldew on it. Toilet roll holder was left un-installed and unfortunately fell on one of the guest, which caused bruising and swelling on the toe. We felt unwell due to unhealthly air inside the apartment. If time and money is spent on cleaning on this apartment, we think it could be a real gem. Fantastic location, we could not fault this. Across the road from the beach and close to cafes and shops. Location was the best part about the apartment.

Good for surfers - fair for "oldies"

Not enough cupboards or drawers for clothing as space taken up by cleaners equipment. Beds fair. Kitchen and bathroom very good but lacking small cooking facilities.

Modern renovation- stylish and convenient

Great apartment for couple or small family. Looks newly renovated and everything is perfectly clean. Bring any specific kitchen items you can't do without as it has all the basics. Great location across from Flynns beach.
